優點： Aircraft is well kept and clean. Crew members are attentive and alert.check in process was fast and efficient.
缺點： Charging of excess baggage on second piece of luggage checkedin. Amount is too steep. Selection of movies could be expanded esp the korean selection since its korean air? Current selection of korean movies was only 5!
優點： Boarding was super quick, as crew wanted to leave before the strong rains and winds came through, so we left early! Plane itself was very modern and surprisingly comfortable, as much as a small space can be. Good amount of entertainment, and the crew were pleasant. And flight itself was smooth with very little turbulence which helps!
缺點： Had to pay for food, which was a little annoying considering the cost of the flight. Entertainment was very American led... but I guess not surprising considering it’s delta.
優點： Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport
缺點： No downsides at all
優點： Snacks & drinks & TV movies good
缺點： One hostess was very rude & slow forget our headphones Kept getting me to help her with getting attention of other hostesses also very bad at giving snacks and kept my husband and another man waiting for 10 mins while she gathered rubbish despite repeated requests which would have been easy as she was at the front of plane obviously unsuited for this position
優點： Yes, we were unexpected and surprised being upgrade to premier class
缺點： no complaints. very appreciated our upgrade, since we went to Prague for mother-in-law's funeral, we were absolutely exhausted.This up grade made an excellence different to us. Thanks very much.
缺點： flights all on Delta - about one a week for 3 months straight - and yet when Delta cancelled my flight and re-booked they did not give me any upgrade or loyalty as I saw it - I had paid extra for Delta Comfort and they told me the flight they re-booked me on simply did not have any comfort available. However, I was not the one canceling the flight and re-booking - that is their problem and after so much loyalty for years I feel like I should have gotten some kind of upgrade for free...If I have to cancel - I have to pay fees - but if they cancel - I lose ...despite being a very loyal SkyMiles customer. I am quite disillusioned with Delta now and will have to look around to see what other airlines there are now - and my entire family - and what kind of loyalty they give to their loyal customers. It needs to be a two-way
