優點: "JAL lounge at Haneda was the best I've ever been in. The Business Class configuration is terrific -- as private as can be on an airplane, without going First. And the JAL staff, on the ground as well as in the air, are Grade A diplomats, counselors, and -- in a word -- professionals. Which is sorely lacking in US air carriers, who don't seem to understand that air travel is a service industry, and to excel in a service industry, PEOPLE are most important to the customers. Specifically, having enough people: US airline employees are well-trained professionals too, but "corporate" consistently under-hires/deploys, which leaves employees juggling far too much at once, which degrades the service experience for the customer. Yeah, I get "the bottom line," but service industry customers will always go to businesses that offer better service. Ok, rant over. JAL is tops."
缺點: "Security and Immigration at Tokyo Haneda is harder than at US airports, but that's to be expected and nothing that JAL can control."

優點: "Simple check in and boarding, right on time."

缺點: "Business class seats not very long if you are tall. Western meal option is not really very western. Crew is a little too efficient- got woken up 90 minutes before landing to clear the mattresses. Lots of announcements- a bit too much. On time, and quick to respond to requests. Sake was good as was the ramen."

缺點: "The boarding process was a joke. No seat assignments until the last second. The front desk personnel would not help us with a seat assignment and said they were “working on it”. I sat down with my wife in the waiting area and observed the front desk personnel joking around with each other for the next 45 minutes before the flight. Very unprofessional and not helpful. Not a good way to represent your airline."

優點: "I was randomly upgraded for the first 10 hours of my trip to Premium economy and it was amazing. Two big hot meals served throughout the flight and plenty of drink service. lots of leg room and could recline comfortably. Flight attendants were wonderful and very helpful. Lots of new movies to watch and games to keep you entertained."
缺點: "Flew economy for the 2nd part of my trip and the seat was very hard and was impossible to get comfy. Same meal service as premium economy and was once again delicious. Much colder on this flight and the thin blankets do very little to help."

優點: "As expected not overly done nor less of comfort and services. Only it was confusing that I had to move from international terminal to Domestic terminal due to first transfer was with in Domestic airport."
缺點: "I have purchased Japan Airline to travel but unexpectedly I had to deal with American Air for half of my flight. God help them please. It was hell from start to finish. Japan Air, I feel sorry for you that your alliance with American Air."

優點: "Jenny was the most wonderful flight attendant in Business Class! She checked on me constantly and made sure I had everything I needed."

優點: "Crew was really professional and friendly, I sat beside a mom with 2 kids and the crew really helped her in her needs and made sure we were all okay. Food was good and I loved the movie selection, watched all the Oscar movies I've missed."

When boarding you are told to social distance but you got folk sitting bunched up together with someone sitting next to you the whole flight. Delta doesn’t have people sitting in the middle seats. Poor flight when it comes to safety or health over money. SAD!"

缺點: "Things are getting smaller, we're paying more for less and less; it's all reducing except the cost. Generally flying is no longer 'special' it's kind of routine, like cattle herding--and the customer is the cattle."

缺點: "The flight was delayed for over 2 hours because of a reported maintenance issue with the aircraft but was originally delayed because of not having flight attendants available. When the flight attendants did finally arrive they all had an attitude of wishing to be anywhere but on this flight. The lead flight attendant even got into a verbal altercation with the gate agent demanding help getting people's bags into the overhead compartment because she was "injured" & not supposed to be at work. All in all a quite dissatisfying experience but not an uncommon one with this airline & this airport. I will use both only when I have absolutely no other options."

缺點: "Carry-on luggage needs to be monitored more closely. I saw one passenger with three pieces. Meanwhile, I had to stow my bag 10 rows behind me."

缺點: "We lost the conection because pre departure there swas an issue with one of the wings of the plane and took about 30 min. Afterwards after landing the plan had to wait another 15 minutes waiting for the gate. American Airlines atributed the issue to weather conditions in Vancouver, false."

缺點: "The crew was basically useless. They hung out in the back not really paying attention or just in the way. One stewardess knocked me in the head when passing through and didn’t even apologize. No one greeted or told goodbye at the end."

缺點: "The crew seemed to be under a lot of tension and the audio jack to my in-seat monitor didn't work. After mentioning the faulty system to the crew I had to find a new seat by myself and there was no follow up."

缺點: "We were rerouted by JustFly prior to our trip. Instead of Venice - Philadelphia-Tampa at noon, we were moved to Venice - London - Chicago - Tampa. Flight from London - Chicago was delayed 6 hours. Of course missed connection in Chicago. Spent night in Chicago and arrived home 48 hours after leaving for Venice airport."

