缺點: "Some crazy flight itinerary they should not sell at all! At first I thought layover was same location only to find out it was another airport across of time. Flew into ITM and flew out KIX and boarding ticket it says only OSAKA so I didnt know. I barely made the flight....if they had accommodate the transportation I would understand. But they tell you, you have to make it there on your own. Another CRAZY information is that I thought at the very least the baggage will be transferred. But nope! You have to pick up the baggage and ride the train across town to the other station. Whoever made this itinerary should be really fired and no longer work at this company. You take a great airline and make the experience so bad."

優點: "I really got a good deal on my trip's cost, and for the price, all the comforts of a top-quality airline were there. I especially appreciate how helpful and friendly the airline staff were."
缺點: "The outbound flight still had the exact same movie selection as the inbound flight had, even though they were six weeks apart for my trip. I really feel like the movie selection should be changed every month (or even more frequently than that), as I ran out of films to watch."

優點: "The flight attendants were very attentive and polite, seats are some of the most comfortable of any airline I've flown (particularly compared to the US domestics), and entertainment is solid (although the English movie selection was not that large). I would definitely recommend JAL to others."

優點: "The flight from Chicago to Tokyo was delayed, which made me worried that I would miss the connection to Taipei. I was very happy to discover that an airline staff person was waiting for me when I got off the plane, having already changed me to another Taipei flight. She explained things and guided me to the right place. She was able to walk amazingly fast for a woman wearing high heels!"

Cabin foods are generous, filled with variety and tasting the best among various international airlines that I have experienced between LAX and Taipei, Taiwan in the past ten years. The seat belt on light and bell were kept at minimal, in contrast to other airlines like EVA, China Airlines, Korean Airlines and United Airlines."

The plane was completely full, and my husband and I had to sit in separate rows - I was never able to switch the seats, even though I called several times and tried at the airport as well. Entertainment selection not as good as the American flight out. The JAL website (English version at least) is not very easy to use."

優點: "I've been always flying with U.S. airlines this past several years just because transits are easier. I forgot about how friendly and nicer JAL crews are. Their food is much much better. They served us with a cup of Haagen-Dazs icecream for dessert while a Fatboy is normally served by other airlines. I was impressed by how spacious the foot area of their economy seat is. Because I felt quite comfortable, I slept five hours straight during the flight which is phenomenal to me. I will definitely fly with JAL again!"

The flight attendants emulate joy in their service to others, they are observant to the clients' needs even before they are asked for help. Will fly them again whenever I have the opportunity."

缺點: "My husband and I sat in row 30 (center & aisle). I sat in the center. As soon as the plane took off, we all heard a dog bark nonstop. The lady directly in front of me had brought a dog!! We felt terrible for the person to the lady's left and right. And then in the middle of the flight her dog pooped all over the floor! And the poor Stewardess' (they were SO wonderful) had to clean up the mess. Then the lady had to clean up more pee and poop and left all that mess right in front of my feet and handbag (which I put under the seat)! I had to hold onto my handbag and shoes the entire trip bc it was touching the pile of dirty paper towels! I couldn't eat the meal due to the gross situation, and I was very upset about this situation all bc of this one lady who had no regard for the ppl around her and behind her! I don't know what your policies are concerning bringing a dog on a plane, but it ruined my flight. I love Korean Air, and love the service and the stewardess' professionalism and attentiveness, but this has made me think twice about flying anywhere on Korean Air!"

優點: "Flights are on time, Cabin attendants are nice and friendly , Food was great .My luggage came early . Everything is clean . I only have 1 hour lay over to transfer from my flight from Inchon to Nagoya it’s was fast . I will fly Korean air again in the future . Thanks for the safe flights ."
缺點: "I didn’t like being seated in the middle of two guys in the isles . I arrived 3 hours before my flight I don’t have no choice . Hopefully they would assigned us seating at least not in the middle of two men I feel discomfort ."

I could give ten things I did not like about this flight but I’ll sum it up with one. I brought my own inflatable sleep pillow onboard and after using for about an hour I was woken up and told it was against company regulation to use your own pillow."

缺點: "I'm stuck in Korea on Christmas Day instead of being in the Philippines. The Korean Air staff didn't speak English very well and it took an hour to figure out what was happening. I had to pay for my own hotel on top of my resort that I'm paying for in the Philippines and the next flight isn't until 9 pm Christmas day. Worst airline I have ever had to deal with. On top of my five days off this year and two were wasted on traveling. Big waste of time and money. Will probably not use your website or the airline again."

