Worked so much better than everyone rushing to get on! Flight attendants were very helpful with everything and always kind. Loved being able to sit in the exit row seats!!"

缺點： "Korean Air refused to provide accommodation for my 19 hours layover even I had two flights with Korean Air. The reason provided was simple: "We don't have you on the list". The fact that it's 8 pm and had known nothing about South Korea meant nothing."
優點： "Great service, good meals and frequent beverages at no charge. From the paper slippers to the warm wash clothes that were passed around at one point, I’ve never been better taken care of on a plane. Passengers comfort was taken into high consideration."
缺點： "Just the more than one hour departure delay. Reason given was that they were still waiting for passengers on a connect connecting flight. Then what was unusual was a manual head count of passengers which was out of the ordinary in this high tech world of modern air transportation"

缺點： "The connection in Miami didn’t happen - the flights crew on the ORLANDO yo to Miami flight were rude and unhelpful - the plane sat in the tarmac waiting for a gate so flight arrived 15 minutes before planned departure - we inquired as to whether the plane would be held - response- despite having internet access was “ I don’t know “ you’ll have to check with gate agent - oh and by the way the flight attendant was virtually laying on the front seats - she as grossly obese and was so large as he walked the aisles she would hit passengers every time she turned around - we ran to the gate arriving 8 minutes before departure - gate was shut two gate agents were reading social media posts on their phones - we inquired about the flight - the gate agent said “ you missed the flight “ and then sat down and continued on her phone - the other one at least looked up and told us where to them go for assistance - eventually we were assisted and offferd 1 to wait u til the next day to go or to go through London - we took the London option. 1. I was informed by anAA employee they the connection is frequently missed due to similar problems. 2. Flight attendants and gate agents will bankrupt the airline with their horrible attitude. - they should be fired."

優點： "The plane was nice and clean. Boarding went well and staff nice on boarding. Service was smooth though food not great but then it is airplane food. The morning continental food was nicely packaged and good."
缺點： "The plane boarded and left gate a little late but had a maintenance issue with one of its doors so plane had to return to gate. We finally got off the ground almost three hours late but staff tried to be as helpful as possible though they didn’t know much. It was good the passengers seemed fairly patient and accepting. The horror was at the airport in Venice where it took over two hours in very long line just to get through passport check."

I received errors when trying to access gogoinflight on my tablet, even when I had the most updated app. Therefore I was unable to use the app during my flight to Philadelphia. Also, when checking in from our original departure location, MCO, we were not provided our boarding pass or luggage tags for our final destination, Barcelona, only to our connecting flight, Philadelphia. The connecting flight was delayed in MCO for an 1 hour and a half, after we have boarded the plane. So we waited in the plane for the whole hour and half while a maintenance issue was being resolved. The delay almost cost us to be late for our final flight to Barcelona. Since we were not given our boarding passes for PHL to BCL it caused confusion when trying to board our plane in PHL to Barcelona, and also caused for our baggage to not arrive with the flight. After landing, we spent an additional 2 hours at the Airport going through customs, and waiting on line for the lost and found desk for baggage in Barcelona. The lost and found desk had three agents available to assist, however we can only talk to one which was designated specifically for American Airlines. This caused a very long wait time of 1 hour. We were advised the bags stayed in Phildelaphia since they did not have the additional luggage tags, and will not arrive till the next day. Overall the experience within the Airport kiosks, service desks, and baggage check in' s was not a pleasant experience. I believe many of these issues could have been avoided if the American Airlines agents were more knowledgeable and attentive."

Nearby passengers retrieved blankets from their carry on baggage. Glad I had at least a light jacket to throw over me and that my legs were partially covered. She walked away without looking at. On her way down the hall says it will be open in an hour. An hour later I go to the gate. A woman is there and finishing up with another customer. When it was my turn, she said she was closed, yet she helped the joy behind me for over an hour. I know this because I got In the generic questions line and stood there for an hour watching the woman who was "closed" help this guy. When I was FINALLY able to talk to someone, the only thing he told me was to walk fast. That was well worth the 2 hour wait. I will never fly with American again."

