ANAN WONT REFOND ME THE MONEY FLIGHT THAT I HAD REQUESTED TO CHANGE DATE BECAUSE OF FAMILY EMERGENCY< HOSPITALIZATION

As we were doing a 12 hour layover, all our check in luggage was taken care of and sent to van"
缺點: "At our first checkin from Korea Ana, seems we have to look at a screen for our luggage just to double check that they made it past customs (never had to do that before) - check in was a bit longer compare to yvr their scanner was much smaller so definitely can’t have big carry on"

缺點: "The main issue was getting off the plane in Sydney - we had to wait for a bus to offload us as the plane was sitting a long distance from the terminal. The bus eventually came, offloaded half the passengers and then returned 20 minutes later to start to offload the rest. It's the longest time I've ever spend disembarking from a plane and clearing an airport - very poor whoever was responsible (I'm assuming Sydney airport was at fault)."

優點: "My flight is at 9:50 am but I arrived around 5:30 am , as expected the line was already long and one of the crew told us the front desk will not open until 6:30. My husband reserved my ticket going back to US. I was assigned to seat on an exit, but when I went to the gate , one of a female employee keeps telling me if I'm aware I'll be seating on an exit and I said yes , I look for a vacant seat so I can relax while waiting, she went back again and asked me if the front desk desk gave me any paper about the task I have to do when seating on an exit. I read it and understand . She came back again for the third time and borrow my boarding pass and check something and asked me if I want to transfer to another seat, and I said no. I don't know what she wants me to do , but I'm so irritated because she keeps asking me the same question over and over again."

缺點: "Although it is served with care, the food on ANA (in coach) ends up being a bit too Japanese. I understand this carrier needs to cater to a broad cultural and geographic audience, but I think they make it too complicated. Giving meal service a decidedly Japanese angle results in main courses that are mush, and sides that are OK. Good yogurt, decent fruit, delicately prepared salads, delicious cookies and hagen daz are pretty simple and make the meals fun. (especially since chop sticks are always included), but the ovens turn the main courses into a stinky and kinda nasty thing. I wish they would simplify."

Thete was not sufficient time to arrive more than an hour early due to the fact Gimpo airport opens at 6am and the flight was at 7:45. When I arrived I was not allowed to check in or board and no one wanted to help me find out what to do. They suggested I call my ticketing agent. Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"

廁所清潔,空服人員服務

今天12/27Br0076班機 出包,還說自願退票只退稅。 昨晚上臨時收到訊息,11/27班機改11/28班機回來,讓我們要在週日趕回台北的旅客,只好在晚上11點多,在買兩張不是長榮航空班機,趕回台北,結果ㄧ下台北,就接到訊息,班機BR0076做調動,改為原班機11/27下午3:50正常。 1、請問ㄧ下,昨晚上硬要我們乘客接收11/28班機回台北,沒有在多booking飯店要怎麼辦?要趕回台北的要怎麼辦? 2、我們給旅行社辦的機票,在今天下午,打電話說,長榮已在改回11/27班機原時間回到台北, 3、很趕的已在昨晚半夜,只好趕著,在買2張不是長榮航空的機票,趕回台北。 4、確在台北接收訊息,以改回原日期原時段。 我們以趕回來的旅客,長榮告知旅行社,不能退費,因為以改回原班機。說只能自願退費,只退稅金。 說是長榮航空告知,兩顆球踢來踢去,沒有辦法全額退費。也沒人可以處理這些問題,妳們說爛不藍,我都快氣炸,很想告知媒體做報島,這樣的行爲對嗎?

空中小姐根本在打混,也不會主動發枕頭或毯子,任何東西都要主動詢問,降落也沒確實檢查安全帶等~真的需要改進!

優點: "This is a bit weird, but it was the first time I flew Eva economy. I've taken this route many times in business and it would take pages to go through all the things that EVA does right in business class. So I was stunned when my first time in economy was so incredibly impressive as well."

