今天12/27Br0076班機 出包，還說自願退票只退稅。 昨晚上臨時收到訊息，11/27班機改11/28班機回來，讓我們要在週日趕回台北的旅客，只好在晚上11點多，在買兩張不是長榮航空班機，趕回台北，結果ㄧ下台北，就接到訊息，班機BR0076做調動，改為原班機11/27下午3:50正常。 1、請問ㄧ下，昨晚上硬要我們乘客接收11/28班機回台北，沒有在多booking飯店要怎麼辦？要趕回台北的要怎麼辦？ 2、我們給旅行社辦的機票，在今天下午，打電話說，長榮已在改回11/27班機原時間回到台北， 3、很趕的已在昨晚半夜，只好趕著，在買2張不是長榮航空的機票，趕回台北。 4、確在台北接收訊息，以改回原日期原時段。 我們以趕回來的旅客，長榮告知旅行社，不能退費，因為以改回原班機。說只能自願退費，只退稅金。 說是長榮航空告知，兩顆球踢來踢去，沒有辦法全額退費。也沒人可以處理這些問題，妳們說爛不藍，我都快氣炸，很想告知媒體做報島，這樣的行爲對嗎？

Crew are very attentive to the need of my wife. She need wheelchair because her not to successfull hip replacement surgery . They make sure she had wheelchair waiting during transfer to other plane and on arrival to our destination.
The worst experience is the online checking before hand: unclear, and hard to call to clarify, waiting more than 30 minutes on hold and I gave up! The checking line @ LAX airport was sooooooooooo long 3 hrs before boarding already! Luckily I have gold card from UA , the staff helped me checking in quickly ,skipping the long line. All the staff at the counter are friendly and helpful, they told me I needed to use Taiwan passport to check into the CDC system for Covid-19 with iPhone, otherwise the system won’t accept….. that’s why I didn’t complete online checking. Selecting English and using Taiwan passport info may speed up the calling process( I guess). It was a full loaded flight, but the flight attendants are friendly and helpful, appreciated their professionalism! Even after arrival, there was a long line for SIM card in Taiwan taoyuan airport, that’s a different story for CDC…took hrs to get into the checking in point, from there on , it was a breeze……

優點： "Flew with EVA 16 years ago to Hanoi, Vietnam and again in 2018 to Hanoi, via Taipei. Very professional, attentive, good food, little amenities that make a difference in the overall experience of traveling. Very clean bathrooms, even after a 16-1/2 hour flight to Taipei it was still clean at the end of the trip. Food was good and plentiful, wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages offered. Came around at least three times on the leg to Taipei with food and water and when I wanted more water they gladly made sure I stayed hydrated on such a long flight."

優點： "The is nothing I can say I did not like with the Vancouver to Taipei Sector of our flight. I was impressed with the crew, the food, entertainment, seat space, leg room, etc..."
缺點： "This is my wife & I flying with EVA Air. My wife and I have travelled with many international and domestic airlines for 38 years now since we started travelling. This was is our first experience with EVA Air. I’d recommend EVA Air’s Premium Economy. The seats were wider and leg room was excellent. The amenities were great especially the entertainment part. TV Screen in front of the passenger (installed behind the seat in front) was very clear. it was the same as if watching movie on an iPad. The food was great! Both my wife and I like the dinner and the breakfast served. Also, the price of EVA Air’s Premium Economy is great compared to similar Asian Airlines from Vancouver to Manila. EVA Air was the cheapest when we started shopping for flights from Vancouver-Taipei-Manila."

之前由於疫情的關係，打算不在飛行中用餐，但是到了機場，發現其實情況沒有想像中嚴重，所以現場請check in 服務台的服務員幫忙訂奶蛋素餐，但是我也明白時間太趕，可能沒辦法。所以心想：有就感恩，沒有也能夠理解。 結果，飛機上某位空服員自願把自己的餐點給我吃，讓我既不好意思，但是也非常感動。 感謝他們的貼心和用心。

缺點： "Ontario Airport for international arrival is confusing. I think this has to do with more the airport than the airline...although the airline could have helped too. There is no one to ask questions once you exited the security area. The signage is incorrect for airport shuttle to the parking lots. In order to get to the parking lot, one would need to first take a rental car shuttle to the regular terminal and then change to an airport shuttle."

優點： "Have flown Peach before so knew what to expect. That made seat assignments and baggage handling painless. If you have not flown them before, their 7 kg cabin baggage limit is enforced in Osaka. Be forwarned and be prepared to pay extra baggage fees."

"Sorry, we're sold out of that." This was on the way to Hong Kong, where they may load up on some of the catering items, but not on the duty free. Strange for an LCC to be so low on inventory, which is a huge part of their revenues. My other gripe is that the only source of water in the holding area at Okinawa's LCC terminal was, like the flight afterward turned out to be: sold out. Oh, and they split the two of us up upon checking in (two hours prior to the flight) by seating us on opposite sides of the plane. I can't believe the entire rest of the plane paid for confirmed seats and left only single seats. Like AirAsia, Peach has Navitaire's reservation system, and apparently, like AirAsia, Peach intentionally splits groups up in the hopes that they will pay to sit together. If this is the case, it is wrong. I agree with LCCs' notion that baggage is a service, for example (at least seven people handle a bag on a nonstop flight), or selling food rather than giving it away. But it is really low to intentionally cause discomfort and then charge to relieve it."
優點： "The price is good and they offer some of the best prices around Japan and East Asia. As far as LCC's go they aren't the worst. If you're motivated only by price, then Peach is fine."

Their staff seem to be very poorly trained, they are no proficient in English, they do no communicate well and seem to only be interested in getting you crammed into the plane (and out of it) as fast as possible. Their flights are often delayed, you can safely assume you will leave at least 30 minutes past the scheduled departure time. On the plane you will get nothing but a seat so don't expect anything else."

I understand Tigerair is budget airline, but they should obey my minimum rules, if their website was not working, I should not pay for it. Anyway that is the last was the first and would be the last time I am flying with them. I make sure my friends who fly frequently know about that too."
