之前由於疫情的關係，打算不在飛行中用餐，但是到了機場，發現其實情況沒有想像中嚴重，所以現場請check in 服務台的服務員幫忙訂奶蛋素餐，但是我也明白時間太趕，可能沒辦法。所以心想：有就感恩，沒有也能夠理解。 結果，飛機上某位空服員自願把自己的餐點給我吃，讓我既不好意思，但是也非常感動。 感謝他們的貼心和用心。

They did allow her access to a short cut through the terminals; however she had collapsed, broke her watch, cover to the cell phone, injured both legs and right arm. She kept yelling for help and no one arrived, she managed while in intense pain to get up make her flight. When she arrived in Bangkok she went immediately to the Emergency Room and received treatment. I am appalled at the indifference of the members of the boarding crew that didn't offer assistance to my wife."

The cabin flight stewardess in her navy blue top and jeans asked me to sit down when she saw me standing at the front of the plane while the plane was cruising. There was no turbulence at that time, the seat belt sign was off and the captain did not announce a need to stay seated with the seat belt on. I explained that my back and left leg hurts so I needed to stretch, shake it off and stand. She insisted that I sit for my safety. I did not argue because I did not want to cause trouble. Then I asked her for the toilet which was behind her, hidden as she keeps the curtain pulled around the toilet and galley. She directed me to the tail of the plane when I am seated at #28B at first row at the front of the plane, 4-5 steps away from me. She kept still, standing in front of the toilet until I walked away to the back of the plane. Again, I did not complain nor argue. I thought to myself that maybe the front toilet if off limits to passengers. Then later when I returned to my seat, I watched all other passengers who appear of her same race and talked same language as hers, pull the curtain covering the toilet and galley, use the toilet and get drinks from her freely. I felt very offended that I was not allowed to use this toilet as every one else have and did not receive the same friendly service as those passengers. I wanted to keep to myself about this but I realized I was treated unequally. So I told her that I was offended that she directed me to the back of the plane to use the toilet while everyone else used the front of the plane toilet. I also told her I felt I was not treated equally and felt very hurt. She kept apologizing after I explained how I feel but her apology does not take away the fact that I was treated differently and unequally. I advised her that she should not treat her passengers as if we are ignorant of flying, of our rights and of flying etiquette. She kept apologizing every time she passes by me throughout the flight but this did not ease my feelings at all. This was the last blow to my dissatisfaction with this trip beginning with the 2-hour flight delay. With many other airlines flying to Clark airport in the Philippines, I choose not to fly Jin Air again. In fact, I already booked with another airline today for my next trip with my family in 6 months for a wedding. I will not recommend Jin Air to everyone I know."

we were on Scoot Plus, there was priority check-in, boarding and alighting, free drink with food, free 30Mb wifi, seats were roomy, it was an awesome flight!
They wait us and the flight was 15 minutes late. Nothing more I could ask for.
Was 45 minutes late leaving for a 45 minute flight. Was hurry up and wait for what? We just sat their at the terminal
The crew was nice and helpful. Sits are a little bit too small for high people (there is no place for knees and you have to sit in a uncomfortable position).
We had to pay excessive baggage fees, then are bags were damaged.
It is a mistake to book with this company bad service from check in to pick up luggage
They tried to charge me $850 US. For 1 extra bag. After complaint that amount is crazy. They brought the manager over who then told me to bring him $450 in cash and they would accept it Big Scam. After going to the bank machine in the airport and getting the money. The manger put the money in his pocket and took my bag I couldn’t do much because i was about to miss my flight STAY AWAY. From this airline They have some inside scam going on with their employees STAY AWAY. Don’t become a victim like I did

When we got to the front, we were asked to pay the bag fee with a credit card and the processing fee in cash. Since we were only connecting in Singapore, of course we did not have cash. She could not process the charge, walked us over to a new desk and a new line where they processed the bag charge without the cash fee (how this wasn't done initially, I have no idea) and finally, we were finished with the check in process an hour later."

Most American airlines offer this and it's expected from most foreign passengers. Secondly, our plane was delayed about 5 hours for "traffic congestion" at Manila Airport. It looks like they only have one plane that travels the Puerto Princessa to Manila route so keep that in mind if you need to be somewhere on time. Philippines Airlines and Cebu Pacific Air had multiple planes coming and going durongbthis delay. I saw not a single AirAsia plane durong this delay. They sent an update email about a week or so that the flight was being moved up 2 hours, but no text saying that the flight was delayed. When i mentioned it to other travel agents they all said the same thing, Air Asia is always delayed, i was told to use other airlines. Indeed, while awaiting my flight to Manilla I saw 2 Philippines Air flights depart on time. One of my fellow travellers had given themselves7 hours between flights and missed their flight to Dubai because of the delay."

缺點： "The terminal bathrooms were awful in Aquino airport, not the airline's fault. Was so hard to board with 2 small kids amongst all the people rushing onto the plane. Would be better to have us board first or last. No free peanuts or water, I guess something only American companies do. No entertainment."

After finally boarding the plane it was dirty. Tray table wad really sticky and there was a used cup in my seat I had to remove before sitting. Also my seat did not recline so I was very uncomfortable with small amount of leg room. The flight was supposed to land in Hong Kong at 7:15 by the time we got to hotel it was 1:30am. It's a shame I had to pay for the whole night at the Hotel."

缺點： "I've taken AirAsia twice on my travels in the Philippines, one of the times, the flight was very very delayed.The other, they changed the flight time 2 hours AHEAD of schedule and made that flight the last flight out for a day. Called the customer service hotline and they have terrible customer service, did not really come up with any solutions and I was placed on hold numerous times for a very long time. I ended up having to wait until the next day to get on a flight, which made me lose a day at my other destination."

The actual flight was ok, everything else terrible worst airline in South East Asia, delayed twice and eventually took off late again, waiting in room at gate before flight no staff there no information about second delay, jammed on bus with doors closed waiting to be taken to the plane, just a disgusting airline, do not ever rely on this Vietjet will always cancel or delay your flight, and it’s not cheap when you see luggage price and other add ons, if possible try to book a better airline Bamboo air etc
No in flight entertainment, no food, not even drinking water, uncleaned flights, smelly bathrooms, and above all no baggage allowance, they charged us 53700 yen for the baggages.

Apparently our small backpacks also counted toward the carry-on limit, which would have been fine if not for the following two contradictions: this was our THIRD flight with VietJet Air (one from Siem Reap to Hanoi, Hanoi to Da Nang, Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh) and we didn't have to check baggage the first two. We also saw at least half a dozen people get on our flight with either bags larger than ours, or carrying three pieces of luggage. Either enforce all the rules for everyone, every time they fly the airline, or not at all."

With slow operations, we boarded 40 minutes mate and arrived a full hour late. The schedule had been 9:00 PM; days before flying it was pushed back to 10:00 PM. We actually were at the gate at 11:00 PM. VietJet Air is unfortunately the only airline operating a late flight from Pleiku to Ho Chi Minh. No competition means no pressure to be on time."
