優點： "I was recently on flight CI054 from Auckland to Taipei, with a short layover in Brisbane (my final destination was Incheon, South Korea. Due to fog in Brisbane, the flight was diverted to Gold Coast. After arriving in Gold Coast we had to take a bus to Brisbane. It's kind of a long story, but basically I will say it was handled well for the most part my China airlines. Certainly, fog was not there fault and they did everything they could to accommodate passengers, including putting us up in two very nice hotels."

Nobody on the plane knew what we were doing - who was supposed to get on the bus and who was supposed to stay. Nobody was there to tell us whether we should collect our luggage, how to get an appropriate visa to enter Australia, where to go to get on the bus (or even if we SHOULD get on the bus). I believe the Japan airline was very prejudice against me and some other Mexican passengers they let other Japanese people board but not us. I had my 48 hour test but they turned us away and I paid over $1,600 for that ticket and I got turned away in Los Angeles. I haven’t had a chance to complain. I made it to the Philippines a month later. But I really hate Japan and Japan airlines. I will never think about using them again. Seat are large and wide, as expected in premium economy. The shell seat makes reclining non-intrusive to others, it also eats in your own space but I find this a non issue due to the tremendous leg room (42”, even better than all other premium economy that I know of), be careful of the sliding mechanism as I nearly got stuff stuck inside, the seat belt is the airbag type, it also attaches to the shell so when you recline you have to loosen it. The seat itself is hard and the headrest is too high to support my neck, so expect to need lots of pillows to make yourself comfortable. Foot storage is ok and there is a gap to store more things between seats and between the seat and the window for window seats, which I find surprisingly useful. Footrest is too high and makes your legs hang above the legrest (good for them to include that too) so I didn’t use the foot rest. Lunch was supposedly a highlight but I find the sea food rice bland and there isn’t really much seafood to speak of. The small biscuit in the side dish is wet and disgusting. Cold spaghetti as a side dish is also weird. The breakfast served before landing was great, they call it “chewing” salmon and millet short pasta, and perfectly coincides the sunrise which makes for a amazing experience. Attendants picked the trays way too late which makes me unable to go out for a walk as all our tables is full of empty trays. Both meals comes with plentiful choices of beverages and amazingly, metal cutlery. Rice crackers tasted great. Snacks in the economy class gallery have little choices. Japanese style high tech toilets look stylish but for part of the flight, the drainage in one of the sink didn’t work. Also, it seems like there is only 2 bathrooms in the business class cabin so sometimes they come to use our toilets, still largely enough for us though, if business passengers didn’t come 2 bathrooms for the 40 seats premium cabin would be great. In later part of the trip we were flying quite low (33000-35000ft) and is somewhat turbulent, it looked like there is no clouds much above us so I wonder if we could have avoided some turbulence by flying higher. Wi-Fi was slightly expensive unless you have a connecting flight (I do but the wifi is broken in the previous leg), speed was good. I got lounge access even on premium economy, which elevated the experience a LOT. They provided a amenity kit with ear plugs, moisture mask, eye mask, tooth brush and toothpaste which is great. Noise canceling headphones is also provided but the active noise canceling was barely noticeable. Overall the experience is either ok or great, only bad part was the first meal.
I book my tickets thru kayak.com and when we are boarding, 6 of us sit in 6 different places. I have 3 kids and a senior mother. The crew are nice, but not willing to work with other passengers to change the sit for us. Kayak didn't send the seat assignment ahead so I didn't know we are not sitting together. Specially 11 hrs flight. ☹️
Super, long line at check-in. Once they opened up the first class window for everybody, things moved somewhat faster. Flight was still delayed by one hour. Flight itself was smooth. Food was good for the first meal and mediocre for the second. JAL flight attendants could speak better English.

