優點： "The crew on board was friendly and the trip was smooth."
缺點： "I boarded from the Hongqiao Airport in Shanghai. I was having trouble scanning my passport at the self check in kiosk. I asked one of the nearby China Eastern staff for help and she was very unwilling to help. Eventually, she just told me, very shortly, I was in the wrong place and walked away to continue chatting with her coworkers. It was very rude and unprofessional. However, when I went to the CE help desk the staff member was very helpful and let me know I was in the wrong terminal."
優點： "On time boarding. No delays. Crew did their best to help everyone."
缺點： "Cattle boarding at PVG was less than ideal. Long wait time between flights. Equipment not as comfortable, but thankfully is was a relatively short flight. No choice of entertainment options and cabin lights were on for the duration of the second flight. Cold meal was okay on second flight from PVG to BKK, could have been better."
優點： "From the staff and everything was nice."

優點： "Compared to my most recent experience with Air China this crew, food and comfort were far superior. Admittedly that's a very low hurdle but this crew was quite good. Considering experience with three different flights the previously arranged wi-fi worked on none."
缺點： "Unfortunately terminal personnel for mainland Chinese airlines have so far been horrible across the entire spectrum. Customer service never enters their minds. My reserved business class seat was given away because I did not check in at the gate in Shanghai before others. I don't know how that would be possible to accomplish when I checked in for the flight (same ticket) around 11 hours earlier in Kota Kinabalu. My connecting flight from Kota Kinabalu arrived over 3 hours prior to this flight departing and my checked bag did not make it onto this aircraft. When asked just about any question the answer was "we don't know" even when the answer is readily available. E.g. when asked whether the aircraft at the gate was that which we would be taking--same answer. I would hope it's not universal with these airlines but so far it's 2 for 2 considering my flights with Air China and China Eastern--they just don't seem to care about their customers. I've flown multiple times with EVA (Taiwan based) and never experienced such conduct."

缺點： "Unsanitary bathrooms as they ran out of liquid soap relatively early on. They should have back-up soap for the 15 hour flight. Food was mediocre - repetitive entree choices of noodle and rice."

缺點： "Drink service was spotty, very limited and not pleasant. The meals were skimpy on portions, and variety. Only two meals and no snacks were provided. Was difficult getting more beverages. Only beer and wine. Small seats but then every airline has small seats these days. Seats also do not recline as hey once did"
缺點： "The ground staff at ICN is not polite. We asked them whether we can load more bag before we headed to downtown to go shopping. After we came back to get the boarding pass, we were refused to check more bag under our baggage allowance"
缺點： "Delayed by 9 hours, horrible service, no one knows anything. No update, no announcement. China Eastern is the worst airline I have ever seen."
優點： "They gave me my confirmed seat and got me to my destination safely."
缺點： "They had us standing on the flight line in the rain waiting to board. The staff was rude/pushy. Before they could finish asking you to do something they would be reaching over you to forcefully do it themselves. They woke me up multiple times to ask me if i wanted Water.... if i wanted Water i would Simple be awake and ask for it. I was Trying to sleep in order to get my sleep schedule back in order!"