優點: "EVA Airlines was a wonderful experience from the beginning all the way to the end. From checking in to receive boarding passes, boarding, stewardess, the food, everything was wonderful. They were always pleasant and had a smile on their face. When my trip was changed by the website (vayama) to fly back to the states, EVA Airlines went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care, placed on another flight, and made it home to get to work the next day. They didn’t have to take care of me, but the did and the professionalism is amazing! I’m very pleased with this airline and will fly with them again!"

缺點: "We requested wheelchair assistance for my grandmother (3 days before the flight), but at the departing airport, the person with the wheelchair left early and we had to walk her on to the plane. When we arrived at Hong Kong, there was no wheelchair on the bridge, and after disembarking and being told to wait, it took 30 minutes for them to bring one. The ground staff kept trying to convince us to just walk which seemed very unprofessional."

Didn't get seats together with my wife. It was a 3-3 seat configuration. No empty seats and I ended up sitting behind my wife, in the middle seat. So no window or aisle for either of us. :("

票價太高了

之前由於疫情的關係,打算不在飛行中用餐,但是到了機場,發現其實情況沒有想像中嚴重,所以現場請check in 服務台的服務員幫忙訂奶蛋素餐,但是我也明白時間太趕,可能沒辦法。所以心想:有就感恩,沒有也能夠理解。 結果,飛機上某位空服員自願把自己的餐點給我吃,讓我既不好意思,但是也非常感動。 感謝他們的貼心和用心。

非常滿意

缺點: "Kayak really dropped the ball and I have lost the entire cost of the tickets AND the travel insurance which didn't do anything. What a waste!"

優點: "We were actually on Korean Air, not Jin Air due to our change in schedule. Korean Air staff in Hanoi were truly excellent. They even followed thru so that staff in Seoul assisted us with our connection. We were very impressed. Korean Air's flight attendants have always been professional and courteous. The level of service is superior to most airlines we've used."

缺點: "Korean airlines ignored my wife's request for a wheel chair. She explained that she was a diabetic and was feeling dizzy. They did allow her access to a short cut through the terminals; however she had collapsed, broke her watch, cover to the cell phone, injured both legs and right arm. She kept yelling for help and no one arrived, she managed while in intense pain to get up make her flight. When she arrived in Bangkok she went immediately to the Emergency Room and received treatment. I am appalled at the indifference of the members of the boarding crew that didn't offer assistance to my wife."

The cabin flight stewardess in her navy blue top and jeans asked me to sit down when she saw me standing at the front of the plane while the plane was cruising. There was no turbulence at that time, the seat belt sign was off and the captain did not announce a need to stay seated with the seat belt on. I explained that my back and left leg hurts so I needed to stretch, shake it off and stand. She insisted that I sit for my safety. I did not argue because I did not want to cause trouble. Then I asked her for the toilet which was behind her, hidden as she keeps the curtain pulled around the toilet and galley. She directed me to the tail of the plane when I am seated at #28B at first row at the front of the plane, 4-5 steps away from me. She kept still, standing in front of the toilet until I walked away to the back of the plane. Again, I did not complain nor argue. I thought to myself that maybe the front toilet if off limits to passengers. Then later when I returned to my seat, I watched all other passengers who appear of her same race and talked same language as hers, pull the curtain covering the toilet and galley, use the toilet and get drinks from her freely. I felt very offended that I was not allowed to use this toilet as every one else have and did not receive the same friendly service as those passengers. I wanted to keep to myself about this but I realized I was treated unequally. So I told her that I was offended that she directed me to the back of the plane to use the toilet while everyone else used the front of the plane toilet. I also told her I felt I was not treated equally and felt very hurt. She kept apologizing after I explained how I feel but her apology does not take away the fact that I was treated differently and unequally. I advised her that she should not treat her passengers as if we are ignorant of flying, of our rights and of flying etiquette. She kept apologizing every time she passes by me throughout the flight but this did not ease my feelings at all. This was the last blow to my dissatisfaction with this trip beginning with the 2-hour flight delay. With many other airlines flying to Clark airport in the Philippines, I choose not to fly Jin Air again. In fact, I already booked with another airline today for my next trip with my family in 6 months for a wedding. I will not recommend Jin Air to everyone I know."
