優點： "My flight to Frankfurt was a disaster. Delays at LGA caused me to miss the connection. Two very nice AA customer service phone staff attempted to help by booking me on a Lufthansa/United flight out of JFK that same evening. HOWEVER, I got to JFK only to discover I had NOT been ticketed. A lengthy call to AA resulted a a lame apology -“we don’t do that” they claimed, but the had previously! And had booked me, so what the heck was this??? I’m still fuming!"
缺點： "Lies! They rebooked me on a Lufthansa flight out of JFK and I got there only to discover “they had made a mistake.” Utter garbage excuses."

缺點： "As we were a few minutes from our scheduled boarding, the flight was canceled. The reason we were given was the weather, but the weather was fine in Chicago and it was fine in New York. No other flights were canceled, so the weather excuse didn't hold up. They wouldn't put me on another flight that day, so I ended up leaving the next morning on the first flight out but I was still late for work. They didn't seem to be very accommodating or apologetic and I didn't even offer compensation to those who had to stay overnight to wait for the next flight out. C'mon AA. Step it up! I would think that if you cancel a flight, you should help your customers get home the same day. Do whatever you can. I don't think you did whatever you could for most of us on that flight."
優點： "Poor attitude. Seemed as though they were doing us a favor serving us. Did not pick up garbage for at least an hour. Absolutely zero personality"

缺點： "The plane supposedly was running out of fuel, which I've never heard of such thing. So we had to go down 20mns before reaching Charlotte to a nearby airport to get fueled up and then went back in the air. The whole ordeal made me miss my connection flight to Barcelona! And I wasn't able to get on a flight until the next day. To make matters worse I had to flight back to New York to catch the flight to Barcelona! Unbelievable. I was beyond disappointed. I chose American Airlines for a reason, a good one at that. Yet this happened."

缺點： "Still arriving in Washington where we have no gate. Being on time stinks because you still sit on runway. AT the destination. I would focus on quicker turn around and less accommodation of highly variable flight times in tight NE corridor"
缺點： "There was an incident on plane between passenger and flight attendant, where a drink was spilled on me and ruined my dress and shoes."
缺點： "My flight was scheduled for 5.37pm, but came to the airport thinking that I could get an earlier flight to Chicago and I was there at 1pm, requested for standby status, did not get it because am not platinum of diamond member, asked for $75.00, of course I didn't want to pay and stayed in the airport thinking that my flight would be on time, but it was delayed and delayed and took off at last, saw O'Hare airport but it looks like the pilot could not land it because he did not get the clearance, but as a passenger, I saw the flight going around and around the Ohare area, at least 6 times, then after landing taxing took for ever. I WILL TRY NOT TO FLY IN AA AGAIN."
缺點： "When the pilot took off at LGA he said "everyone here is trying to take off at the same time" so we'd be delayed by 30 min. Not once was there a mention of any other reason. By the time we got to DC I had JUST missed my connecting flight. It was listed nowhere on the departures screen and I realized I had to take an outdoor bus to the other half of the "c" terminal which was very confusing. I got there and had missed the connecting flight and stand in line for 20 min for someone to tell me that I would be stuck in DC overnight. At this point rain had started pouring and they told me that because my mishap was due to weather they would provide no meal or hotel voucher. Weather was not the issue and I was stuck in DC overnight by myself and not compensated for hotels or meals."

優點： "Gate was changed no one notified us and my family missedthe flight . one hou rextra wait. No apologies was extended."
優點： "Was able to switch to a different flight as a standby"
缺點： "The 7:00 flight was delayed for an hour and then delayed for another 2. Meanwhile, the 8:00 flight was called for boarding. It was very frustrating. Those of us who got in line quickly were able to fly standby on the 8:00 flight. I felt the airline did not treat us honestly. I believe the reasons for the delays were known long before the delays were communicated to passengers. (For example, there was a new delay announcement at 8:00 for a flight scheduled to leave at 7:58). Had we been informed earlier, people could have made alternate plans if they wanted to do so (e.g. Rent a car or reschedule for the next day.)"
缺點： "Not their fault, but stuck on plane in NY because boston was having weather. Just felt like we could have been informed sooner than we were."

