優點： "JAL lounge at Haneda was the best I've ever been in. The Business Class configuration is terrific -- as private as can be on an airplane, without going First. And the JAL staff, on the ground as well as in the air, are Grade A diplomats, counselors, and -- in a word -- professionals. Which is sorely lacking in US air carriers, who don't seem to understand that air travel is a service industry, and to excel in a service industry, PEOPLE are most important to the customers. Specifically, having enough people: US airline employees are well-trained professionals too, but "corporate" consistently under-hires/deploys, which leaves employees juggling far too much at once, which degrades the service experience for the customer. Yeah, I get "the bottom line," but service industry customers will always go to businesses that offer better service. Ok, rant over. JAL is tops."

Later on, when we getting off the airplane she even helped me to stroll my carry on out to the airplane because I was carry too many stuffs with me and my daughter being so tired of the long flight so I have to comforted my daughter . The stewardess saw that and helping me a hand . I wish every airlines has someone like this crew member . Thank you so much for the awesome service on Japan Airlines."

缺點： "Before I start my complaint I would like to say that my family and I had 6 emirates flights this year and 5 of those flights were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our traveling with emirates but this 1 flight came out to be the worst flight of my life. I made online check-in and chose our seats and all was successful but when we reached the airport and I opened my app, it displayed that online boarding pass was not available. After moving slowly in a long queue, when I reached near boarding counters, an official checked my name in a list and informed that there was some new tax applied on us and thus I had to visit counter 5 or 6 to pay that tax. We joined the queue of counter 5 but it was not moving at all and I noticed some people being served at counter 5 who were not in the queue, thinking that counter 5 might take longer, I joined counter 6 queue where there were only 1 family and 1 passenger ahead of me, for next half hour we stood there but that queue didn't move. Finally after some time another counter called me, he confirmed that I had made online check-in. We were given boarding passes and were asked to wait for tax processing, After another 15min, we were given all papers and were requested to move to the immigration counter. After immigration when we were going through final security check, the emirates official asked me to hurry up, I showed him that the security process was going on in front of him, upon that he asked why I was late to airport, I informed him that I made online check-in and I was required to be there 90min before the flight but I was there 150min before the flight and it was in front of him how long the tax processing took, upon that he said that I should have been at the boarding counter 240min before the flight and that I should be aware of the facilities at the airport (although it was my 1st time there). I had not made any complaint on what had happened so far to anyone and I was not rude to anyone although I was with my wife and 1.5 years old son who was crying coz of warn weather and thirst, we couldn't provide him with water coz we were standing in queues all the time. But hearing such comments from Emirates official were quite unbearable but still I stayed calm and reached at the gate. When I handed over the boarding passes, I was told that my boarding pass was missing and I was quickly blamed by emirates officials that either I reached there without a boarding pass or I had lost it. When they checked in their system it showed that I was already boarded, I understood that they gave my boarding pass to someone else but they kept on saying that I had lost it and also informed the same to plane crew, then they made a manual boarding pass for me and let me pass the gate. We were the last passengers to enter the plane. When I reached at my seat, there was someone else sitting there, upon taking attendant's help, it was discovered that the passenger sitting there had my boarding pass."

缺點： "Because of an accident at Manila, all flights were delayed. This can happen, but the information provided by ground staff was far below standard. I assume they have procedures in place to inform passengers, and to make any estimations and guidance on what to do next. Absolutely no courtesy for passengers with connecting flights with different airliners. Usually, MH is a professional organisation, but this was an all time low in their service. Sorry."

缺點： "Flight delayed coming in therefore late departure of over an hour! My outgoing flight was also delayed that I missed my connection at Kuala Lumpur and was put on next flight 4 hours later arriving into Singapore around midnight!"

缺點： "Malaysia airlines lost my luggage. Delayed for over 24 hours and had to send to another airport. Cost me hundreds of dollars and no compensation provided"
缺點： "This is the second time - once on the way to Kuala Lumpur and on the way back that we boarded late and thus missed my connecting flight. Sadly Cathay and Malaysia air (which was the airline Cathay used for the return leg of this trip refused to help and put me on an earlier flight forcing me to stay an extra 6 hrs at the airport while being sick."

優點： "Service, free drinks, decent entertainment selection, and the food was actually a little better than edible, the best airline food Ive ever had (I haven't flown many long haul flights)"
缺點： "People don't stop growing at 5'8. There are people taller than that, in fact quite a lot of people are taller than that. So much in this world is made without this consideration in mind. I'm 6'1, I shouldn't have to pay hundreds more just so I have enough legroom. And I don't mean enough to swing my legs about as much as I want, just enough to be comfortable. This isn't essential on short flights, but just seems cruel to taller people on long flights."

缺點： "We had bad experience with the airline because our luggage was not to be found at Langkawi airport and we had make a report. Fortunately about 8 hours later our luggage was sent to our resort which we stayed. (we arrived Langkawi airport around 3pm, we were told by the officer that our luggage will be sent to our resort at 7pm but it came at 11pm instead) The snacks could have been better. Besides the salted peanuts, it would be better to add biscuits or a slice of cake. The orange juice is good but maybe if we are given choice of warm drink (tea or coffee) it would be great."
