優點： Dreamliner appears to have more room, the seats recline to a greater angle, and it is not cold like a lot of other planes. Cabin crew were friendly, helpful and attentive. The break up of flight legs between Australia and U.K. into 3 legs of 7 or 8 hrs is a great alternative to the 1x9hr & 1x12hr.
缺點： The entertainment system functionality is great, but choice was a bit poor, although numerous. Food generally quite good, only one meal I was disappointed with.
優點： New planes. Spotlessly clean. Hard working helpful staff. Good boarding. Adequate legroom by modern standards. Food typical of economy these days. OK. But really good staff.
缺點： Fried rice breakfast out of Rome. Mushy. But overall food out of Sydney, Rome and Shanghai, fine.
優點： Food, service on board
缺點： Im not realize that my luggage is not direct to nagoya, so i need to claimed my luggage, re-check in and imigration in shanghai. I just have 2,5 hours to do all stuff. Thanks god i make it to onboard in time with help other passanger that let me do immigration check first.
優點： It was cheap but I would not do it again
缺點： I made friends with another passenger who when texting his number introduced himself as ‘XYZ, flight from hell’. That pretty much sums it up but here’s a laundry list of issues I faced on the trip 1. They landed us in a different airport in China and did not inform us on how to get to the other airport (PVG). After several failed attempts of catching a taxi that accepts Visa or US dollars, we finally got a bus that ferried us 2. They also did not automatically transfer the luggage, so I had to carry my two checked in bags to the other one and then stand in a 45 min queue to get them checked in again 3. Unhelpful ground staff 4. Delayed second flight. After a shitty eight hour long layover, we got another 2 5. Horrible food 6. No ear plugs are available in the plane 7. Not a single apology from the crew about the delay Also, anyone who doesn’t speak mandarin needs to understand that the crew in China is not well equipped to understand and help you, so be prepared to have the translation struggle
缺點： the flight was 30 minutes late, which caused me to miss my connection AMS-LDN, where my cousin was waiting to take me on to my Auntys Funeral at 10.30. MU head flight attendant said at first the flight was NOT late, even though we were scheduled to depart at 1245 we waited on tarmac until 1.15 and arrived AMS at 7.10 instead of 6.35.When I pointed out this lie she said "not our problem, speak to KLM lady on ground" ...I did ..and am now waiting for a flight at 13.20 TO A DIFFERENT AIRPORT IN LONDON, and 3 hrs AFTER my aunt's funeral.MU..the worst thing is I have them on my return flight to Japan.I am thinking if forfeiting that leg and booking with and airline that cares about their customers, instead of just taking your money.MU never again. Let them treat their own citizens with contempt.
缺點： Late taking off. Sat 30 minutes at Beijing airport waiting to park, then waited 15 minutes for a bus transfer to the terminal build. Only one bus so deplaned at the speed of the slowest passenger. 10 min bus journey to the terminal building. Missed my flight to the UK. I recommend you use an airline that pays for an air bridge and can coordinate the ground staff to be ready for the planes arrival!
缺點： The fact that I was not able to get on my flight because I didn't have a visa after I called the airline over a week before my flight to ask about it and they told me I didn't need one. They told me I would get a temporary 72 visa upon arrival in Fuzhou but when I went to check in this was not the case. Now they won't give me any money back for that flight or the one I had to buy to get home. It was their fault I was not on the flight and they won't own up to it. I will never fly with them and I will do my best to let others know that they shouldn't either
