It is much cheaper to buy online than at the counter, but they said there is nothing the can do, and I paid full price. I understand Tigerair is budget airline, but they should obey my minimum rules, if their website was not working, I should not pay for it. Anyway that is the last was the first and would be the last time I am flying with them. I make sure my friends who fly frequently know about that too."

Was 45 minutes late leaving for a 45 minute flight. Was hurry up and wait for what? We just sat their at the terminal
The crew was nice and helpful. Sits are a little bit too small for high people (there is no place for knees and you have to sit in a uncomfortable position).
We had to pay excessive baggage fees, then are bags were damaged.
They tried to charge me $850 US. For 1 extra bag. After complaint that amount is crazy. They brought the manager over who then told me to bring him $450 in cash and they would accept it Big Scam. After going to the bank machine in the airport and getting the money. The manger put the money in his pocket and took my bag I couldn’t do much because i was about to miss my flight STAY AWAY. From this airline They have some inside scam going on with their employees STAY AWAY. Don’t become a victim like I did
They were short staffed with no managers on duty. Closed baggage check early causing me to miss my flight.

To think that we have to pay for such an essential item to life as WATER, when it is free on most other airlines....or at the very least you can get a glass of water. I couldn’t believe the charge price for a tiny bottle of water and the fact that you can’t even get a glass of water either. This is an outrage and a rip off to customers."

We waited in line to check the bag, found out that since we hadn't paid for it ahead of time, we could get the bag checked but would need to go stand in a new line to pay for it and could not have the bag tag until this was done. Then the new line only had one agent working all of the people who needed to pay for their bags. When we got to the front, we were asked to pay the bag fee with a credit card and the processing fee in cash. Since we were only connecting in Singapore, of course we did not have cash. She could not process the charge, walked us over to a new desk and a new line where they processed the bag charge without the cash fee (how this wasn't done initially, I have no idea) and finally, we were finished with the check in process an hour later."

It there for cost me $48 to book the bag on at the airport one way back. For some reason when I was paying they could not take for the full amount on my CC and so I had to go change money as $8 had to be paid cash (very strange). The flight was very uncomfortable. I could go into detail but now I’m just ranting. Not happy. Won’t be doing that again."

Most American airlines offer this and it's expected from most foreign passengers. Secondly, our plane was delayed about 5 hours for "traffic congestion" at Manila Airport. It looks like they only have one plane that travels the Puerto Princessa to Manila route so keep that in mind if you need to be somewhere on time. Philippines Airlines and Cebu Pacific Air had multiple planes coming and going durongbthis delay. I saw not a single AirAsia plane durong this delay. They sent an update email about a week or so that the flight was being moved up 2 hours, but no text saying that the flight was delayed. We could've spent an extra half day in El Nido if we had known. But still, I would probably fly with then again."

Also my seat did not recline so I was very uncomfortable with small amount of leg room. The flight was supposed to land in Hong Kong at 7:15 by the time we got to hotel it was 1:30am. It's a shame I had to pay for the whole night at the Hotel."

Called the customer service hotline and they have terrible customer service, did not really come up with any solutions and I was placed on hold numerous times for a very long time. I ended up having to wait until the next day to get on a flight, which made me lose a day at my other destination."
