優點: "Good gluten free bread on Istanbul to Malta leg. Blankets are good as is amenity pack which has all but diasappeared on BA. Good choice of films"

Seats were packed together very tightly. Given the lack of space, better to fix seats to only recline a little."

缺點: "Didnt like? Everything. Ataturk is filthy and literally reeks. Gate crews, ticket counter personnel, flight crews are pretty rude and simply refuse to answer direct questions if they dont want to. Seem genuinely displeased if they have to bother speaking any language but their own to communicate with international passengers. Customer Service i believe is merely a joke to the entire company. If i was a religious person i would pray no one ever has to use their feedback system or try to communicate with their customer service group by phone. Thats what i get for being American i guess, just higher hygiene standards and expectations on service for the price paid."

優點: "the onboard entertainment system is poor: you don't have your personal screen, and the only programmes available are the saftey video and airline's ads. The flight was delayed for 20 minutes at the start however it arrived on time. So that was not really an issue."

優點: "The food was tasty, as usual. The crew were attentive and it was a relatively smooth ride."
缺點: "The boarding gate was located much further than I remember for previous flights. And then we had to board shuttle buses to the plane, which made for an unpleasant boarding experience. Too many carry-on bags onboard meant no space for my bag in my allocated overhead bin. The plane seemed old and the seats were small and cramped. The entertainment systems kept shutting off in the beginning of the flight, and my screen was slightly unresponsive to touch. Not the best flight experience compared with what I'm used to and expect from Turkish."

缺點: "First flight (to Istanbul) delayed, and nobody cared to help with making connecting flight booked on the same Turkish Airlines (THY)! Different THY employees sent me to three (3) different places (with two suitcases in hand) at opposite ends of the huge Istanbul airport before finally pointing to the Business Lounge and causing my missing the connection. Had they directed me correctly and cared about my first delay, I would not have missed it. I lost the first-night pay at the hotel of my final destination, my friends lost their time and money on making trips to pick me up, my ailing relatives were in pieces worrying about me, and so on. In sum, a fun trip (NOT!) ... If you care for some details, here you go... They did not inform their own connecting flight about my delay. Despite issuing me a boarding pass, nobody was looking for me or announcing where I should go. I spent an hour running around the airport at THY employees' misdirections. Business Lounge revealed I was already issued a ticket for next morning's flight (without informing me via my email they had or otherwise). I then looked at their own monitor and saw a much earlier flight the same night on a partner airline. I had to point to that flight, and they issued me a ticket there. No apology, no offer of any compensation. I understand that flights may delay, and I could forgive an honest mistake in misdirection. But this was a wide-spread incompetence and utter unwillingness to help their own business class (!) customer. I can only imagine what pains the economy travelers had to endure! Just to give you a flavor, after realizing that my connecting flight was boarding (when my delayed first flight arrived in Istanbul), I asked the crew to direct me to the best route to my connection. They pointed to the gate personnel. The gate personnel who greeted us DID NOT KNOW about my connection and sent me to the opposite side of the airport without notifying the connecting flight to wait for me. No help/transport was offered. When I made my way to the connecting gate with my luggage, the flight was gone. Nobody to be found from THY around the gate. A neighboring THY gate's employee directed me to the "Care Point" desk far away. A sizable line emerged there, with only two agents working it. I asked one of them if business class was served there. They said, "Yes, get in line, please". After 30 minutes in that line, I approached a "Care Point" agent (a cruel name for no-care-whatsoever service) who told me "You need to go to the business class desk upstairs. Economy only here!" No apology, no expression of concern, yelling "Next!" when I told her that I wasted 30 minutes of valuable time in line at their direction and would appreciate her doing something to help or making sure I reach the right person. Off to the "business desk" I go... another 15-min. run in a different direction with luggage in hand. That desk could not help either...ARGHH. Do I need to continue?.."

缺點: "Flight from Istanbul to Bangkok was delayed for 3.5 hours with no apology and no compensatory measures such as drinks and food or lounge access Power outlets in Istanbul airport are all round plug European with no USB terminals for phone recharging"

優點: "Food and service is excellent. Istanbul lounge is great."
缺點: "Delayed in both directions. Happens. But zero announcements. Zero. Staff didn't know what was going on. Complete chaos."

優點: "We made it in one piece"
缺點: "Flight was 4 hour delayed while passengers were on the plane. There was no communication whatsoever. Once we left, tv and entertainment along with WiFi were never working during the flight. Very small and uncomfortable plane."

缺點: "It wasn't great experience as we missed the flight back to UK. They lost my husband wheelchair and we did missed the flight. They Redbook flight which was three hours later, so missed our tax home as well. We haven't received any apologies not even offer a drink. DISAPPOINTED"

優點: "Boarding was fast and efficient, entertainment options are good and crew is quite responsive"
缺點: "Pitch of the seat is bad for tall passengers at only 31" and on older aircraft the touchscreen is atrocious."

I had to cut short my trip to Istanbul due to a family issue- they couldn’t do enough to facilitate a flight home at short notice at a minimum cost and most importantly expedited my return with the minimum of hassle- thank you Turkish!"

優點: "Thr A330 has 32" pitch which was ok. The 2-4-2 seating made this less of an issue. Food was ok. Screens are decent and responsive."

And they always supply the same thing, unless I was just unlucky to have the same thing three times in a row. The entertainment system kept dropping playback, (crashing) so I would have to restart playing the video. Something similar happened on another Turkish flight."

缺點: "The new type of aircraft - less room between seats, entertainment system was poor, online check in didn't work, when I got to the airport I was sent away for an hour - was unable to get my prefered seat (window) by the time I had returned."

優點: "Rapidly becoming my airline of choice. Great service, comfortable and on time. Relatively new fleet and not cramped. Puts other national carriers (including BA) to shame"

優點: "As always from Turkish Airlines, you get good service even for a relatively short flight. Puts other national carriers to shame."

缺點: "They took over 6 hours to decide if the missed and overbooked flight would be free or an additional $1000 (which they originally demanded). Spent over 30 hours in the airport with no help from the airline - NEVER AGAIN"

缺點: "They cancelled my returning flight WITHOUT me knowing and expecting me to pay for the penalty fee for misisng the first flight even tho I DID not cancel the returning flight which obviously I was gonna take. The staff was RUDE and INSENSITIVE. Qatar was better in overall customer service. Worst customer service from Turkish airline."

缺點: "They made us wait for 2 hours out in the open on a winter night. They wouldn't let us in the terminal. It was outrageous. Everyone was extremely rude."

優點: "On time, courteous, professional. The seats in economy were comfortable and there was good amount of leg space."

Half the non priority bags arrived way before a massive batch of priority bags arrived. Defeats the purpose of giving your guest fast track immigration !"

Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"
