My first flight from Sacramento to San Francisco with United was cancelled and I was not informed until I arrived at the gate for check in. United wanted to rebook me on a flight to Los Angeles and Newark which would have been a delay of 10 hours. After security I had to go to the gate of a delayed flight to San Francisco and ask that they put me back on my original itinerary"

缺點： "I had a flight from Los Angeles to Cleveland with a stop in Chicago on December 29, 2016; however, both flights were delayed. I am contacting customer care for compensation due to a severe delay for the departure and arrival for my flight from Chicago to Cleveland (Flight 786). I also wanted to report a very disappointing experience with the representatives at 1-800-864-8331. I was supposed to arrive at Cleveland, OH (CLE) on December 29, 2016 by 7:30 PM. However, it was closer to 11:20 PM when we finally arrived. The flight was delayed over an hour for departure when they announced the plane was not even ready and present at the gate. Due to this delay, we were not able to land on Cleveland, OH (CLE) because of snow on the runway. We circled Cleveland for roughly 40 minutes and then got redirected to the Detroit. We would've avoided the snow if the flight departed on time since the snow did not hit Cleveland until the delayed flight was airborne. We then landed in Detroit and spent another hour and a half in Detroit. At this time, I called the representatives at United and requested a refund. The representative completely understood my situation and said I would be refunded the full amount to my original payment method. She also assured me that I did not need a case number and that other representatives would be able to look up this information through my confirmation number. This was not the case when I contacted United again to see the progress on the refund. They said there were no annotations and that they could not provide a refund. They advised me that the previous representative had lied to me. While the flight experience caused me to miss the rehearsal dinner and bachelor party for a close friend I served with in the Army and almost caused me to miss the wedding, I feel very cheated and trashed for being lied to by your employees regarding my refund and its validity. This experience has left a very bad taste regarding United Airline's integrity and values."

缺點： "The flight was delayed. I was told it was due to "weather issues", and that i'd more than likely miss my flight, and that there was nothing they could do about it. I ask the guy to print me some sort of itinerary to show my work, and it shows "mechanicall issues", not weather. Confirmed this with their website. I was told I'd probably be arriving in Seattle around 1-1:30AM. By pure chance, my flight from San Fran to Seattle was ALSO delayed (due to a late incoming flight), so I was able to board my original connecting flight. However, this still put me in a bad situation. I use public transportation, which wont be running by the time I arrive. LooKS like I'll be forking out $50+ for an Uber or Lyft home. Thanks, United. I only ever get delays when I fly United."

優點： "the flight was so empty that people there was enough room to spread out. people even stretched out across the 3 middle seats to lay down! flight crew was also very friendly."

The wifi was so spotty you couldn't get through more than 5 minutes without it freezing and having to reopen the app. also no plug ins for devices. we had a good first meal but the second was a super small sandwich. everyone was starving and talking about where they were going to eat once we arrived in chicago."

United check-in agents in Hamburg violated German customs laws by NOT allowing passengers to claim their tax-free refunds by taking their tagged luggage to customs for presentation so that value added tax refunded may be claimed in gate area. This is ONLY a problem at Hamburg with United not anywhere else in Germany with United. I was sent back and forth FOUR times. Check-in and gate agents for United in Hamburg extremely poorly trained. Boarding time was 90 minutes before take-off!"

優點： "The O'Hare bathrooms, which I shaved in? Everything else about the flights and the airports were awful, like of course"
優點： "Newer low profile seats created more room. Because of late take off, entertainment was free. Late takeoff also made for a short connection, but we made it thankfully."
缺點： "Attitude of the older flight attendant white woman. I asked her about putting a piece of artwork in a bin that had a yellow thing which looked to be a flotation device, and she was sarcastically rude saying it was a raft, and no I can't put anything in there. I watched the attitude with some other guests as well, so realized it wasn't just me, but how snarkily short she was with people about their luggage and such. If you're not enjoying your job, then quit and let someone younger and fresh come on board to create a more pleasant atmosphere for everyone."