Singapore air ticket, first flight on Singapore, connection on Scoot. Could not get boarding pass for Scoot flight at checking though booking was the same ticket and Scoot flight had SQ flight number. Transfer desk near arrival gate would not issue Scoot boarding pass. Only in terminal 1. Transfer desk in D gates was closed. Had to go to the beginning of C terminal to get boarding pass. Between bad directions and distance I lost 35 minutes getting a boarding pass. Flight had started boarding when I finally was allowed in the gate. Bussed onto the tarmac, not ideal but manageable.
Helpful staff. Leg too could be better. Food was okay.
Departure was on time and arrived early. Second meal in business class could have been later; did not need to be woken up just yet and would have preferred more of a breakfast closer to arrival.
Please update your meals plan for hindu nv. Also, I wish I had a foot rest for my feet. Great seat spacing/leg room. The choice of Indian movies was not that great!

Terrible. This was my first time flying Hawaiian. The crew was snobby and rude, the chairs SO uncomfortable that I wanted to get up and walk in the first hour. It’s a 5,5 hour flight from Long Beach to Maui so you can imagine how we felt. And oh we had premium economy seats. Which by the way is a waste of money so don’t bother. Food ( states as lunch on th website) was one warm cheese pastry Water was for sale NO WI-FI availability not even if you want to purchase and only limited shows to watch. Just terrible! I won’t ever fly Hawaiian again.
Booked thru Kayak, affordable fare and was able to pick my seat. When doing your reservation be mindful od the type/size of the aircraft. I choose airbus 321 aircraft. The seats were roomier than a bigger aircraft, I felt comfortable.
Baby about a year old cried for 4 hours. I'm not joking. I like kids but these parents totally unprepared. My nerves shot upon arrival.
Flight was on time and checking in was very easy
I booked my flight 3 months in advance Had no issues getting to Hawaii My return flight was scheduled to leave at 1:15 pm. 2 hrs before my flight I received an email from kayak saying my flight had been changed to 11:30 am! The flight was actually boarding when I received this email giving us no chance to make our flight. The folks at Hawaiian airlines were as helpful as possible but since there is only one flight a day from Honolulu to Oakland we had to catch a flight the following day which caused us much expense and stress. When we asked the hawian airlines employee when the flight had been changed they informed us that kayak had know about the change more than 40 days prior to that date!! The fact that kayak did nothing to notify us of the change is just really bad business! I’ve tried to call and talk to someone at kayak but everything is automated and there is no way to actually talk to a representative at kayak. I was told by the airlines that you have to beware when booking threw 3rd parties like kayak as this happens all the time..I have used kayak many times in the past but most likely won’t in the future now that I have had this experience. I have tried to get online with kayak and have had no luck getting anywhere with them. I feel they should refund my tickets pay for the Uber rides back and forth to the airport pay for my hotel and expenses and it would be nice to maybe Atleast hear an apology for their negligence Good luck when using kayak be aware that it’s best to check with and rely more on the airline for flight info and changes than kayak
They canceled my flight last moment and did not provide me with any assistance or accommodation. Then the next day they flew me in but late and then my connecting flight which was also Hawaiian got missed. Again I was left stranded at the airport without any assistance. Had to wait for 7 hrs before they could flew me to my final destination. This is the most terrible flying experience I have ever had.
Would appreciate if they gave you an actual meal…a hot pocket is not a meal. And offer complimentary snacks.

The row in front of me was extra room and the family sitting there said had booked their reservation the day before the flight. Same thing happened on return flight but I was smart enough to call ahead and fix. but got bounced around on the phone to 3 people including tech support to confirm seats. Bery frustrating. Boarded us 30 minutes late, no one knew what row was called as could not hear the announcements. People were being sent to the back of the line. Complete chaos. Then the unprofessional gate crew told about 200 of us that the captain wanted to leave and the door would close in one minute so hurry up. Not a fan of the airline."

(One was for an extra blanket as I had cold air blowing on me and the other was to take my rubbish) They never did. I have never encountered this with any Airline before."

NOT HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE!"
I love tvs at all seats. Should be standard on all planes of any duration. Wish internet worked. I can never figure it out.
Delta has been the worst flying experience of my life.
It wasn’t possible to connect my own iPad to the entertainment system. I really like that feature. In addition, the entertainment system was spotty at times.

