I believe the Japan airline was very prejudice against me and some other Mexican passengers they let other Japanese people board but not us. I had my 48 hour test but they turned us away and I paid over $1,600 for that ticket and I got turned away in Los Angeles. I haven’t had a chance to complain. I made it to the Philippines a month later. But I really hate Japan and Japan airlines. I will never think about using them again. And I tell all my friends the story Unthinkable all that money and all you can say is we’re sorry Clinton Dow
Seat are large and wide, as expected in premium economy. The shell seat makes reclining non-intrusive to others, it also eats in your own space but I find this a non issue due to the tremendous leg room (42”, even better than all other premium economy that I know of), be careful of the sliding mechanism as I nearly got stuff stuck inside, the seat belt is the airbag type, it also attaches to the shell so when you recline you have to loosen it. The seat itself is hard and the headrest is too high to support my neck, so expect to need lots of pillows to make yourself comfortable. Foot storage is ok and there is a gap to store more things between seats and between the seat and the window for window seats, which I find surprisingly useful. Footrest is too high and makes your legs hang above the legrest (good for them to include that too) so I didn’t use the foot rest. Lunch was supposedly a highlight but I find the sea food rice bland and there isn’t really much seafood to speak of. The small biscuit in the side dish is wet and disgusting. Cold spaghetti as a side dish is also weird. The breakfast served before landing was great, they call it “chewing” salmon and millet short pasta, and perfectly coincides the sunrise which makes for a amazing experience. Attendants picked the trays way too late which makes me unable to go out for a walk as all our tables is full of empty trays. Both meals comes with plentiful choices of beverages and amazingly, metal cutlery. Rice crackers tasted great. Snacks in the economy class gallery have little choices. Japanese style high tech toilets look stylish but for part of the flight, the drainage in one of the sink didn’t work. Also, it seems like there is only 2 bathrooms in the business class cabin so sometimes they come to use our toilets, still largely enough for us though, if business passengers didn’t come 2 bathrooms for the 40 seats premium cabin would be great. In later part of the trip we were flying quite low (33000-35000ft) and is somewhat turbulent, it looked like there is no clouds much above us so I wonder if we could have avoided some turbulence by flying higher. Wi-Fi was slightly expensive unless you have a connecting flight (I do but the wifi is broken in the previous leg), speed was good. I got lounge access even on premium economy, which elevated the experience a LOT. They provided a amenity kit with ear plugs, moisture mask, eye mask, tooth brush and toothpaste which is great. Noise canceling headphones is also provided but the active noise canceling was barely noticeable. Overall the experience is either ok or great, only bad part was the first meal.
I book my tickets thru kayak.com and when we are boarding, 6 of us sit in 6 different places. I have 3 kids and a senior mother. The crew are nice, but not willing to work with other passengers to change the sit for us. Kayak didn't send the seat assignment ahead so I didn't know we are not sitting together. Specially 11 hrs flight. ☹️
Super, long line at check-in. Once they opened up the first class window for everybody, things moved somewhat faster. Flight was still delayed by one hour. Flight itself was smooth. Food was good for the first meal and mediocre for the second. JAL flight attendants could speak better English.

Terrible. This was my first time flying Hawaiian. The crew was snobby and rude, the chairs SO uncomfortable that I wanted to get up and walk in the first hour. It’s a 5,5 hour flight from Long Beach to Maui so you can imagine how we felt. And oh we had premium economy seats. Which by the way is a waste of money so don’t bother. Food ( states as lunch on th website) was one warm cheese pastry Water was for sale NO WI-FI availability not even if you want to purchase and only limited shows to watch. Just terrible! I won’t ever fly Hawaiian again.
Booked thru Kayak, affordable fare and was able to pick my seat. When doing your reservation be mindful od the type/size of the aircraft. I choose airbus 321 aircraft. The seats were roomier than a bigger aircraft, I felt comfortable.
Baby about a year old cried for 4 hours. I'm not joking. I like kids but these parents totally unprepared. My nerves shot upon arrival.

I booked my flight 3 months in advance Had no issues getting to Hawaii My return flight was scheduled to leave at 1:15 pm. 2 hrs before my flight I received an email from kayak saying my flight had been changed to 11:30 am! The flight was actually boarding when I received this email giving us no chance to make our flight. The folks at Hawaiian airlines were as helpful as possible but since there is only one flight a day from Honolulu to Oakland we had to catch a flight the following day which caused us much expense and stress. When we asked the hawian airlines employee when the flight had been changed they informed us that kayak had know about the change more than 40 days prior to that date!! The fact that kayak did nothing to notify us of the change is just really bad business! I’ve tried to call and talk to someone at kayak but everything is automated and there is no way to actually talk to a representative at kayak. I was told by the airlines that you have to beware when booking threw 3rd parties like kayak as this happens all the time..I have used kayak many times in the past but most likely won’t in the future now that I have had this experience. I have tried to get online with kayak and have had no luck getting anywhere with them. I feel they should refund my tickets pay for the Uber rides back and forth to the airport pay for my hotel and expenses and it would be nice to maybe Atleast hear an apology for their negligence Good luck when using kayak be aware that it’s best to check with and rely more on the airline for flight info and changes than kayak
They canceled my flight last moment and did not provide me with any assistance or accommodation. Then the next day they flew me in but late and then my connecting flight which was also Hawaiian got missed. Again I was left stranded at the airport without any assistance. Had to wait for 7 hrs before they could flew me to my final destination. This is the most terrible flying experience I have ever had.
Would appreciate if they gave you an actual meal…a hot pocket is not a meal. And offer complimentary snacks.
More water walk throughs during the flight. Flight back the seats were tight for my husband who is 6' tall.

