缺點： Flight 502 from BKK to HKG was changed from Boarding Gate 1 to 3 in Don Muang at a time when the previous flight at Boarding Gate 3 has NOT YET started boarding. A huge crowd from BG1 flooded to BG3 when the flight to Wuhan, China has not yet started boarding. It was 15 minutes before scheduled boarding (15:55) and a long line already formed at BG1. Those in line have to move to BG3 and have to line up all over again. We waited for at least 30 mins before the Wuhan flight finished boarding at BG3. The line was ill-formed and many Chinese tourists pushed their way through disregarding the line. Air Asia should have deferred the announcement of boarding gate change for the HKG flight until the Wuhan flight has completed boarding. This was a poor handling of boarding.
優點： We were connecting and the connecting flight was late and the CSR held the plane just for us.
缺點： Once on board the crew was horrible. Because of the problem, some other groups of people decided to take our seats to spread out. So I just took the seats immediately available to us that were open. The flight attendant decided to check our boarding pass to see if we were in the right seat, and of course we were not (because the other people decided to take our seats as we were the last to board). I figured this was just fine. We even paid extra for the assigned seats but for the sake of getting the flight going due to our tight connection, we took the nearest available seats. Unfortunately, a group of 6 people had to take 5 minutes to rearrange the seats because the flight attendant "insisted" we take the seats on our boarding pass. It would have been much easier if the crew would have just let us take the seats that were available instead of trying to rearrange the other group.