優點: "Really loved the KAL transit lounge area of the airport. Took a four hour nap in the nap area on arrival. Then was able to shower and clean up. All provided free. Great Airport."

缺點: "Old style business seating, quite uncomfortable, not a full recline, very uncomfortable when fully reclined compared to other business planes, TV was small, not good quality, selection of movies was only ok, not great, service was ok, not great, they cater more to Korean customers then other guests, if you are on the upper deck de-planning is difficult and awkward as you have to go through the economy section and staff doesn't keep them seated, so no extra bonus for business in de-planing. washroom items not replaced (toothbrush / mouthwash), overall very average"

優點: "I was recently on flight CI054 from Auckland to Taipei, with a short layover in Brisbane (my final destination was Incheon, South Korea. Due to fog in Brisbane, the flight was diverted to Gold Coast. After arriving in Gold Coast we had to take a bus to Brisbane. It's kind of a long story, but basically I will say it was handled well for the most part my China airlines. Certainly, fog was not there fault and they did everything they could to accommodate passengers, including putting us up in two very nice hotels."
缺點: "The one complaint I have is when disembarking the plane in Gold Coast, there was no China Airlines personnel to be found anywhere. Nobody on the plane knew what we were doing - who was supposed to get on the bus and who was supposed to stay. The Australian immigration authorities and Gold Coast airport staff took control, but again, China Airlines staff had completely disappeared. Nobody was there to tell us whether we should collect our luggage, how to get an appropriate visa to enter Australia, where to go to get on the bus (or even if we SHOULD get on the bus). I was really frustrated at the point, but other than that, I would say they handled it quite well"

優點: "I really like the plane. It was my first time on an A380 and despite its size and volume of passengers, everything went well. Staff was excellent and helpful and the entertainment selections really good."

優點: "From the April 12 Sydney to Seoul flight, the landing at Seoul was so smooth, so professionally done I hardly knew we had touched ground. That Captain has much to teach all pilots wanting a higher standard to their skills and the recognition of these standards. That caption is worth his/her weight in gold, giving Koran Air a gold standard. To compare, the landing at Osaka April 12, late at night, was done by an apprentice who has much to learn from your gold star captain.."
缺點: "The same Sydney to Seoul flight, crossed the Qld Great Barrier Reef around 11am April 12. Having a window seat, so much detail of the Reef was visible which greatly surprised me. Beautiful colours galore. Having my face glued to the window at this time, I was unaware of cabin happenings. A male steward tapped me on the shoulder and said "Close your window blind". The beautiful scene outside my window was a first and being 76 old, likely not to happen again for me. Naturally, I ask the male steward "Why", He repeated 4 more times, "Close your window blind". Each time my reply was the same, "Why". On his last request, his voice raised, so in turn, my reply was raised. Sadly, he walked away silently, hands waving in disgust. Only then did I realise the cabin was completely black, no light seen. If at 11am, traditionally, this is a custom, a service to passengers on that particular flight, the male steward didn't say. He clearly expected to be obeyed and didn't expect a challenge. But also felt I didn't deserve a reason for his, what clearly was a demand. Would he have treated a male passenger differently. I flew economy because that is what my budget demands. Flying is not common for me but certainly a thrill that demands a window seat. I give much praise to all other staff, especially the captain landing that very craft at Seoul. At my age, years of experience allows me to be aware and notice. A beautifully presented mature female stewardess in economy, served me. When I requested a beer with the main meal, she said I will give you my favourite. I knew this was double talk for having only one brand beer left, that was a weak American beer. I watched this lovely lady many times being distracted by other staff with questions and 2 other passengers near me, asking for changes. She never blew it. And she passed me in the Sydney terminal, end of the day for her and believe it or not, she remembered me. She was not in such a hurry to get to her destination, that she gave time by turning her body, giving me a wide smile with eyes saying, Yes, I served you. You see, she's never off the job of customer service. I learned much, flying with Korean Air. Many thanks, Sally"

優點: "Lots of room, most space I have ever seen in an economy class. Nice attendants and good food."
缺點: "Every Korean flight I had this trip was delayed. Created problems when Korean Air gives you 1 hour to transfer at Incheon. When transferring, all passengers need to go through security again and there are long lines. Airport attendants were not nice and made us ask people to cut in line. After running through the airport, we then find out the plane was delayed an hour to accommodate other delayed connections! They could have told us this before but only rushed us off."

