優點： As expected, the crews' service were good. Comfortable seats and nice meals.
缺點： On the way back to Singapore, there was no entertainment in each seat. Didn't expect this and never experience from my previous flight with Asiana. There was the main screen in the centre but I can't choose and the lights were on all the way when I tried to sleep. Disappointed that they didn't inform in advance. People expect Asiana as same as SQ which provides full of new equipment such as personal screen on each seat.
優點： Nice staff, comfortable seating and reasonable variety of food.
缺點： No information about transfers, had to transfer own luggage. On the flight back it was rescheduled the night before but not enough time for transfer and so I and many others missed our connection flights and were stranded at the airport for six hours. There weren't enough staff to handle the situation and rebook or help with customers who were clearly stressed and drum up. This was really disappointing.
優點： Great service, plenty of leg room, exceptional staff. Toilets refreshed often. Will def fly again.
缺點： More detailed online infor for kids food. Australian fried rice varies greatly from korean!!! Potato crisp packets of chips would be a good snack option for kids instead of prawn crackers / brownies. Kids like plain stuff!
優點： My daughter traveled as an unaccompanied minor overseas and was taken care of reasonably well. The staff in LAX were not as friendly but then I am just glad that everything was handled for her at such a young age being taken through such a big place. My daughter said she slept very little overnight due to a rude passenger who was talking very loudly and using a phone. But over all she was happy with the in-flight entertainment and I was pleased with the amount of baggage allowed at no extra fee.
缺點： The staff were a bit impatient and rushed. Didn't seem to notice the actions of rude passengers.
優點： Even though the communication in English was quite difficult with the majority of the flight attendants, one particular attendant was super nice and went to any length to take care of problems I and other non-Chinese speaking passengers experienced. Arriving in Beijing, I was worried about the proceedings as mentioned in the negativ comment box, but an employee from Hainan Airlines went to pick up passengers transferring to Seoul and take care of the check in process.
缺點： Before boarding the flight, it was not possible to check in online to my connecting flight from Beijing to Seoul. I didn't receive the necessary information and even after I was told about it after calling an employee of Korean Air, I didn't work. The person I spoke with on telephon herself didn't understand, why the system didn't accept my attempt to check in online. That was quite bothersome since I could get a boarding ticket for my Korean Air flight beforehand. Normally I would have to leave the transit area, line up to check in, receive the ticket, go through all check-ups again and go to the gate of departure. My flight left just 2 hours after arriving in Beijing and at airports as big as Beijing, that could have been very close to not being able to make it in time.
