優點: "Crew very polite and friendly"
缺點: "Crew forgot to bring me things twice so I had to ask another crew member on both occasions."

優點: "Plane was super clean and comfortable. A long flight but we'll cared for by host."

優點: "When the seat folded down (business class) into a bed, it gave almost a twin size bed that was flat."
缺點: "Being in business class, I had expected the food to be better. Also, the red wines offered were only a sub selection of the ones in the menu."

缺點: "After rushing to catch my connecting Singapore flight, their desks were closed and there wasn’t an employee in site. Given that airlines can see connecting fights it would have been great to have someone stay back to either give me a boarding pass or help me rebook! UNSATISFACTORY!"

缺點: "Air port does not have automatic internet connection We were there for 8 hours with no internet because we had no international roaming to receive the PIN via SMS. The four PINS generated by the counter staff did not work. We all took turn to try to no avail. by then we have walked too far from the counter we could not be bother going back. No airport that I've been to had poor internet service connection like this airport, yet it is supposed to be THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE AIRLINE. We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."

優點: "To be honest I had a pretty bad flight because my allergies exploded during the entire flight - constant sneezing, runny nose, you name it. However, the attentiveness of the crew really made up for it. The cabin was decorated with tiny wreathes (so cute!), and the pillow/blanket was very comfortable/warm for an Economy seat. Although I did not use it as much, the entertainment seemed top-notch. And the crew-- they noticed that I was not feeling well, and offered me peppermint tea and snacks that did sooth things a bit (you can request for snack/beverage refills anytime!). I loved that they gave out black socks to the passengers too (I prefer taking my shoes off during the flight, so the socks added warmth & prevented my own socks from getting dirty). All in all, it was one of the best-serviced long flights I had, not to mention probably the most affordable price I paid for my annual trip to Korea (from LA)."

優點: "Excellent seat and pillow cushion... The krisworld in-flight entertainment was extremely easy to use while still having a wide selection of films. The touchscreen was also very simple and did t require a great deal of force to press a button...the steamed towel given before take off was extremely relaxing and set a high standard of expectations during this flight. Almost all of the those expectations were met. The toilets were extremely clean and the service of toothbrushes was the icing on the cake. For my meal I ordered Indian fish curry which could have been a little more spicy (I am Indian so I eat foods with many spices)."
缺點: "I would have liked a wider selection of foods in the menu.. Limited options. Also, I had a 11:45 AM flight from BOM-SIN which was supposed to start boarding at 10:45, but instead we started boarding at 11:30 and took off at 12:10."

優點: "Staff was the best, always smiling and going beyond expectations to assure you enjoy your flight and I certainly did. Take off was a breeze. Landing a little bumpy but nothing to cry about. I will fly Singapore whenever possible from now on."

缺點: "The woman behind me kept insisting that I keep my chair in the upright position. With two crying babies on the plane, I was trying to relax and sleep as much as possible on the 12.5 hr flight. What bothered me even more is that when the woman asked the flight attendant to tell me to put my seat up, the flight attendant complied instead of telling the woman it was my seat to do as I wished. Why make the seats recline if they are going to bother the people behind? Why tell me to put my seat up if it was not a requirement for all (ie during take off or landing)? I did not appreciate this and it made my flight extremely uncomfortable."

優點: "Nothing.the cebu pacific employee told me that my flight was changed from 12pm to 6pm when I checked in but I did not have any notification. He said that he can get me in, in an earliest flight they have and only to find out that the flight they he wanted me in is my flight and ask money."

缺點: "So when I bought the tickets. I paid for extra luggage of 40 kgs, then I unselected the assigned seating since I didn’t care where I sat, and I would rather use that money to pay for the extra luggage. I double checked several times before proceeding. At the check in counter, guess who had to pay extra because apparently the 40 kgs did not go through."

優點: "Nothing much. The flight crew were ok."
缺點: "Flight was delayed 90 minutes. Boarding and departure lounge area was utter chaos because the Cebu Pacific staff were not clear about which flight waa boarding. The plane was horribly cramped. Extra seat rows had been installed to get more seating on the plane. That might be ok for the average 5'4" Filipino, but at 6'1", I literally could not fit my knees behind the seat in front of me. As a result I had to twist my legs into an uncomfortable position for 2 hours. Not fun."

優點: "Boarding was organized if there is such a thing in the philippines, but at least they tried. Iloilo airport is very nice and allows more room than manila fiasco. The flight for once left early and arrived early and low and behold we had a jetway and no bus!! Luggage was off in record time"

缺點: "Checkin as usual was understaff and slow....agent refused to enter our getgo numbers or change our seat assgnment as had been done in the past. Refused to orint boarding pass because i had on my phone....i dislike this and want paper backup! Speaker system for gate announcements at term 3 is the worst! Boarding is always bad but now a new system to read tickets is worse than ever! My knees touch the seat in front it is so crammed...at least short one hour of discomfort."

缺點: "Baording is always a cattle call, they attempt to go by rows this time but still a mess of crowding and shoving. The gate announced boarding and everyone jumped, then they tried to refuse those in line making it even worse. Poor gate agents!!! Then as always they blame manila teaffic for delays....so irritating. Almost an hour late...no reason it was sunny at both airports and this schedule is set weeks ahead and they still claim heavy traffic..ridiculous"

優點: "The plane is modern and clean and crew is friendly. I thought the flight crew announcements were clean and helpful"
缺點: "Cebu always changes gates..what a fiasco. Its like a cattle herd everytime, they are so disorganized!! Then always late and they blame late arrival of aircraft and then blame the traffic at the airport..it gets so old!! Two hour delay today....really cebu must have the worst on time arrivals of any airline!!??? And what happen to boarding special needs first...the gate agents must be idiots they started taking everyone thru both lines...the wheel chair and elderly and children were rammed in with the shoving hoards because they processed both at the same time..it was a fiasco as usual. What happen to board by rows?? I realize late departure but this in no way helped speed ghe plane on its way...uuugggh"

缺點: "Because of the weather delay, I made it by the skin of my teeth to my next flight. It was quite stressful waiting for my baggage to come out so I could re-check in to my next destination."