優點: "We forgot our IPad in the plane. We met in Seol one of the flight attendants. She stayed with us and arranged for somebody to bring the Ipad from a different location . She refused to continue home , until she saw our property found. It wax an exceptional service!"

Nothing is wrong with waiting but when you have more than 10 empty checking counters something is wrong with your logistics.Should have a system where no customer wait for more than a half hour ( half an hour is also too long but acceptable). Definitely shouldn't have paying customers waiting in line for over an hour. You guys know your busy days and your off days plan accordingly."

Then my suitcase was busted open at Chicago O'Hare on the conveyor belt and ANA issued me a replacement on the spot. Two problems [ not their fault ] handled beautifully. ANA is truly amazing. Good airline but boarding especially for domestic is disorganised with poor signage etc."

"Booked this by accident, when I missed my Peach Air flight from KIX to TPE that morning. And am I glad I missed it. Eva has to be one of the best airlines I’ve ever been on. It was my first official impression of the Taiwan, and it set the bar high."

We bought the ticket November 11 it did not say we needed to get tested before flying When we went to check in there was a long line because a lot of people that was flying out did not know also about getting tested before flying Eva employees said that this protocol started December 1st if that’s the case why didn’t they email travelers that bought tickets before December 1st And let them know that covid19 test needed. Also at check in we were inline for 2 hours just to let us know we couldn’t fly out they should have a Monitor saying “ ATTENTION PASSENGERS IF YOU DON’T HAVE COVID-19 TEST RESULTS IN HAND YOU CANNOT A BOARD.” So that people didn’t half to stay in line for so long."

缺點: "On this B777-300, the large Economy Premium is not quite up to the standard of other airlines flying the same model. The tray table, stored in the arm-rest on all rows, is tiny, and opens only a few inches, not enough for pregnant women or gentlemen with some mid-section padding. I could not use it at all, and had to balance my meals on my knees. Besides, when the passenger in front reclines his/her seat, the seat invades totally the space of the passenger in the back. I felt the passenger was resting on my lap. Forget using a laptop, or even reading a book: just watch your screen, a couple inches from your nose. Good for short-sighted people only! I tried EVA and was disappointed. I'll go back to my preferred airline, Vietnam Airlines."

The Eva ground crew had 10+ hours to arrange a space for the plane, as it steadily approaching its destination, and the arriving time was 10pm, hardly a busy hour of an airport. Another disappointment: as before, I took the bus provided by Eva to neighboring states. This night the arrangement was awful. Poorly organized Eva crew kept all on the roadside, with only three of the five buses next to us, we passengers waited in the open, without a schedule or clue. We were lucky for the night was warm. In a typical NY winter night, 10 Farenheit and windy, we‘d be hurt more."

缺點: "Very limited English movie selections for such a long flight. Could not turn Chinese subtitles off for some. Very distracting. Seats in economy (according to online comparisons) are some of the best in the industry but I felt extremely cramped and uncomfortable for the entire flight. Long haul flights should not have seats this small. Also, for health reasons, all seats should have foot rests. It shouldn't be about money, people can die from sitting like that for so long. Also, the food that I could eat was good, but there should be a no fish option. You have a lot of diet types available to choose from but none guarantee no fish. The process for requesting a special meal online was not clear and confusing."

優點: "Flew with EVA 16 years ago to Hanoi, Vietnam and again in 2018 to Hanoi, via Taipei. Very professional, attentive, good food, little amenities that make a difference in the overall experience of traveling. Very clean bathrooms, even after a 16-1/2 hour flight to Taipei it was still clean at the end of the trip. Food was good and plentiful, wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages offered. Came around at least three times on the leg to Taipei with food and water and when I wanted more water they gladly made sure I stayed hydrated on such a long flight."

缺點: "Baggage rules on itinerary didn’t match reality. Baggage 7kg was enforced, check in bags almost empty as documents & computers weigh a lot, and cant be trusted to “check-in”. If I had know we could check in four bags free it would have made a big difference. The itinerary says one each, plus one for Premier status, which adds up to three in our case. Not a happy camper. Will avoid EVA when there are other good choices. My wife had advised against EVA to begin with, check-in confirmed her advice. Crew didn’t come by much with water or juice, but they were courteous. Seat belt sign was put on when bumpy, but not turned off for the next hour or two of smooth sailing. “I told you so” was here reaction . . . ."

