優點： "The flight crew were very nice. I needed help boarding and departing, and they were there every step of the way."

缺點： "Our final connecting flight was late because the plane and the crew had not yet arrived at our airport before we were supposed to start boarding. The airline did not announce this until we were scheduled to start boarding. We had to go to a different gate and wait nearly two more hours for our flight to depart."
優點： "Crew was great and tried to accommodate the best they could"
缺點： "It was really cold on both flights, they had blankets for only first class and business class. We had an open seat as well next to us and they put a person in the open seat that was drunk and 22. Not cool"

缺點： "After missing all our other connections, our luggage was delayed for hours, we were only given $12 each for meal vouchers for an entire day of layover, we were not given the upgrade for the seats we originally paid for (nor seats together) only promised refunds. The line for service was 2 hours."
優點： "Great first class cabin crew."
優點： "Not one thing. AA promised us a hotel. No we did not get that. And because I changed my flight on the phone (cause stuck in airport) said we we were supposed to stay there. We were not Compensated with a food voucher. I was supposed leave St Lucia though Miami and I am disappointed"

缺點： "Mechanical problems and incompetent repair people who forgot to fill out paperwork delayed our flight by 3 hours. Because of this I almost missed my RESCHEDULED next flight and my bag was gate checked to baggage claim."

優點： "My wife is hypoglycemic and requires food. The flight was so early that none of the terminal restaraunts were open, nor did the plain have food for any passengers accept first class. I've purchased a box on other flights, but this one did not provide an option for a box lunch or breakfast."

缺點： "Please inform travelers that their passport must not expire within 3-6 months of their trip to France. I was unaware of this and was not allowed on our flight in Philadelphia because my passport would expire in two months. We lost an entire day in France because I had to go to the customs office the next morning and get an emergency passport. I travel frequently, but somehow was not aware of this rule. If I had known I would have fixed the issue months ago. Multiple people viewed my ticket and passport before arriving in Philadelphia and no one caught this error until right as I was boarding the flight to Paris."

缺點： "Equipment malfunction at 11 pm is always really nice."
優點： "Entertainment aspect of flight was excellent. Good was not bad and staff attentive."
缺點： "Check in was terrible. There was confusion and it was terribly disorganized. I arrived 2 hours before my flight and almost did not make bag drop due to the long line (atleast 50-80 other people in the same situation). Then had to rush through security and the terminal to make boarding. Cleared second passport check to be told when the flight shelf have been taking off that the flight was delayed. I get sick when I fly and it helps to eat and due to all the check in delays I could not eat. So when the flight was delayed for mechanical reasons I wanted to go eat to be told that for the next three hours that I would be stuck I could not leave to walk around get a meal or anything. The communication for the staff was poor and their attempt to keep their customers comfortable was lacking."

缺點： "Before I booked the flight I noticed it was only on time 53% of the time. True to that number we were delayed almost an hour before takeoff. Why schedule fights so close if almost half the time it's delayed? Something needs to change."
優點： "Absolutely nothing. I was upgraded from business and would have been better in business."
缺點： "The seats were horrible. The tv screen was so old and small I could barely see anything, and the sound kept cutting out. The food was the same quality as business class with less choices and no menus. The staff kept forgetting to clear the table or refill my wine glass. I never had to use the call button on a flight before, but on this trip I was constantly hitting call or flagging people down. If I had actually paid for 1st class I would have been livid."

缺點： "I didn't like that it said Alaska Airlines but it was really American so I ran 4 terminals and had to go through agricultural inspection twice. The guy at the counter didn't want me to check in my bag because it was 58 mins before my flight. The lady at the station really helped me and let me check my bag."
