Then my suitcase was busted open at Chicago O'Hare on the conveyor belt and ANA issued me a replacement on the spot. Two problems [ not their fault ] handled beautifully. ANA is truly amazing. Thank You !!"

缺點: "The main issue was getting off the plane in Sydney - we had to wait for a bus to offload us as the plane was sitting a long distance from the terminal. The bus eventually came, offloaded half the passengers and then returned 20 minutes later to start to offload the rest. It's the longest time I've ever spend disembarking from a plane and clearing an airport - very poor whoever was responsible (I'm assuming Sydney airport was at fault)."

優點: "My flight is at 9:50 am but I arrived around 5:30 am , as expected the line was already long and one of the crew told us the front desk will not open until 6:30. My husband reserved my ticket going back to US. I was assigned to seat on an exit, but when I went to the gate , one of a female employee keeps telling me if I'm aware I'll be seating on an exit and I said yes , I look for a vacant seat so I can relax while waiting, she went back again and asked me if the front desk desk gave me any paper about the task I have to do when seating on an exit. I read it and understand . She came back again for the third time and borrow my boarding pass and check something and asked me if I want to transfer to another seat, and I said no. I don't know what she wants me to do , but I'm so irritated because she keeps asking me the same question over and over again."

優點: "I traveled with my wife and twin sons who turned two last month. It was our first time to fly with the boys, and we were nervous about the flight for this reason. Thanks to ANA's staff both on the ground and in the air, everything went very smoothly. When we arrived at Haneda Airport (around 1:30pm), we went to the Special Assistance counter to get a stroller. The staff was friendly and patient, and didn't rush us at all. (It took a little while to get our things in order.) I was surprised to learn that we could check in from there, drop off our checked luggage and receive boarding passes, as well as an airport stroller. In addition, the boy who was awake at the time received an ANA airplane clip. We didn't get to the gate in time for pre-boarding. I was dismayed to find out that we'd have to take a bus to the aircraft. We had the maximum number of carry-on bags, plus two babies, only one of whom was in a carrier, and we learned that the stroller couldn't go on the bus. A gate agent brought our carry-ons onto the bus. She found priority seats for us and a place nearby to fit a bag that couldn't fit on one of our laps. On board, the cabin attendants were attentive and friendly, and gave toys to the boys. When we arrived at Hagi-Iwami Airport, two of them even carried all of our carry-on bags off the plane for us. (They also helped with our carry-on luggage upon returning to Tokyo. In fact, we had forgotten to reserve a stroller for when we deplaned, and a flight attendant tried to find one near the gate, to no avail.) When I think about all the positive experiences we had in a span of about three and a half hours, I am amazed at all the different people who helped to make our journey easier. I cannot imagine it happening in my home country or on most airlines I have flown."

If you're going to put a couple small pieces of lettuce and a cherry tomato into an already small container and call it salad, why bother? The rest of the meal wasn't pleasing either. The fruit was nearly frozen it was so cold. The entree had a few different things but still a weird combination of veggies."

They were not present much at all in BUSINESS CLASS. So that's why I rated the experience as poor. The international food choices are poor. They do not taste good. I think I have to stop flying ANA. 優點: "Our plane was an A350 equipped with a new entertainment center. The captain was able to get our flight in early. Unfortunately, because of weather/immigration problems at the destination, we weren't able to disembark for another 90 minutes. But I think the cabin crew handled this well, handing out both drinks and snacks. The captain also kept us informed, and also seemed to play a role in negotiating with the airport authorities to allow us to disembark at another gate. Otherwise it may have been a longer ordeal."
缺點: "The security measures for US bound flights made things more confusing for boarding. This wasn't the airline's responsibility, and the security check was fast and professional. Next time I hope they work better with the customers to make sure we know what is going on. But this is a small complaint on my part."

缺點: "Plane got delayed for an hour, WITHOUT any air conditioning. I forgot what the captain said about the HKG airport not capable of providing air conditioning to the plane. Anyway, I began sweating after 10 mins, and it sucks."

優點: "Flight attendant spoke good Mandarin and was willing to continue to speak it even to someone who didn't look like a Chinese speaker - unlike some Chinese airlines where they launch into English assuming that if you don't look Chinese you can't speak Chinese."

缺點: "I picked a window seat very early on through a phone call to a Turkish Airline agent in the USA, but when I checked in online, the seat assigned to me was gone and I was put in a middle seat while there were many other seats available. This erasure of the record and random seat assignment nullify the effort on the part of the passenger (making a call is not a trivial act these days because of the long waits) and generate uncertainty in the minds of the travellers. Hope you can improve on this point. That will make an even better impression on the passengers."

缺點: "The boarding procedure is chaotic and the boarding crew were rude and yelling at passengers. No organization skills and poor communication as we were delayed over 90 minutes at the boarding gate to add salt to injury"

優點: "The transfer gates are always further away and there is no staff at the gates to help you. It's always a mad dash to catch your connecting flight. Turkish airport should consider transferring passengers with close connections through a faster line. Also, the security screening between flights doesn't offer any priority for passengers with tight connections"

The seats are comfortable, and there are a larger selection of movies and songs to choose from which were also great. The flight was relatively stable. I didn't ever realize that we took off, maybe i was too tired to notice, i don't know."
缺點: "The boarding was really slow, it was not on time. The food was less than average, but better than not have any. It was hard to find assistance. The flight seemed a bit old, because we weren't able to turn off our light which caused some inconvenience."

缺點: "On my flight from Istambul to NYC I was told I had been given an aisle seat but in fact I got the middle of the middle. If there were no aisle seats left, it would have been better if the person had just told me that, rather than saying I had an aisle seat, and I found out later. It was very distressing because I have diverticulitis, which is a serious stomach complaint, which means I need to be able to get to the loo! I felt that they could have been more understanding about this."
