The flight was 5 hours delayed for no reason. I missed my connecting flight to San Francisco. Very poor job done
The flight was 5 hours late, made us miss our connector to Dallas. No more flights to Dallas until Friday. We were only offered the late flight to Istanbul, hotel overnight in Istanbul. A flight to Houston and we’re are stranded from there. Later, I found a flight to Newark, take a Connector Bus (my costs) to JFK, overnight layover 8 hours, and a flight to Dallas from there. I was refused to change to that flight unless I paid $300, my connector, and any hotel costs if I chose one. Having spent the night before in JFK, I absolutely would need the hotel, it is not safe.
缺點： "They haven't all update information about covid update, workers had no idea about anything, rude and unhelpful I had to miss my flight because of their mess, stay at the airport for 4 hours to get my luggage back and get a hotel."
優點： "Sits are very comfortable and the food is amazing."
缺點： "The door from the US plane was closed in front of our nose and the staff was extremely rude.In Boston the Turkish Airlines representative from the luggage transfers didn't have a clue what he's doing. It was a complete disaster. So, the 1:10hrs between Cluj and Istambul is not enough for an US flight. You guys must schedule more time so people can get to the US plane on time. The Airline is amazing, good food, good crew, great sits, but please work on this schedule because it's so exhausting to stay an additional 11 hours on the road."

優點： "It was one of the best airlines in all respects. We flew economy and were treated very well. The stagg was lovely and the food plentiful and good. I will definitely fly them again. The website could be a little easier to navigate to check flight status and seat confirmation. They need to work on that. United airlines website would be a good place to start rheir study."

缺點： "I am an experienced traveler. I've been to 17 countries and have flown over a million miles in both business and coach. My wife encountered a problem in Istanbul that involved an airport transit visa through Canada. I am certain that any other airline we’ve ever flown would’ve assisted us, since it was easily resolved. To Turkish Airlines, this is simply a part of their business model and a chance to make more money. It took about 8 hours of our time at 5 different airport locations to eventually buy new tickets to get back the next day. Our original tickets say: “REISSUE With 200.00 USD penalty. What I didn’t see was the fine print at the bottom: “Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change rules regarding ticket changes and refunds.”. They mean it. As bad as our personal experience was, the real reason we are so appalled is that we were there long enough to see this is the norm for them. In our single day there, we saw at least 100 other travelers going through similar things. The ONLY solution ever offered is to purchase another ticket. We witnessed several people weeping. Many losing control and shouting. Their own personnel were screaming at customers (in a separate office area though, it was all yucks and laughing). These were people of all nationalities. Africans, Asians, Europeans. We were lucky because we had the means to purchase new tickets. Others clearly didn’t. I really don’t know what happened to some of them. One moment was very symbolic of the entire experience. Another vanquished traveler was paying $843 for a new ticket with cash. He handed her $845 but she, of course, had no change. Instead of the $5, he gave her two $1 bills. I had one in my pocket so gave it to her as well. She held my $1 bill up and pointed to the corner which had a very small piece torn off…no ink was missing…and sneered “I can’t accept this. She did this simply because she could. We were powerless. She knew it and reveled in it."

缺點： "Cabin crew in business class were not especially friendly and was really lazy during the welcome drink service. They did not even ask each passenger and greeted them to see if they want anything. Instead, they just held the tray of welcome drink and walked around the cabin once, then poured all the unconsumed welcome drinks into the bathroom. Service after take off was abysmal as well. No smile, no addressing passenger by name, all the service was done in a rush and a totally weird manner. The food is not very much to my liking since it heavily consisted of cheese, and there is literally no choice for you to get away with that. Having a traditional Turkish menu is great at one hand, but in this case it was a huge no-no."

Also on the way back they took away cameras. My professional camera and lens equipment was handled poorly, thrown around carelessly and the lens got damaged. I am quite unhappy with this airline"

The rescheduling of the new flights were "all lies" From Naples to Munich was ok, but the flight from Munich to Dubai was not confirmed (even though I had a printed ticket). Emirate airlines refused to take us and I was stuck in Munich all night, waiting for new reschedule. Horrible experience. I will avoid Turkish airlines in any of my future flights."

優點： "I had two short flights with Turkish Airlines and on both flights I received good meals and entertainment. Young children in the seats around mine received shrink wrapped comic books and stuffed animals. Headphones were provided to those who needed them. I definitely did not expect such good treatment on such short flights. I really got the impression that they are trying hard to keep the quality of their services as high as possible. I really recommend these guys."
