缺點: "Hello- The system for online checking was down (I think) it took a lot of time to check in. By the time we got to passport control, there was a huge line and an hour and half was left before take off. Anyways we joined the line. Half way through, 45 min before flight (flight was eventually delayed for an hour I think but we did not know that at the time) we realized that we were definetly going to get late and were looking for any Emirates person (whilst in line) who could guide us. Eventually someone did came and told a group (some way ahead of us) that people flying to Lahore and Karachi can go to another office for passport control (we ran to that office). I believe instead of sending 1 person to a line of say 300+ people to fetch for people for Lahore and Karachi can devise a contingent plan for these kind of situations. Maybe use a hand held digital board asking passengers with Flight no:XXX to head to a place so and so. Maybe megaphone can be used. Instead of passenger anxiously trying to get to 1 person whilst keeping in line to get some important information. In flight I used the button twice to call a crew member for some juice and water. But nobody came. But that might be understandable as there was a lot going on some 1 hour after dinner I think and is not a big problem. Don't know what kind of coordination they have with Dubai airport staff, seemed least bothered."

優點: "Whether coach, business or 1st class, Emirates creates their passengers with respect and thanks in all they do. A 13 hour flight is no short haul and the Emirates staff kept a positive aire throughout the flight. The meals were very good, the service as well. The facilities were kept clean and accessible. Thank you Emirates...you made my trip a pleasure both to and from Dubai."

優點: "My third time with Emirates. This time on an Airbus A380 from Prague to Dubai. Simply put, wow! Everything about this aircraft and flight was outstanding, from the aircraft itself, to the crew to the in flight service and the comfort of the seat,"

缺點: "Crew was surly, never smiled. They all seemed very tired and intolerant of customers. Service was minimal. Food was tasteless and salty. Water was offered only once on a 14 hour flight. Aircraft was very cramped- no room to walk in the aisle without hitting the aisle seats. Overhead compartments were crammed full and it was very difficult to find space for a small bag."

缺點: "Our flight from HK to LAX we were told that the pilot refused to wait for us even if we arrived in HK from cebu at 11:35 of July 29 and our flight to lax was at 12:05 .Cathay couldn’t do anything about it. We were billeted in a hotel far from the airport with free breakfast but no lunch was provided and the earliest flight they could give us was scheduled at 16:35 of Juy 30. Upon returning to the airport I asked a cathay staff regarding provisions for lunch but I was told there’s none.Overall our trip both to and from LAX were very uncomfortable and inconvenient. I hope Cathay will do something better in situations like we encountered. As of this writing I and my husband are still at HK airport waiting for our flight to LAX."

缺點: "I tried to check in online a day before the flight as per email advisory but most of the seats were blocked already and whatever seats left open were only a few and those were tbe ones in the middle or the ones that you need to pay additional. so I decided to check in at the airport but their staff didn’t help much. They still gave us seats away from each other even if I explained that we have some health issues that’s why we need to stay together."

We were unable to seat together for the long flight. On the plane, I noticed 2 family members travel together got aisle seat. I was really disappointed that Cathy Pacific allowed passengers pre-select seat in this method and has no authority or unwilling to accommodate others that flight together. Will not flight Cathy Pacific again."

I prefer boarding by rows, especially when traveling with my young son. Air crew seemed pretty uninterested in anything beyond the basic requirements of the job."

優點: "The in-flight entertainment was good and the flight attendants were very nice. They offered us small sandwiches and drinks during the flight so it was comfortable to fly with them."
缺點: "You need to buy a visa if you want to enter the country and they only accept USD, Euros or GBP. The only currency exchange is on the other side of passport control so you have to use one of the ATMs and they only give you $100. The staff is unprofessional and seems clueless when you ask them for help. The kiosks are a nightmare and working with them is worse than working with the people. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

優點: "The seats in economy were very comfortable, food was excellent, crew was friendly and accommodating, entertainment selection was excellent, and I really appreciated the small care packages handed out (with lip balm, slippers, toothbrush/paste, socks, and eye cover)."
缺點: "About 8 hours into the flight the restrooms became very, VERY unclean--urine on the floors, sinks clogged, smelled terrible. More restroom maintenance was needed throughout this long flight. I thought this airline was the nicest I have been on save this one issue. It would be great if Turkish Airlines could resolve it in the future! Additionally the boarding process in Istanbul was like herding cattle. People weren't seated according to boarding group and it was absolute mayhem--no single file line, people shoving past one another to get seated first on the same plane."

優點: "I landed SAW airport with another operator. Turkish airlines should have simply waited for me as my reservation with them starts in SAW airport. My previous operator sent my luggage to SAW as final destination, which means i have to cross passport control, collect my luggage and start the check-in process; given the time window between the flights, that was simply impossible. TURKISH AIRLINE's ground staff - transit team of SAW airport - Made it happen! I was requested just to wait, then they confirmed transferring the luggage and gave me respective tags! landed CDG - Paris to find my bag safe and sound :)"

優點: "I liked it that I was able to check in online and choose my seat."
缺點: "My trip from Zurich to Istanbul would have been okay if it weren't for the screen that was not working. It did not work and I hated not having to do anything else besides eat and sleep."