缺點： "Then take different fly from Florida to NC then waiting another fly at 5:45 pm to Dallas at 8:45pm. My fly should be 1:30 to Dallas 4:30pm non stop, that day we have appointments 8Pm. End up we back to Dallas 9Pm is bad. If we waiting for fly from 8Pm delay we may be home or be home at midnight time that is very bad."

I think its very ridiculous, and immature that because I fly a different class of flight im subject to be very uncomfortable the rest of my flight. Someone should do something about this prejudice rule against flyers."

缺點： "The lack of communication, I received an email about my flight changing at 9am but I did not see it because I was at the airport. No one at the gate said anything to us until we started going to the counter. I was switched to a standby flight which the employee thought it was more important to get an employees husband on and offered me a seat for $1,300 in first class if I wanted to get on "that bad" or another flight 3 1/2 hours later that would not qualify me for a lunch ticket. That 1:40 flight was delayed and we stayed sitting in the plane waiting for permission to leave at 2:56pm. I was to be in NY at 3pm to meet my family on other flights but I got there at 6:30pm while they waited for hours!!! Communication is very important, I know that incidents happen, but this was ridiculous! The flight attendants even ran out of free pretzel snacks and offered items for purchase. Will not forget this experience for a while."

The only option was to stream via my personally device. This would have been fine if there were outlets to charge personal devices at each set! The crew at the ticketing counter was VERY rude. The lady who finally helped me was nice. that was after standing in several lines!"

The 787 aircraft was spacious and comfortable, which seems to put both passengers and crew in a good mood. Lots of entertainment options were available, so the three hour flight flew by. And we arrived early! A great experience on United."

The man proceeded to put a large tray on the conveyor belt, swing our bags in the air then smash them down into the tray. This was done to both bags as if we weren't there. Had there been something expensive in there it would have been totally destroyed. He really couldn't have cared less about our bags and their contents. We were talking to a woman on the plane who was telling us that a woman a few rows behind who had a new born baby as was told she would be given a seat with extra legroom had this taken away from her to United could sell the seat to someone paying for it. The chicken and orzo dinner was absolutely revolting. The orzo was so over cooked that it just turned to mush and the chicken really didn't taste like it had ever seen a chicken. All this combined with the issues we had on our flight out show that United are scum and just see you as ££. Sorry I cant be more complementary than that, its just the truth."

缺點： "Connecting flight was cancelled so we automatically got out on the next flight. Our stop over went from 2h to over 7h. Staff at checkin were very unhelpful. They told us to go to the website to request a refund and wouldn't offer us any flight upgrades. We got on the flight and people were told not to sit in the unoccupied enconomy plus seats unless they paid for them. Pretty poor that considering there were at least 2 rows of seats available they are so tight they can't even be bothered to compensate us in a way that won't effect their bottom line. We completed the return request only to be told that refunds are not offered on schedule changes. Again pretty shoddy customer service and shows that all they are about is your money. The breakfast we had was disgusting. The melted cheese looked like someone had vomited onto my tray. On waiting for our connecting flight there was an old lady who was dumped at a gate on a wheel chair. They person then left without telling them what was happening. We could see she was anxious about not knowing what was happening. My wife went to the United help desk to ask for information for the lady's flight and was told she should just check the information board and dismissed. Not sure how an old lady who can't walk is meant to do this (this was explained to them). If United had bothered to make some kind of effort to be at least helpful in any stage with refunding / upgrading us and being helpful to an old lady maybe this review would be different. Ultimately all they care about is your money and will deliver a shockingly bad customer service wherever they can get away with it. I WONT be flying United again. I will pay more for another airline."

缺點： "Original flight booked was for 1:30. Week before changes to 5:30. Then 6:30. Arrive at the airport and flights delayed to 7. Then 730. 8. 830 etc etc etc til 11. No explanation. No food tickets. Rude responses like this gem: pointed out how long I was waiting with no word --> told by a united employee that he's been there since 7am. I point out he's bad to be there. He says he's not. I guess a united volunteer then? Then only handed out water since 'it's a short flight'. Useless."
