3 times security check and luggage check, too many security checks and wasting time. None of the airport security personal is aware of travel needs and directions. For instance, we were there to transit and no need for Covid verification check point, and I had to explain several times that our final destination want Manila, wasting time and energy.
優點： "We were in business class, and everything was just awesome, considering there were only 4 passengers in the cabin. So it was quiet and private."
缺點： "It’s BYOE. Zero entertainment amenities. (They do offer you IPAD). No slippers or eye shades.... its a four flight to Guam."

優點： "Knowing that we might have a tight connection (prior to the plan being delayed another hour and missing our flight) the check in desk moved our seats to the front to give us optimal time to make our tight connection."
缺點： "Our first flight was delayed by 2.5 hours which caused us to miss our connection. Once arriving in Manila we were given the next flight to make it to our destination. While I appreciated this, the first location was not able to do anything for us and left us with some uncertainty."

優點： "Not much. Both flights to and from Manila were delayed. The flight out was delayed pre-boarding by about 15-min and then about 30-min in the plane on the tarmac. Leaving Manila was delayed boarding by about 1-hr and we landed about 30-min late. Philippine Airlines operation has gotten so much worse."

From the chaos at Check-in on the Manila side from the understaffed and overwhelmed employees, to the gate control and communication with passengers at a reasonable time for the delays. Staff at MNL Terminal 2 for PA seem not to care and there seems to be no management that exists."

優點： "Asked for window seat, said only have one at back of the plane, I said that’s fine, ended up with three seats to myself so got some sleep on an overnight flight. Gotta be happy with that,"
缺點： "Cabin crew had a tendency of not seeing me so I had to get their attention for the hand outs, no biggie"
優點： "I observed that the crew were doing there very best to help with the passengers and their concerns. I also saw that they were on top with regards to cleanliness especially the lavatories. I also like how they treat each and everyone with respect especially the older people that we are with."
缺點： "PAL - Plane Always Late! it seems that this meaning to the acronym sticks really good with our flag carrier. I was observing and trying to get some information on what is happening or reason for our delayed flight but to no avail. The captain's explanation makes no sense. With a 3 hour delay, I knew and felt that It would not be a great ride because right from the very start it already started wrong. I was already stressed out from the very beginning even though i saw in the cabin crew's effort and super great service towards especially to our older passengers their dedication and passion to serve. I was really looking forward to this flight but I guess this was one of those days that all you could do is close your eyes and stretch your patience. One other bad experience was getting on Terminal 1. Great improvement but it could be still better. Can't connect to Wifi (its asking me my number on the US when I did not sign up for roaming and for sure will not be able to get the code that they will send on my number) Last year was better, just log on and boom! Impressively lightning wifi speed connection. No questions or log ins and you can safely assure and text your relatives waiting patiently outside that you are there waiting. I just wished we went to Terminal 2 instead. But I guessed it will also be the same because everything started on a bad start with that 3hour delay. They were lucky most of the passengers were excited to be home and sleeping!"

缺點： "The flight was 1.5 hours late and when we were supposed to board I was told that the plan hadn't even left Manila. This was at 9PM at night. There was no notice given so we arrived at the airport on time only to wait for almost 2 hours. PAL has a monopoly on the route and charges almost $100 for a 45 minute flight. I understand the pricing but not notifying passengers when a flight is going to be that late simply reflects a lack of concern on the part of PAL."

There are also no places to eat a quality meal if you have descent layover. The food at all the kisoks were not well cooked and the sanitation is easily a D. Also, there is an expected delay of 30 min to an hour with every flight. So don't have any connecting flights with tight transit times."
