Flying Japan Air premium economy was definitely worth the extra money. The seats, service, access to the Sakura Lounge and food were all amazing. We would fly JAL again any opportunity we get!
I cannot rate the ORD to Japan flight based on not applicable, see prior notation. The JAL staff member in customer service was great. He helped me transfer the flight schedule for the following week at no charge. A level of service not seen during this crazy pandemic situation
Very accommodating staff. And hardworking. Staff are prod of working with great service to passengers.
This flight never happened because Kayak and ChatDeal let me buy this flight without notifying me that Japan still has a travel ban in place for individual tourists. They only refunded me $1100 of the almost $1700 I paid initially.

I am request a total refund and suffering. Fight JL7519 from Miami to Los Angeles on June 9. I paid my Covid test $300usd (antigen then PCR). I also booked three Hong Kong Hotels. W's Hotel, then Homy inn North point. The last Hotel was with Japan agent, he said Regal Hong Kong is "fine" but after I booked and paid the Hotel. Then the Japan airlines said "no". I lost my non-refundable hotel money and didn't get the ticket to go to Hong Kong. The seat cushion was worn out. It was very uncomfortable. The service was very good.

It was very frustrating experience with Kayak and Japan Airlines. Chatdeal with Kayak has handled the issue in a very unprofessional manner. I had booked japan airlines from San Diego to Bengaluru via narita on Nov 21. While at San Diego airport , I came to know that japan airlines flight from Narita to Bengaluru was cancelled 2 months ago. The airlines asked me to check with Kayak as they were the primary ticket issuer. Now the issue begins from here : Chatdeal in association with Kayak was my primary ticket issuer. Firstly the customer support number that they had issued was of no use as it would always ask me to connect to representative via chat. So I went over chat over. Now in the chat, the representative were very slow in responding. They took almost 30 min for 1 response. All this while I was at San Diego airport having nowhere to go. Finally after hours of discussion, they said that this matter will be taken care by CHANGE section of chatdeal and they would require 24 hrs to come back. I objected as I was in San Diego airport with nowhere else to go. I decided to book a flight myself at 2.5 times to original cost. Finally I agreed and waited for 24hrs. But they never got back. After couple of days and after multiple attempts to get response over mail, finally they responded just to wait for some more days and its Still on going after 1.5 months. This was one of the worst case of professionalism

The food was really bad. Ravioli were hardly warm. A dish with “salmon” over rice was so salty and dry. The dish they call beef with rice and egg had a gravy but it was challenging to find even small pieces of meat. They really need to fix their menu. It’s not even average….
Everything is good and the food is delicious. All the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Will definitely fly with ANA again.

之前由於疫情的關係，打算不在飛行中用餐，但是到了機場，發現其實情況沒有想像中嚴重，所以現場請check in 服務台的服務員幫忙訂奶蛋素餐，但是我也明白時間太趕，可能沒辦法。所以心想：有就感恩，沒有也能夠理解。 結果，飛機上某位空服員自願把自己的餐點給我吃，讓我既不好意思，但是也非常感動。 感謝他們的貼心和用心。

The plane waited for us to take us
The flight attendants were knowledgeable and informative. Our incoming flight was delayed due to snow and ice. Once we were aboard the flight from Denver to Detroit, the pilot informed us that we needed to go to de-icing prior to lift off. He led us to believe that it would only delay our trip by 10-15 minutes. We sat on tarmac for one hour prior to lift off. I definitely appreciate the safety process of de-icing but I wish the pilot had given a more realistic estimate of time of departure.

缺點： "The unfortunate delay of our flight. And the entertainment systems seems to be getting old. What I mean is that it is by todays standard very very slow to switch between menus etc. And in some cases did not display all the menu content."

缺點： "Our direct flight to Montreal was canceled due to mechanical issues. The rebooking process was discombobulating and we ended up arriving at our destination after the rerouting that was stressful and ensured that we lost a whole day of our vacation time. Our flight back the entertainment system in our seats did not function."

