缺點： I saw a price on Kayak app on my Iphone. I chose the Kayak price, no other 3rd party. Kayak re-directed me to Flight Network. Purchase the tickets, filled out credit card and all. Got a ticket purchase confirmation. Went to bed to wake up early in the morning to get early flight. Get to the airport, I learned from the airline the tickets were never issued. Called flight network and they tell me the tickets have been canceled because they were not able to secure the advertised price. This is misrepresentation and screwed up my whole trip. If a booking is done, the 3rd party should honor what they sale, even if they mess up. Moreover so that I choose the purchase on kayak option. Will never do it again, lesson learned. Will purchase elsewhere.
優點： Comfortable Elite Economy Seats. Most of the air stewardess was polite with smiles
缺點： Not all but some lack of big smiles or no smile at all particularly when press button for services. Also, slower response compared to SQ where all air stewardess was prompt with great smiles. Main course was somehow better in quality for example beef chunk rather than thin slices. Overall, very comfortable ride.
優點： Again lovely food and crew. Same good seats as the A350 from LHR.
缺點： Boarded and ready on time but 1hr delay for ATC reasons . The A330's a bit short of toilets requiring a 'queueing system' at busy times. Probably not the actual airline's fault but the ground handlers at AKL took an hour to produce my bags meaning me missing a connecting internal flight.
缺點： The fact that I was not able to get on my flight because I didn't have a visa after I called the airline over a week before my flight to ask about it and they told me I didn't need one. They told me I would get a temporary 72 visa upon arrival in Fuzhou but when I went to check in this was not the case. Now they won't give me any money back for that flight or the one I had to buy to get home. It was their fault I was not on the flight and they won't own up to it. I will never fly with them and I will do my best to let others know that they shouldn't either
優點： Nothing at all, whole experience was incredibly stressful
缺點： The transfer was awful. Long line for the frankly bizarre security check despite never leaving the terminal, incredibly rude staff at Frankfurt airport, all wearing may we help badges, so kind of answered their own question. Check in staff once we had sprinted th length of the terminal very rude
優點： Was an ok flight experience. Boarding was smooth and the cabin staff were pleasant.
缺點： Not one of my 4 flight legs were on time. The flight I was on was advertised as non stop flight but what is not made clear is the flight has to make a stop for passengers to clear immigration and customs - which is ok but they should make it clear. They also have a wierd policy of not allowing use of phones or tablets even on flight safe mode which if you aren't prepared for makes a boring flight.
缺點： You can't even supply the flight yet constantly send e-mails asking how the flight was. You shouldn't offer flights if you can't book them. Then sending constant e-mails making it seem like they're booked.
優點： Prompt and customer-oriented service. Thank you to counter staff for arranging the seat change. I thought I had confirmed the seating during web-checkin but was told that there was no history of confirming the seats in the system.
缺點： A change of snack for to and fro journey would be good.