缺點： "Rude staff in spite of paying almost close to Cathay Pacific, journey date was forcefully changed just days before traveling with a layover time of 16hours instead of the original plan of 3 hours so was forced to stay overnight at a shitty hotel provided by China Eastern, Check in baggage not handled at Kunming by staff, airport hotel not inside airport, but 20mins away in some dirty part of Kunming, not even in the city. Taxi from airport to and from hotel had no space for checkin baggage and they had to be kept on our laps. No food provided at hotel. Very discomforting experience overall."
優點： "The food was good and the entertainment console had plenty of options to stay entertained."
缺點： "There was no way to select a seat and I was given a middle seat. This made for a very long flight since I usually prefer an aisle seat so I can get up and stretch my legs often. The person on the aisle was sleeping for most of the flight and I didn't want to disturb her so I could get out. I know the best seat assignments are probably given in order of check-in but I also wasn't allowed to check in online. Since my flight was delayed getting into LA, I was one of the last people checked in for the flight and that may be why I was given a middle seat. One other note about the flight... I was unable to hear the flight attendant making the announcements, so maybe something was said about needing to fill out an arrival card for the checkpoint. I assumed that since I was just connecting through and not actually staying in China, that I did not need this card. Needless to say, I didn't find out I needed this card until I waited in line and got to the checkpoint officer. It was not a huge problem for me since I had a lengthy layover in Shanghai, but if I had had a shorter layover, I could have missed my next flight because of this delay."
優點： "Food and entertainment were good. I was given an aisle seat like I prefer so my comfort level was good for this flight."
缺點： "The flight itself was good, but the whole transfer process was pretty inconvenient and annoying. This may have been a rare circumstance since I had two connections on this journey, but it seems like this process could be made A LOT easier. I was told in Los Angeles when I checked in for the first leg of my trip that my bags would need to be collected in Kunming and re-checked for the final leg of my trip (Kunming to Bangkok). I thought no big deal. Well after collecting my luggage from the carousel in Kunming, I proceeded to go where appeared to be a re-check point. I was told there that I needed to go all the way out of the secured area and check in for the next flight there. After confusingly navagating my way through this airport, I finally arrived at the check-in desk. This the same check-in counter that everyone uses when coming off of the street. I can understand doing this if I was switching airlines or something, but I don't know why I wasn't allowed to use the re-check counter. After the time it took to find the check-in area and wait in line, I had my boarding pass for the flight with about 1 hour left until departure. I then proceeded to the departure checkpoint where I waited in line for approximately 25 minutes before reaching an officer. To my horror, he asked for my departure card, which I was unaware that I needed and he pointed to the back of the room. I tried to explain to him that I was only connecting through and hadn't actually stayed in China, but he still sent me to the back of the room to fill out this card. This meant that I had to wait in line again, but luckily it was only a 20 minute wait this time. After luckily getting through the security, I now had about 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time, so I was pretty stressed since it said on my ticket that the door would be closed 15 minutes before departure. Luckily I made the gate before the door was closed. While waiting in line, I spoke with some people that had also been on my Shanghai to Kunming flight and they had also been very confused about the whole transfer process and were also very close to their departure time at this time when I spoke with them. I think their flight to Dubai was delayed, so they made their flight. Maybe most of my issues arose from the double-connection in China, so I will not under any circumstances be selecting a trip where this is on the itinerary. I've connected through Guangzhou and Beijing before and I've never had a need for an arrival / departure card at either of those places. There should be better communication in this area to help people avoid this kind of confusing situation like I experienced. For example, if it was a double-connection thing, send an email explaining the procedures for trips that connect in this manner. I assumed that arrival and departure cards were only for people that were actually staying in the country for more than just connecting flights. Wrong assumption obviously."

缺點： "When I came to the airport in Shenzhen I was told that my ticket was booked but not issued, called the number to US support and got the answer that they would issue the ticket immediately, it was in que?? 5 minutes later the lady at China eastern support told me you guys cancelled the ticket? This is 45 min before my flight was supposed to leave and you cancel my ticket without informing me? I bought a new ticket from China Eastern. What is wrong with you? How can a company fail this flat? //Mattias"

優點： "My only real good experience was my last flight from Shanghai to Los Angeles. Our flight was actually on time. Everything from boarding, to take off. The staff was really attentive and the food was tasty."
缺點： "3 out of 4 flights were delayed. One flight, the plane was on time and we boarded according to schedule. But for some reason the luggage was late. As a result the plane missed its departure time with air traffic control which delayed the flight an hour and a half."

缺點： "The airline denied me travel using mil orders and ID back to the states. Something any other airline allows. The staff was rude, and needless to say they would not refund me the ticket. They did the same to several military members traveling home for the holidays. Left us all stranded at the airport. Ended up buying a flight with another airline which had no issues."
優點： "The food was good given I had specialised meals, in which it was provided with ease. The plane ride was easy and comfy (6'3) enough leg room for my hight unlike most. Not overly strict with luggage, always asking for a better to serve. Transportation to and from the provided hotel was easy crew was helpful, hotel staff arranged everything including pickup time, wakeup call, and breakfast. The Chinese officials were helpfull as well since they had to check my luggage and assist me for I forgot to removed my batteries to my carry on instead ."

缺點： "Pilots continually smoking throughout flight. Woke me 5 times during my sleep. Very clearly it can't be stewards or passengers as smoke alarms are fitted throughout. Stewardesses politely pretended not to notice or smell the fumes every time it happened."
優點： "The Nanchang ground staff probably shouldn't have boarded us, as we sat on the plane beside the gate for 4 hours before getting the clearance to taxi and take off for Shanghai. Understandably, a number of passengers were stressed by this situation, but the flight crew really handled the stressful situation well and tried their best to communicate with everyone."
缺點： "The two B movies that were played for our 'entertainment' during the wait were awful!"
優點： "Great food, staff willing to provide extra food/drinks. Good personalized TV/Computer on seat in front of you."
缺點： "Maybe this is all airlines headed towards China, but I was unpleasantly surprised to be prohibited from using my phone at all (even if on airplane mode). Staff not so great with English... but certainly good enough for needs to be met."
