缺點： "I searched for business class trips on kayak, selected one and booked it through Kayak.com. When I checked in I found out I’d been the victim of a bait and switch and was actually on an economy ticket, but at $3500–a solidly business class fare. Lesson learned, never trust Kayak.com for the booking, the scoundrels."

缺點： "We had just purchased coffee and the boarding agent told us that their policy was that we were not permitted to take hot coffee onto the aircraft. My guess is it had to do with safety. I've never been told this on any of the hundreds of flight i've been on traveling the world. It must be a South Korea thing."

缺點： "This airline puts priority on Korean speaking men non Korean women with a helpless child. First of all, my child was too large for the bassinet so I held him the entire time. Fine, I get it's for safety. But to make matters worse, my child had a fever and cried out of discomfort for the first 3 hours of a 10 hour flight. A male passenger complained and instead of defending a mother and a helpless sick child, the flight crew kept insisting ways to make my baby stop crying. Do you think I wanted to hear my child in that much pain? No, of course not. One male crew member told me to take my child to the back of thr aircraft (away from the complaining man). Ummm... I paid for my seat just like everyone else!! To be treated differently just because my baby is crying is HORRIBLE. To top it off, the seats are the worst I've ever sat in. My back and butt were in so much pain from those horrible seats. Bottom line- I will NEVER fly with this airline again after the mistreatment my baby and I received. This airline puts Korean speaking men above anyone else's needs, including a helpless 14 month old who feels horrible and doesn't know how else to communicate pain. I'll add that we were on a 10 hour flight after a 9 hour layover in Incheon and a 4 hour plane ride that was DELAYED from 1:45AM to 3:45AM. We were extremely tired and had been through so much already. If the crew had been more protective of us and understanding to the fact that he's a BABY I would have let the complaints slide. Last note- this airline delayed us 3 separate times. Yes.. 3 separate occasions. Do I need to say anything more?"

I hated my experience on thus airline and will work to avoid on future trips to Asia. Paid $200 for two bulkhead (NOT exit row seats) and flight attendants hassled me about where I kept my carry-on tote bag. Avoid, avoid, avoid."

缺點： "아시아나 기내식 괜찮다고 들어 기대했으나 싱가폴항공보다 별로였음. 비빔밥에 단무지2개 계란말이 한조각.. 싱가폴항공은 비빔밥에 김치도 주는데.. 그리고 밥 다먹고 빵 먹는다고 식기 걷을때 나이프랑 컵을 못 냈는데 다시 가지러 안옴..-_-;; 캔이랑 컵이랑 다 가지고 있었는데 다시 수거하러 와야하는거 아닌가..?"
優點： "Entertainment options were good, newer movies. Lacked usb or ac charging, had older screens both flights with subpar visuals."
缺點： "On both flights my party of 2 was split, despite an early check-in. We were lucky enough to swap seats because ANOTHER family was also split between us on the first flight. On the second, 3 parties were all split in the 3 rows in front of us, so we had to shuffle 4 different people before take off before the majority of the people were sat together. On 10 hour flights, generally I feel parties shouldn't be split unless they're checking in later than we did."
優點： "Having a full meal on a short (2 hour) flight was a nice surprise."
缺點： "When we landed in Tokyo, didn't have a gate and had to ride a bus back to the terminal. I haven't had to deplane outside since the 70's."

缺點： "The food was hit or miss. Our first meal was ok. 2nd meal was just a sandwich which is not that great. The 3rd meal which was chicken was dry and tasteless. My husband and I couldn't eat it. It's like eating a styrofoam cup."
優點： "My nabour was having a bad cold. I informed the stewardess that I was concerned because as an 84 years old man can't afford to hhave a cold. Later the Supervisor resited me with compassion that made me feel the whole crew wasj just wonderful."

缺點： "When I picked up my checked luggage, one of the bags had been unlocked, and not relocked. Nothing was missing that I noticed. There was a slip inside from the tsa saying they searched it. I don't know who failed to lock it, but that's kinda concerning to me."
優點： "The price: my round trip ticket from Tokyo Haneda to JFK was only 850USD The layover is only 2 hours which is bearable and enough time to find the boarding gate and a little shopping."
缺點： "Everything else. You can check-in online within 48 hrs before your flight, but there is no QR code produced on their app for paperless check-in. The food was terrible, and the seats were not made for long flights. I really felt the "economy" vibe. They only provide disposable slippers, but everything else you need to check the lavatories if there were toothbrushes or mouthwash packets left. Overall, I will still consider flying this airline for any emergency flight back to the US, but if there will be a compeittive airline, maybe i'd try another. Their business class seem enticing.. maybe comsoder it too."

優點： "Flight was great, food was what you'd expect but above average if you have no expectations. Crew was nice and entertainment had a wide selection of recent movies. Comfort was ok and complimentary blankets could be requested."
缺點： "Only issue I had was the person siting next to me putting their elbows and feet into my portion of the seat. Asked her to move and she complained. This is an expected attitude if you fly anywhere with mainland Chinese passengers . If escalated it would result in her screaming and complaining. But it is an Asian airline and I can't control the passenger who choose to fly so I can't complain too much. Still would recommend to friends."