缺點： "The flight was delayed multiple times which was eventually confirmed to take off at 9:15pm. There were no updates from the desk leading up to 9:15pm - we were subsequently informed that the crew for the flight was at a different terminal in the airport and would arrive within 40 minutes. There was no update to the display board of the anticipated boarding time or arrival. Limited and poor communication overall. Once ready to board, the desk attendants insisted passengers check their bags because it would be "faster" since it wasn't certain if there would be sufficient overhead space. There was extra overhead space and we ended up having to wait 45 minutes for our luggage (small backpacks) upon arriving at midnight thanks to this desk attendant's short-sighted decision making. I will avoid American Airlines at all costs after this experience."
優點： "Very quick and easy boarding, very comfortable seating."
缺點： "The crew didn't share any information about connecting flights, even when we sat on the plane for 45 minutes after landing. Along with six people, we had to run through Dallas to make our connecting flight. I overheard the crew say they no longer can share connecting flight info, and why was a connecting flight under the same airline at a new terminal with no flexibility? It was very stressful."
缺點： "The airport is not organized well and a handful of us passengers had to take a shuttle over to the other side of the airport. This by the way, was not written on the boards or announced so we were confused for a good 20 minutes trying to figure out where to go and what was happening."
缺點： "Even though my wife and I booked our flight together at the same time we were seated apart by the airline for no good reason. In fact we each had alone passengers seated next to each of us."
優點： "Having had a rough day of 10 hours of travel, arrived at Ticket booth to check in when I DROPPED MY HOT SOUP!! Mr. SAM B Told me not to worry, have a seat and proceeded to buy me another cup of soup and gave me a GIANT hug!! It's an understatement to say he surpassed my service expectations! he should be commended. This random act of service and kindness was witnessed by many other passengers. I"

缺點： "I sat in an exit row and the passanger next to me was too large for his seat, the result being my having to lean away from him the entire flight. Quite uncomfortable for over 4 hrs!"
優點： "I liked the helpful staff I was able to contact via phone. They were able to get things worked out for me so I could get home easily while trying to change flights multiple times. The flight staff once on board was apologetic and communicative with everyone to keep people calm amongst the delays and cancellation of the original flight."
缺點： "The desk attendant at the airport was unhelpful and was missing for almost two hours while we were delayed. There was no explanation as to why and it wasn't until after a 5.5 hour delay that she was able to tell us there was work being done on the plane. It was a full flight, and many people were confused and had no one to ask questions. The flight was delayed at least six times before it was cancelled and we were booked on another flight. I'm happy we were on a safe plane to fly back, but I'm unhappy with how the situation was handled. Zero communication and ultimately, I could have driven the entire way back faster that day than I could have via American Airlines. I missed a scheduled important appointment with my doctor that I cannot reschedule now. There were two other flights going to Columbus that day that people could have transferred to but as I said, there was no help at the desk to inform anyone what to do so talking on the phone to representative was the best option and that was if you could even get through that day. Delays are delays, and if it's to keep people safe, then that's fine because I'd love to be safe and make it back. However, the way it was handled made it the worst experience I've ever had with any airline. Zero communication, zero help, an entire plane of angry and frustrated people... The only thing that saved the day was another AA attendant at another gate that was able to help me properly as well as most people on my flight. I will most likely be looking at other airlines as options in the future for flying because AA has been on a steady decline lately with my experiences."

缺點： "The flight departed about an hour an a half late, no fault of the airline I suppose. But there was some turbulence on a part of the trip. The flight attendendants were given the nod to start serving but by the time they got up the flight was on its glide path down. So we had the whole wait time and flight with no refreshments."
優點： "Air crew was fine. Ground crew less so. 15 minute wait to open the gate."
優點： "The time the flight left. Also the lady checking in tickets was good about making sure people didn't get away with being too many bags on or too big of roller bags. Aircraft is new and the music stations were good."
缺點： "Had to wait twenty mins on the Tarmac to take off. Boarding was a mess. In group 2 people were squeezing in and out of aisle because they had to go all the way to the back to put their bag up. Then they stood in the row because they couldn't move up and then when the other people had to get in their seats it caused chaos. This was probably one of the worst boarding experiences I've ever come across. Flight attendants seemed feed up with the bs too. Overall just bad."

缺點： "Typical American. They start with a 75 minute delay because of crew problems. Then we sit at gate for 30 minutes while they "fix" something. Then they push out and cant start the plane so they cancel. I'm learning to hate American"
優點： "Terminal changed at LaGuardia and we had to take a bus to another terminal. The staff were extremely kind and helpful with our items and transportation. The large size of the water cup."
缺點： "I didn't like that there were dirty used food wrappers in seat pocket in front of me. The fellow sitting in front of me was in the bulkhead seat, yet reclined his chair all the way leaving me very little space. I really wish flight attendants would ask travelers to be considerate and not recline their seats during there welcome speech. Or even ask if the person being squished is ok. There were no snacks offered. Drinks were not offered till at least an hour into flight. My first flight was canceled. Kayak let me know, American never notified me!"

缺點： "Key: don't fly into a thunderstorm. Not a good way to arrive for a vacation after hearing people screaming and seeing emergency personnel carry bleeding passengers off the flight. No one did anything wrong, and staff was very helpful, but lesson here is avoid flights into cities with major thunderstorms -- mo matter what the cost to change flights."
缺點： "Just because the flight was full.. They checked in my luggage but put on the wrong tag. I have no change clothes for more than 24 hours. Hopefully, they'll deliver to me by today. But I am not holding my breath on it"