優點: "Everyone is profession and the food is great. The value is spot on!"

缺點: "No wifi, no food or drinks provided. Checkin was a very difficult process with employees giving us different answers on same topic. No display in terminal where to check in on an International Flight. Charged us to check one bag each and would not allow us to carry it on although the same bags were allowed as carry on from NGO-MNL Were told by one person we could checkin for our flight, told were we’re at wrong counter and international counter was not open yet. My checked bag was ripped open somewhere in the process of being transported!! I don’t think I will fly this carrier ever again!"

優點: "The flight attendants on the plane were very good very sweet very attentive. I also enjoyed the fact that we got a free meal without a ticket."
缺點: "The service at the airports for your company was abysmal to say the least. The fact that I had to pay over $100 for my bag to be checked was absolutely ridiculous. The personnel for Cebu Pacific at the Denspar airport were borderline hostile, racially discriminating and nasty. If you’re airport employees were half as good as the in-flight attendance I would fly with your company again as of right now you couldn’t pay me to get on your airplane."

My fiance booked me a ticket online using his card, Cebu Facific confirmed it but subjected of payment. for what if u already closed that payment ?? we understand that "FRAUD" thing but the thing is u SHOULDN'T CONFIRMED it and get back to us first. Now were having hard time getting money back for the booking that was cancelled."

缺點: "Delayed 4 hours, waiting in an overcrowded space with no aircon (and it's a tropical country). They kept on saying to wait for next announcement (but no screens, just a broken voice). Announcement were vague and couldn't understand when the flight was supposed to depart."

Due family reasons I needed to fly home a couple days early, having every reason to believe my ticket was flexible. Nowhere did it say otherwise, nor did the booking site warn me. But rudely I was told too bad, zero flexibility. ZERO! They had empty seats on many suitable flights, just wanted to steal my return ticket, simple. Theft. Extortion. The worst imaginable. I went ahead and bought a 2nd return ticket with Philippines Airlines (far far superior airline). My Cebu Pacific seat was zero refund and was sold to someone else I guess. Too bad for Stupid Mr Customer (me) who mistakenly flies Cebu Pacific! NEVER EVER FLY CEBU PACIFIC! This 71-year-old 110-country travel veteran has warned you factually. An utterly disgusting company whose staff indifferently spits in the face of customers, the rudeness is delivered in a could-not-care-less tone followed by a hang up the phone after saying "No way, it's impossible speak to the travel agent for help. good-bye. 缺點: "I BOUGHT ANOTHER TICKET WITH PHILIPPINE AIRLINES, WHICH LEFT LATER, TODAY AND I HAD NO PROBLEM. NO EXCUSES. SO I PAID TWICE FOR A TICKET TO MANILA FROM BANGKOK. THE BIG PROBLEM IS EVEN WHEN I GOT TO THE AIRPORT WAY AHEAD OF TIME, THE CEBU PACIFIC PEOPLE, JUST DO NOT CARE, THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAM. THIS HAS COST ME A LOT OF MONEY. AND TIME AND STRESS, THERE IS NO REASON TO NOT LET ME ON THE PLANE. I GAVE THEM THE INFORMATION, THEY NEEDED. THE SAME INFORMATION AS I GAVE PHILIPPINE AIRLINES, THAT I DID FLY WITH. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE HORRIBLE TREATMENT I RECEIVED TODAY."

缺點: "Its a shame—Singapore is a first-class city and its people are beautiful; except for one zealous person who made it her goal to ruin Singapore. Cebu Pacific (MNL) required our umbrella to be checked-in without incurring additional expense since it does not make sense to charge us because the umbrella price is way less than the shipping cost. However, Cebu Pacific (SGN) Counter Supervisor was rigid and unprofessional; she wouldn’t listen to reasons and logic. She said that this is SGN and not MNL and therefore, its totally different. She was correct because we were able to go home and security did not say anything about our umbrella. Basically, we do not have to check-in our umbrella in the first place. But the Supervisor was adamant and combative regarding our umbrella. We told her we’ll just throw it in the trash can instead of shipping it."

優點: "I was as european preferred being offered a seat at the emergency exit, if I was healthy and able to assist..leaving me much more leg space.....being not so small and tiny as many asians.... !!!"

缺點: "Poor food options. Seats were cramped for me (I’m 6 foot tall). No logical boarding organisation (free for all)."

優點: "Boarding went swiftly and without issues. On board catering however rely's more on pre-booking your meals else there are hardly any options left. Seat was ok and punctuality too."
缺點: "The check-in was a mess.. we were the first at the counter but among the last to board. The clerc disappeared with my passport and asked me to transfer luggage on the spot. On top she did not return the booking form. Luckily I had a second copy or my filipino friend would have been stopped by filipino immigration."

缺點: "Our international flight from Lonon to HK was 40kg per person and the HK to clark only allowed 20kg per person. I thought this may have been ok but caused many shopping plan changes and ruined our initial HK shopping."

缺點: "The gate on our boarding pass initially indicated E4 and it was changed to E2 without any notification. The gate was not manned by any airline staff and only the assigned gate had bathrooms. Basically, you have to hold your bodily functions in the general waiting area at the Jakarta airport. Flight was supposed to depart at 12:30pm and a gate change was announced at midnight. We had to move to another part of the terminal, Gate D6 I believe and had to go through security check again. Another badly managed budget airline."
