優點: "It is always better when this flight is operated by wide body aircraft, as was the case with A330 this time"

缺點: "No snacks or water except in the back of the plane. It felt like I was bothering the flight attendants when I went back to get a snack. Most good international flights place snacks in the galleys with drinks so you can grab yourself at any point at your discretion."

缺點: "It was a tight space and they kept giving me things (pillow,blanket, slippers and socks, and headphones) that I didn’t need or have room for I appreciate the thought Return trip I’ll be more aware and decline what I don’t need"

缺點: "First flight (to Istanbul) delayed, and nobody cared to help with making connecting flight booked on the same Turkish Airlines (THY)! Different THY employees sent me to three (3) different places (with two suitcases in hand) at opposite ends of the huge Istanbul airport before finally pointing to the Business Lounge and causing my missing the connection. Had they directed me correctly and cared about my first delay, I would not have missed it. I lost the first-night pay at the hotel of my final destination, my friends lost their time and money on making trips to pick me up, my ailing relatives were in pieces worrying about me, and so on. In sum, a fun trip (NOT!) ... If you care for some details, here you go... They did not inform their own connecting flight about my delay. Despite issuing me a boarding pass, nobody was looking for me or announcing where I should go. I spent an hour running around the airport at THY employees' misdirections. Business Lounge revealed I was already issued a ticket for next morning's flight (without informing me via my email they had or otherwise). I then looked at their own monitor and saw a much earlier flight the same night on a partner airline. I had to point to that flight, and they issued me a ticket there. No apology, no offer of any compensation. I understand that flights may delay, and I could forgive an honest mistake in misdirection. But this was a wide-spread incompetence and utter unwillingness to help their own business class (!) customer. I can only imagine what pains the economy travelers had to endure! Just to give you a flavor, after realizing that my connecting flight was boarding (when my delayed first flight arrived in Istanbul), I asked the crew to direct me to the best route to my connection. They pointed to the gate personnel. The gate personnel who greeted us DID NOT KNOW about my connection and sent me to the opposite side of the airport without notifying the connecting flight to wait for me. No help/transport was offered. When I made my way to the connecting gate with my luggage, the flight was gone. Nobody to be found from THY around the gate. A neighboring THY gate's employee directed me to the "Care Point" desk far away. A sizable line emerged there, with only two agents working it. I asked one of them if business class was served there. They said, "Yes, get in line, please". After 30 minutes in that line, I approached a "Care Point" agent (a cruel name for no-care-whatsoever service) who told me "You need to go to the business class desk upstairs. Economy only here!" No apology, no expression of concern, yelling "Next!" when I told her that I wasted 30 minutes of valuable time in line at their direction and would appreciate her doing something to help or making sure I reach the right person. Off to the "business desk" I go... another 15-min. run in a different direction with luggage in hand. That desk could not help either...ARGHH. Do I need to continue?.."

缺點: "I picked a window seat very early on through a phone call to a Turkish Airline agent in the USA, but when I checked in online, the seat assigned to me was gone and I was put in a middle seat while there were many other seats available. This erasure of the record and random seat assignment nullify the effort on the part of the passenger (making a call is not a trivial act these days because of the long waits) and generate uncertainty in the minds of the travellers. Hope you can improve on this point. That will make an even better impression on the passengers."

優點: "World-class service at a price, convenience of connections, still free seat resevation and decent luggage allowance, two suitcases, for all of which other carriers extort extra payments."

優點: "The flight itself was fine."
缺點: "The flight was delayed about an hour. Prior to that I had a 10 hour layover at the Istanbul airport. As this is busy 24 hours per day there are times that it is difficult to even find a seat to relax in let alone a spot to lay down."

缺點: "Delay around three quarter an hour."

缺點: "I have a flight that i booked to istanbul for my self and my fiance over 1000 and was not refunded anything when it was not my fault rhat i could not go to istanbul.on holiday with fiance meeting me there ..visa were stopped because of politics and turkish airlines and Yamaha .com would not refund my money terrible way ro steal off people"

優點: "I like your entertainment system, but the cushions on the headset were not the best."
缺點: "The boarding was not organized. I was in Group C. We were chained behind a rope. Boarding started and when the agent nearest to us didn't get a passenger quickly he started to take Group D! I did not appreciate that. This continued throughout boarding. Also, as to be expected!, as newer people joined the the lines they went to the line moving - not their Group line. So we stood behind the rope on C while everyone else was boarding. I finally jumped to the moving line. I was tired of waiting. The kosher meals were warm, but not hot. There is no reason for this. I have been flying International for over 20 years and I know what is possible. The seats - for a 10 hour flight - were uncomfortable. Either I need more padding on my rear end or you need better seats."

優點: "Crew was very professional and food was very good."
缺點: "With 2.5 hr layover there was no explicable reason for our luggage not to make it to its destination. Yet we upon arrival to Sarajevo, we (and other 10 passengers headed to the lost luggage department."

缺點: "The lounge at IST is overcrowded and lacks sufficient showering facilities. There was leftover food everywhere that the overworked staff tried, in vain, to keep up with."

優點: "I liked the dessert , blankets and pillow were available to all and washroom was good"
缺點: "Food was ok , kids did not like and snacks were not available after meal although mentioned. Service was poor . Let space was not too much"

缺點: "A series of about 9 rows of 3 seats each row, had errors in to the monitors that normally you can watch a movie, watch news, or listen to music. Approximately 27 people could not use these monitors affixed in the seat before you. These monitors (screens) control the reading lights, the signal for the stewardess. Flight 33 on 6/30/2017 had 12.3 hours of blankness and the complaints were numerous, but the crew were of no use. I wish this would have happened to business or first class. The crew were horrible."

缺點: "They had rotten food and didn't even tell us when serving would begin. Also they lost our luggage in spite of having our tag #. How does an airline not put a tag on a bag and give a bagage tag to a customer. ?? And after going on a cruise with one Carry on and everything Lost they don't even give us an allowance or a normal kit for toiletries and no one answers our questions. All the calls go to the call center that has no idea about how to track a bag. There are no managers to help and the customer service stinks"

缺點: "In All my flights with them it is Sssoooo hot!!! They save on A/C??? I asked to cool the cabine - they did for 15 min and back to heat again . Managing seat assignment is impossible if you book through a website other than theirs . They don't have an "economy comfort " option"

優點: "From the minute we boarded the plane, we were given refreshments and tasty food in the business class. When it was time to sleep the flight attendants made our beds for us! It was heaven! We will use this airline again!"
缺點: "If you were to become hungry in between the meals they serve, you need to go to the chef's station to pick/ask what snacks you would like. As a first timer we stumbled upon that. One of our seats didn't work but was able to scoot over as it wasn't full."

缺點: "Get rid of the foot rest, it blocks the ability to stretch your legs during a long flight. As a result, it was a very uncomfortable flight. I do not know of any other long haul airlines that have these. I will probably not fly Turkish Airlines on any flights over 3 hours due to the cramped space caused by your footrests. Other than space, everything else was excellent."
