I'm reall satisfied with ANA.
ANAN WONT REFOND ME THE MONEY FLIGHT THAT I HAD REQUESTED TO CHANGE DATE BECAUSE OF FAMILY EMERGENCY< HOSPITALIZATION
優點： "Space and courteousness"

優點： "I was surprise that even it was a short 2/3 hour ride there was still food being served. A very nice Japanese breakfast. - smaller plane, bus that picked us up and dropped us off in front of the airport. As we were doing a 12 hour layover, all our check in luggage was taken care of and sent to van"
缺點： "At our first checkin from Korea Ana, seems we have to look at a screen for our luggage just to double check that they made it past customs (never had to do that before) - check in was a bit longer compare to yvr their scanner was much smaller so definitely can’t have big carry on"
缺點： "Narita to Honolulu sector has not enough food for breakfast noting Honolulu airport has got nothing to offer!!!"
缺點： "The main issue was getting off the plane in Sydney - we had to wait for a bus to offload us as the plane was sitting a long distance from the terminal. The bus eventually came, offloaded half the passengers and then returned 20 minutes later to start to offload the rest. It's the longest time I've ever spend disembarking from a plane and clearing an airport - very poor whoever was responsible (I'm assuming Sydney airport was at fault)."

優點： "My flight is at 9:50 am but I arrived around 5:30 am , as expected the line was already long and one of the crew told us the front desk will not open until 6:30. My husband reserved my ticket going back to US. I was assigned to seat on an exit, but when I went to the gate , one of a female employee keeps telling me if I'm aware I'll be seating on an exit and I said yes , I look for a vacant seat so I can relax while waiting, she went back again and asked me if the front desk desk gave me any paper about the task I have to do when seating on an exit. I read it and understand . She came back again for the third time and borrow my boarding pass and check something and asked me if I want to transfer to another seat, and I said no. I don't know what she wants me to do , but I'm so irritated because she keeps asking me the same question over and over again."

優點： "After some considerable panic at losing my long confirmed seat assignment as a result of weather problems in Tokyo, the doors ended up closing with at least 20 empty seats in coach. (Boeing 777-300)"
缺點： "Although it is served with care, the food on ANA (in coach) ends up being a bit too Japanese. I understand this carrier needs to cater to a broad cultural and geographic audience, but I think they make it too complicated. Giving meal service a decidedly Japanese angle results in main courses that are mush, and sides that are OK. Good yogurt, decent fruit, delicately prepared salads, delicious cookies and hagen daz are pretty simple and make the meals fun. (especially since chop sticks are always included), but the ovens turn the main courses into a stinky and kinda nasty thing. I wish they would simplify."

缺點： "Missed my flight over a misscommunication on getting to the airport. Thete was not sufficient time to arrive more than an hour early due to the fact Gimpo airport opens at 6am and the flight was at 7:45. When I arrived I was not allowed to check in or board and no one wanted to help me find out what to do. They suggested I call my ticketing agent. Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"

優點： "The most comfortable economy flight I have experienced so far. The service, food and entertainment options were all excellent. Definitely looking forward to our return flight back to YVR!"

缺點： "United did not allocate to code share flight on correct date. I was rufused to be on the board at the ticket counter and ANA code share company ask to call to united 1-800 #. I missed the flight and ended up buying one way ticket from other air line with my own expense."

缺點： "Was put on "Standby", even though I was traveling with my teenage daughter, and I arrived more than 2 hours before departure! I ended up getting a seat, but this was unnecessary stressful (there were some seats left in business, so they knew I was going to get a seat eventually. They could have told me I was going to be able to go at check-in)."