Please do something about the cold temperature on the planes for goodness sake. I was freezing on all four flights ( and so were some other women).Men are not the only ones taking these flights, they seem to generate heat or retain it better than women but for the love of God let's find a happy medium. Even when all overhead air was turned off, it was still cold and usually the blankets, If there any available, don't help.
Boarding wasn’t up to date in-app as it was in person. Seem like the air filter was broken as you could smell everything the whole flight.
Seats in Delta One were comfortable to sit in but not sleepable for eithet my husband or me.
We were in a hot plane for over an hour with a screaming child. No cold drinks offered just an excuse of they were waiting on a printer
I have flown.several airlines during the pandemic. Delta and the Delta Flight Attendants have by far handled tbe pandemic the best.
It was orderly and on time and the staff was friendly.

An airplane that still has screens (which I appreciated!) but every time there was a PA announcement the sound would cut out for a good 10 minutes AFTER the announcement was over. Eventually I stopped trying to watch a movie because I was missing so much. Also, I really wish they wouldn't rush to get everyone on a plane when the crew is delayed and doesn't get onboard until 5 minutes before they're scheduled to leave. You know that then we're going to sit there for 30 minutes waiting for them to get ready and find us a new takeoff slot, so why didn't you just delay the boarding too? United's Basic Economy is also a scam, but at least I got a window seat. And we all know there are worse options (Spirit).

缺點： "Crew member working at the gate told the lady next to me "get in line if you'd like to complain" regarding the continuous delays. Crew member let us know that united was aware of our delay ed take of 4:05 rather than 1:00pm several hours before yet, We were only informed through notifications in increments of 30 minutes. be transparent with your customers, the delay would have been much less frustrating had we known. Instead notifications every 30mins were teasing us that we're about to leave but it's clear united had not intention of taking off. Also crew member on board serving beverages "I need your money" is an extremely unprofessional and inappropriate way to ask for a card."
缺點： "That my return flight was canceled with no notification after I missed my first flight. I ended up getting a new flight and was never informed that my return flight was cancelled there for when I got to the airport to return home I had to buy another $600 ticket. After buying a new ticket when I missed my first flight (my fault, I know) but I really think I should be compensated for this inconvenience and the lack of notifying me whatsoever."
缺點： "We were in first class first row, the crew kept talking and laughing during the entire flight (this is a 5 hours flight and we landed at 5am). Loud and banging the trolleys (why, everyone is trying to sleep!). We asked them to not speak as loud, but to no avail.... asking for a glass a water was a no no, you could clearly see they were not there to help you... The entertainment system was a vintage tiny TV which did not work well anyway (loss of image...). The seat was half broken. Not sure where the first class experience was. United please do something... Start first with your employees. Send them to Southwest for training..."

缺點： "After zone 2, no passengers were allowed to carry on the allotted amount of luggage. Boarding took a long time, passengers were rude, and the gat agents didnt notify anyone of the flight status until 30 minutes before boarding time. This changed three times."
優點： "Being a red eye, they were too busy congregating among themselves and chatting away.. when requested for a beverage, the service was as though they were doing a big favor and the guests on-board were disturbing them..!!"
缺點： "I was refused boarding after being told I could fly. A horrible experience--rebooking for my wife and I cost us 1,000 dollars."

缺點： "The check-in staff was dismissive and unhelpful when I arrived past the 45 minute bag check cut-off time due to traffic. No help getting a bag check refund even though I paid for it a day early. Come to find out that the gate staff was courtesy checking everyone's bags anyway, and they took it with a smile. Those fools at the front were content to take my money and tell me to somehow mail my luggage to my destination (not possible since the flight was boarding in 35 minutes). There needs to be communication with the check in staff regarding courtesy check ins."

缺點： "Sat and listened the WHOLE trip except when drinks were being served to the private lives of the flight attendants. The didn't pick up trash so everyone had to place their ice and semi full drinks in the nets when it got bumpy for the landing. I watched the flight attendants the whole time- they got paid to converse about everything- here is proof- one flight attendant was complaining that she only had 4 days of vacation and that she never gets called to work- I think I can guess why- and that she has talked to Kaitlyn- I think that was her bosses name?? But she wasn't given more hours. I wish I had ear plugs. The African American lady was so unkind and uncaring. She scollded another African American lady for coming to the back to throw away her trash. She hurt the lady's feelings and made her mad too. The folks on the plane seemed to be too much of a deflection to their personal conversations, but they were successful at ignoring everyone. We had to be careful to not spill liquid on our carry on etc and not hit the cups and such with our knees on the way out. I usually fly Southwest and want to write a letter telling them how great their service is! I apologized to the cleaning crew as the flight attendants told us to not worry about our drinks"the cleaning crew" will get it. How unprofessional to treat others that way. Stop talking! You can get A WHOLE lot done when you aren't sharing your personal life and opinions with each other!"
缺點： "The flight from Newark was delayed and caused me to miss my flight from SFO to TPE. The gate staff on arrival did nothing to help ensure that I would make the flight. I chose United because i expected reliable service, instead I got the worst ever experience with an airline."

缺點： "I had to ask to get a drink, and was never offered food. Granted it was a red eye, but I was never even offered a cookie. I expected more after paying for first class. Plus, since it was an older plane, it didn't have the power ports they advertise. The guy sitting next to me didn't want to watch tv, but it didnt work and the screen wouldn't go off. They didn't offer him anything as a apology."

缺點： "Every time I fly United, I realize they shrank the seat size, again. Oh, and the flight attendant spilled my drink on me. Only said, "sorry, buddy" and then got me a couple of napkins... Was friendly other than that, though. O.o"
