優點： My dietary preferences didn't get reported right and the flight attendant was very accomodating and made me a platter of a bunch of sides whereas other airlines in my experiences just say tough luck.
缺點： I don't speak Chinese so I found their website very confusing and couldn't navigate my booking online well
缺點： Late taking off. Sat 30 minutes at Beijing airport waiting to park, then waited 15 minutes for a bus transfer to the terminal build. Only one bus so deplaned at the speed of the slowest passenger. 10 min bus journey to the terminal building. Missed my flight to the UK. I recommend you use an airline that pays for an air bridge and can coordinate the ground staff to be ready for the planes arrival!
優點： Despite the late arrival of the inbound aircraft, the bus boarding was efficient and we were ready to go fairly swiftly. The seats were quite comfortable for a short flight, it was a visibility newish B737-800 aircraft. The food was bland and flavourless, but they did serve fruit and Haagen Dazs
缺點： Again the food was basic apart from the ice cream. The entertainment came in the form of pop down screens that just played a Chinese drama. The single most frustrating thing about flying any Chinese airline though is the blanket ban on all mobile phones during the flight, even in flight mode. A imbisilic and embarrassingly outdated rule that is clearly one of the many achievements of the CCP. Wake up and join the rest of the world!
優點： Gave me something to talk about with my wife while we discussed what meat was in the 'snack'
缺點： 45 minutes delayed before even pushing back from the terminal that they only told us once we were all on. Then the 'snack' they served was utterly horrendous. It was some sort of super sweet bread with a mystery meat in it.
缺點： the flight was 30 minutes late, which caused me to miss my connection AMS-LDN, where my cousin was waiting to take me on to my Auntys Funeral at 10.30. MU head flight attendant said at first the flight was NOT late, even though we were scheduled to depart at 1245 we waited on tarmac until 1.15 and arrived AMS at 7.10 instead of 6.35.When I pointed out this lie she said "not our problem, speak to KLM lady on ground" ...I did ..and am now waiting for a flight at 13.20 TO A DIFFERENT AIRPORT IN LONDON, and 3 hrs AFTER my aunt's funeral.MU..the worst thing is I have them on my return flight to Japan.I am thinking if forfeiting that leg and booking with and airline that cares about their customers, instead of just taking your money.MU never again. Let them treat their own citizens with contempt.