缺點: "Two hours delayed, missed my connection flight. Very poor if any communication from crew to passengers. Although I had a business ticket, I was provided with no service for two hours from boarding to take off. Not even a glass of water. Thank you Turkish Airlines."

優點: "Turkish Airlines I usually pretty good (I fly them a lot), the boarding was fine and the crew OK (as usual they are pretty short in English)"
缺點: "Food was really not very good. Pasta was undercooked and barely warm. Entertainment was pretty mediocre with old films, very limited selection and no control (just channels). Last but not least Turkish needs to update their policies on electronics, I was reading a kindle on Airplane mode, but was forced to turn it off. This is over the top and no longer required on many airlines. Time to modernize attitudes here."

缺點: "Flight wasn't full but they packed the front of the plane. I finally moved since there was a huge man in the middle seat. First seat I move to, the woman thought she owned the entire row. Guess she bought a business class seat and the flight attendants moved her to her own row. Everyone else who had a row to themselves followed suit. I finally find a seat but it wasn't was attached correctly and was falling off. Was uncomfortable to whole 10hrs."

優點: "The staff was always prompt when you needed help and the food was always served in a timely manner, as was any beverages. The staff was friendly and the seats, though small were also comfortable. The best part of the flight was the in unit entertainment with a great movie selection."

優點: "EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOR BEING CRAMPED IN MY SEAT."

缺點: "Not sure whether it was because my flight was short haul, but the plane didn't have in-seat entertainment system (i.e. TV screen for movie watching). The first half of my journey was delayed by 1.5 hours, which meant that I had to rush from the gate I landed in (after the lengthy airport bus ride from the plane to the gate) to my departure gate for my connecting flight, which was already on final call. I found out after my journey that TK is apparently notorious for its flight delays."

優點: "USB charger in seat back. Great entertainment and the food was awesome. plenty of booze. I love the turkish delight at take off (such a nice touch) and the 'comfort kit' they pass out with slippers and toothbrush. I love Turkish Air."

缺點: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

缺點: "When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

優點: "I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head."

缺點: "We were changed from KLM to Airiltalia without any information sent so only because I tried to check in did I find out the flight on KLM was cancelled and we were changed to Airitalia. The Airitalia flight was very mediocre."

缺點: "I called for a crew member 5 times and waited 25 minutes for anyone to help me with just some water. I had to get up and go to the very back of the plane to ask for some water. The plane was hot and no air to be found. This was all after we had to get back off the plane before takeoff. It was terrib"

優點: "The earlier announcement about timing of meals and landing cards etc is very good. The food trays have non-slip design is also very nice"

Boarding was ridiculous. we were supposed to form a line and wait. Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

優點: "short, sweet and to the point. 1+ hour flight is usually an easy hop."

缺點: "Flight was delayed 2 hours due to bad weather. Additional baggage payment to Air Baltic did not show up on the KLM system and we had to pay again. Nowhere to address this with Air Baltic even in Tallin. Handlers seem uninterested and refer us to ‘the website to address the issue.....’"

缺點: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

優點: "We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
缺點: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."

優點: "The aircraft was clean"
缺點: "The food was terrible, wifi was extremely expensive (Delta had free messaging over their wifi)"

優點: "Boarding was a breeze and the staff were lovely. Online check was very simple and easy to navigate."
缺點: "The amount of extras you have to click no to while checking in online."

缺點: "They have one line of executive class after the kitchen and toilet, is very noisy."

缺點: "una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

缺點: "That I was forced to check my baggage. I never received a chain ticket for my luggage. The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster."

優點: "Timing & efficiency. Good food though only a sandwich."
缺點: "Nothing. Could say there was no entertainment but I didn't want entertainment on such a short flight"

優點: "The flight was delayed due to fog, but the staff was amazingly helpful to make sure everyone got to their destination."

缺點: "The "new" seats were hard and uncomfortable. Avoid any kinds of seats near the bathroom in a configuration with 3 abreast next to the windows. The "aisle" seat is essentially a "waiting area" for the rest room."

缺點: "Boarding unorganized, but that may have been more of a passenger issue then KLM"

缺點: "I requested low fat meals. The first one, was OK. But they forgot my request for the second one."

優點: "Newer plane. Dimming windows, upgraded bathroom. Flight crew very pleasant."

優點: "10 hour flight - I was well looked after, regular drinks, the food and snacks were good enough and tasty. The in flight entertainment was good - latest movies and worked a great variety of tv, books and movies. The airplane was modern and comfortable"

缺點: "One and a half hour delay on a 50 minute flight. Flight was operated by Cityjet on behalf of KLM. Never have I seen such bad customer service: from rude people at the bagage drop off to incompetent hostesses at the boarding gate."

缺點: "We had ourtrip from San Francisco to Amsterdam which is one of the longest flights ever, andthe entertainment system wasnt working, we kept on telling them several times but nothing happened and at the end they wereeven avoiding us. By the end of the trip when we were approaching Ams, a hostess came and she gave us a $25 dollar discountvoucher to be used in our next trip, this is totally not acceptable!"