缺點： "Due to weather patterns, we sat on the runway for 3 hours waiting to take off. There was approx. 50+ planes ahead of us. I know this because I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot on his way home. About 2 hours in, there was 30 planes left to take off, and then us. They air traffic control people were only letting off one plane per minute which is what was holding us. THEN after the 3 hours on the runway, our crew timed out and the brought us back to gate saying we were not taking off. At the gate, they informed us the flight was not 'cancelled' but 'delayed' to the following morning. I/m not sure how a 16 hour difference is considered 'delayed', but I digress. All Delta reps had NO idea the time of the new flight the following morning and told us all to just 'keep checking the app'. Now, fortunately for me I live in Brooklyn and could just go home. But what about everyone who was at LGA as a layover? I heard from multiple passengers they had to spend the night in a hotel, that Delta did not pay for. We finally got notice the new flight was scheduled for 9:30AM, which they AGAIN delayed until 11:30AM. Many people did not get the second change, and were already at LGA for the 9:30AM flight. To say Delta's handling of this was poor is an understatement. We knew when we got on that plane the crew was going to time out. Again, I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot who told me to 'get comfy, we're gonna be here awhile' the minute I sat down. Delta should have given us a fresh crew, or had a backup one prepared. I understand the weather is out of there control, and I understand you can't have a tired crew piloting an airplane, but there are other ways to have us take off remotely on schedule."

優點： "The seats were the widest with the most cushion and padding I've ever had on any flight, I think all their seats were like that. The plane we were on had more leg room than your average flight. Also the backs of the chair were very tall, leaving even mpre head room perfect for tall people . I fly a lot and sometimes my knees hit the seat in front of me or when they recline it shoves the tray to close to you. Not on this flight there was enough room for me to lay back in the seat had the adjustable headrest that went up and down and also curved in to hold your head from falling on your neighbor next to you. Love the fact they had the USB plug-in in front of you. And the crew constantly kept coming through to empty trash and offer beverages. The plane was clean bathrooms in front and back of the airplane. Over all quiet engine and we were above the wings. Temperature good."

I was traveling with someone who was hearing impaired so we were unaware of that they were getting ready to board. The electronic TV monitor wasn't updating to say boarding to notify people that would be helpful for the hearing impaired. Or--if a crew member is muffled on the announcement or talks too fast you can't understand or know what's going on. The most frustrating thing for me and my daughter we were both expecting to use Delta online entertainment. There are no monitor screens in the seats in front of us on this plane. So we were able to use our phones, but it would not download and once It finally downloaded we couldn't upload any of the movies. Connection speed way too slow. The warning said there were too many people on it at that time. Also I like it when they offer free headphones for people that don't have them. An example that would benefit people that don't want to listen to loud people on the plane or babies that are crying."
優點： "Over all was okay, but when we all boarded the plane, they last minute said the pilot would be late, and delayed our flight for almost 2 hours. We were almost late to our next flight in Minneapolis to Raleigh which was also pretty upsetting. But, the service was decent, we didn't order any food besides the free complimentary drink & snack and the entertainment was very good. There was a wide range of films, shows, and podcasts to watch."

We arrived about 45 minutes late, and that was a problem because our connecting flight was due to depart now in 15 minutes. Lightning forced the airport to shutdown, which was great, we had a chance to catch our flight, but we were stuck in the airplane, and we couldn't get to our gate until the all-clear. I know this is not Delta's fault, but they did arrive quite late on a flight that, according to them, would be early. They also never communicated to the other flight that there were several passengers catching that connection. So by the time we had ran to catch our connection they had closed the ramp. Lightning hit again, and they shutdown the airport once again, so the airplane was still at the gate for about an hour, and they did not allow the 20+ passengers to board that plane, which was right there. So frustrating. The only thing that saved it was that our new flight was the new airbus, and although it left an hour and a half later, the comfort level was phenomenal."