缺點: "Realized I left my iPhone in pocket of my seat as soon as I exited plane - spoke to gate agent within 1 minute of leaving plane and she Asia she would get the cleaning crew to look while I waited. Waited 20 min only to hear a bunch of lies about how they asked the flight attendant to look but she couldn’t find it - should have just walked back on plane to do it myself. Was told to “go online” and file a lost and found report. This is a small airport - TRI cities TN - absolutely zero customer focus by and American Airline employee - and I asked to sp all with a supervisor and manager with the hope I would get my phone back. Worst service and zero caring attitude I’ve dealt with - and I fly a lot. It will be Delta from here on out. I went on line and filed a complaint and lost and found report - am betting a large amount of money I hear nothing other than an automated reply."

缺點: "There was a 3 hour flight delay in JFK but to be honest there is a lot to do in the airport and Nice bars and shops next to the gate so I was occupied. Annoying for family picking me up in Scotland however."

缺點: "We sat on the tarmac for over an hour for no apparent reason."

缺點: "We booked a round-trip flight on AA from Philadelphia to Dublin. Due to changes in our travel plans we revised our flight dates. The phone customer service rep who helped me make the changes, assured me that the AA policy was to group families together after she informed me that I could not choose our seat assignments at that time. Arriving at the Philadelphia airport, we used the self service kiosk to check-in. The issued boarding passes put my wife and me in different rows on one side of the plane, and our nine year old son on the other. I asked a roving AA customer service rep if it would be possible to change our seat assignments and explained what we were told when rebooking. She waved vaguely in the direction of the baggage counter, and told us we could change our seats when checking our baggage. We brought out baggage to the counter and informed the customer service rep working there what we were told by the kiosk and phone representatives. She immediately yelled at us and told us to calm down, even though we were merely asking and explaining. Each time we attempted to explain our situation or ask where we could seek assistance, she bristled. Finally, she told us we should go to the main check-in counter because she could not change seat assignments. The check-in counter rep was very brusque. She said she could not change anything because we had boarding passes and should accept the locations because it was an international flight; however we could ask at the gate if changes could be made. At the gate, service was provided for three flights - Dublin, London, and Manchester(?). We stood briefly in line and were motioned up to a desk for the London flight. I informed the customer service rep that we were travelling to Dublin, and what we were told by the previous AA representatives. Without checking to see if was possible to seat the three of us together, he told us that he could only put my wife and son together. Somewhat relieved, we asked him to revise their seat locations. He made the changes and handed us our new boarding passes. As we walked away from the counter, I noticed that the new boarding passes were for the London flight and did not have my wife's or son's names. We returned to the counter and told him that there had been mistakes made. He immediately snatched the passes from us and berated us for not telling him that we were not going to London. I told him that we had told him of our destination as soon as we approached the counter. He retrieved our original passes from the trash and told us to wait for the Dublin flight reps to arrive. Immediately, I called the AA toll-free number and informed the phone agent of all that had happened. She was able to locate two seats together for my wife and son, and told me to inform the gate reps of the information. Because of character limitations I cannot tell of the counter rep who was an angel and managed to seat the three of us together. Thank you!!!"

缺點: "I was supposed to dj in dallas at 12am got a flight in at 7pm but with mechanical problems flight was delayed to a 2:20am landing which I missed my job. I paid for a flight I didn't use and lost 1300.00 usd 0 out of 10 for AA"

優點: "Entertainment, service, pilot and his crew were great."
缺點: "Food was not good. Can do better. As vegetarian there are lots of good places they can order the food from."

優點: "I was shocked to finally get a snack. Seems like years since that happened. And we arrived in Indy thirty minutes early!"

優點: "Chairs were very comfy and wider than some airlines."
缺點: "Crew not overly friendly and not very attentive, and there were lots of empty seats so there wasn't much excuse. Also, I had an issue with the plane. I think no screens on a cross-country flight is not good business. Not everyone is savvy with go-go inflight. And if there are no screens, could there at least be outlets? I was so tired after my Paris flight and wanted to chill with some go-go entertainment, but my battery was low and there were no outlets. I know not all flights can have these luxuries, but if the flight is over five hours, I think it should be better equipped."

優點: "Quick and easy ride to Florida. Only 2 hour flight, smooth ride. Crew did their job and did it well."
缺點: "No entertainment options, I'm assuming because of short flight. No tvs."

缺點: "American changed the 2nd & 3rd legs of our trip from Vancouver to Phoenix to Charlotte to New Bern and didn't bother to notify us. Discovered on our own after we arrived in Phoenix."

缺點: "Busy flight"