缺點： "The flight kept getting delayed bc of mechanical problems, and then eventually cancelled. They rebooked everyone on new flights, but it took an extra stop in Toronto before getting us to Montreal. Once it was rebooked for the morning, it took off a little late. Plus the pretzels they gave us were stale. This was the first of two flights I took this trip that had mechanical issues, so they obviously need to fix their planes better or get new ones, because two Air Canada flights in one day that have mechanical problems leaves me worried that the planes aren't in optimal condition. It took me over 24 hours to get from Tucson, AZ to Montreal, Canada when normal travel takes less than 8 hours including layovers."
優點： "The young kids really enjoyed the multi-player video games that were offered on the plane. The windows were really cool too! The amount of light/color coming from the windows were adjustable with the press of a button. It was the first flight for the younger kids, and they loved it!"

缺點： "First meal was frozen. Bread, veggies and brownie cake were frozen while the chicken and rice wasn't appetizing. Flight crew should be more aware of the first row seats when pushing their food carts down and now bumping into passengers tvset."

優點： "Difficult to find employees in the Toronto airport. Security needed to help me locate someone after my plane was delayed causing me to miss my connection. On the way back had a delay again lucky if was my final leg."

缺點： "The plane sat on the runway in Denver for over an hour because they couldn't figure out their furling situation. Many people nearly missed connections because of this. The crew never let us get up to go to the bathroom on an international flight because of some small turbulence."
優點： "Nothing! Unpleasant unhelpful crew at gate, no better onboard, absolutely moist cramped seating ever! Disorganized and late- boarding, departing, waited to disembark at arrival, 25 min before first bag off baggage......dreadful no one cares"

缺點： "One of my three flights was unnecessarily delayed by two hours, enough that I missed my last connection and had to stay overnight in Vancouver. There were no technical complications or weather complications. It was simply because something had been misscheduled and the flight crew needed a longer rest time between flights. This is completely avoidable, and the attendent who checked me in even said so. While the hotel and shuttle were paid for, Air Canada only gave me a $7 breakfast voucher, which was only redeemable at the hotel's measly breakfast counter rather than anywhere in the airport. For the unnecessary delays I had to deal with, i should had received more credit. This was an utterly disappointing travel experience."

缺點： "No apology for lateness, flight boarded late, took off 40 min late, arrived 35 minutes late but we sat at gate waiting for someone to open it ?!, then another 15 min before bags started to unload Ridiculous but indicative of airlines You are not their valued guest or even their customer, you are a problem that needs to be solved and are consequently met with preloaded annoyance and a readiness to dismiss, placate at the best of times but definitely not please, impress, sympathize or satisfy. There is no evidence that it's even in their lexicon- not a part of their recruitment or selection process or training, ever! They're main focus and only positivity is saved for themselves. There may be a long line of concerned and anxious travelers but their priority is getting coffees for the battle ahead! They break their focused indifference only for each other and enthusiastically leave their post to satisfy each other's needs and attention. This has got to change! Why do we put up with such awful service for which we are the paying customer? Why are we, their customers, not valued? This airline makes record profits, provides less, charges for everything and increasingly delivers bad service, sometimes offensively bad! It doesn't cost more to hire a customer centric pleasant person, or incorporate guest experience into training or at the very least be friendly and smile! What if an airline just did that?! They'd differentiate themselves and develop a positive customer centered culture. Don't we deserve that, at the very least?!"
缺點： "Crew wasn't helpful and attentive, boarding staff in Toronto were blatantly rude to me, I watched as my luggage got handled aggressively, the plane was dirty with old food crumbs and such, my flight to Windsor got cancelled and accomadations were not met sufficiently."

缺點： "i booked a flight through kayak going from denver to milan. i showed up at the airport in denver to fly out yeserday only to find out that i was going to frankfurt germany. i am now in munich germany and never made it to milan. i was one of many people i met on the flight that also booked with air canada thinking they were headed to milan. air canada kept trying to put the blame off to my booking company. i don't know who to be ticked off at. please advise."