優點: "Excellent and responsive service from what must be the most attractive flight attendants on the planet. Seats even in basic economy are very comfortable with adequate legroom for my 250 lbs frame. Food is good with two choices and an option to customize online prior to the flight; and drinks are offered several times during the flight with numerous choices plus hot coffee and tea. Restrooms are cleaned several times during the flight and are stocked with amenities like toothbrush and paste, blindfold for sleeping, lotions etc."
缺點: "Why is the flight to Asia so long? Maybe the pilot could step on the gas?"

優點: "2 free meals, attendants were very nice and ready to serve, free wine and multiple coffee and tea and drink calls. Also the flight was cheaper than most, which credits all the previous feedback provided."

I had to keep calling them to restore it back to original flight but was unsuccessful. This is the worst customer service and business model ever!!!!! I will have to get rid of my membership... Food- They ran out of the beef dinner I wanted so they served a substitute. It tasted awful!!!! The seafood dinner on the return trip home was also awful! They need to find a vendor that can cook western dishes well. Comfort- The seat for the economy doesn't have enough leg room esp for a 16 hours flight. Crew- can be more friendly. No one is smiling or accommodating to a small request! They are very stingy in terms of offering extra water, ginger ale or juices."

缺點: "Airline seemed to be extremely stingy with the food and beverages during my 12hr + flight. Felt like I had to fight for every little bit of extra scrap of food and explain why I needed it. It was also very limited options almost everything in the menu contained pork and if you did not pre-order a meal in advanced then it was hard for you to get anything else to eat. Airline also forces you to take out your headphones from the TV set almost 20 minutes before arriving for some odd reason. And on my flight we had a two hour delay on the tarmac."

優點: "EVA Airlines was a wonderful experience from the beginning all the way to the end. From checking in to receive boarding passes, boarding, stewardess, the food, everything was wonderful. They were always pleasant and had a smile on their face. When my trip was changed by the website (vayama) to fly back to the states, EVA Airlines went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care, placed on another flight, and made it home to get to work the next day. They didn’t have to take care of me, but the did and the professionalism is amazing! I’m very pleased with this airline and will fly with them again!"

缺點: "Since I traveled with my daughter (4yo), I got to board early from LAX to TPE but my second flight from TPE to BKK, I had to wait till they called my zone seat. I was holding my daughter at that point since they took away my stroller way earlier than the boarding time. I would like to ask for the same standard of parents traveling with children who are 6 or younger to board first so they can get settle and these patents are tiring from dealing with their children during the flight. They are extra tired than regular passengers."

優點: "I took EVA flight 55 from Chicago O'Hare to Taipei Taoyuan airport. Everything went smoothly, from the check-in where the check-in and baggage staff informed me that one of my check-in bags was a little over weight and gave me a chance to repack the bag so I did not need to pay. Security lines for the red-eye flight time were not long, and once I arrived at the gate, EVA's boarding crew moved passengers along quickly. Flight attendants were very professional and courteous. Landing and baggage claim went well. No complaints at all! I would recommend this flight to anyone wanting direct service from Chicago to Taipei."

Most other airlines label it as sporting goods and I pay the overweight fee, usually $150 CAD. Not this airline ! I could have booked another person for return flight and only added $300 to my bill ! Utter ridiculous how bad I got raped on this. Ok over weight yes. But over weith + oversize + oversize is a bit much !"

優點: "I liked the crew members. They were welcoming and professional. Flight fare was very good in value for waiting a few extra hours in Taipei. I could do some shopping there while I was in transit. Nice airport. The screens of my row were not working so they restarted all screens a few times. While the screens of my row worked, other rows were not working. Surprisingly no one fixed or complaint as the screens of other rows kept off from the start to the end of the flight. I felt so sorry for others."

Checking staff in Los Angeles to insuring the comfort of a taller customer was excellent."

And staff was very helpful. China air is unprofessional, and disrespectful. I will never fly with them again, nor will I recommend them to any of my friends, family, or colleagues."

優點: "Service on the ground and in the air was efficient, if somewhat cool and uninterested. (The exception was at checkin counter where the service was great.) options for entertainment were great. Food was decent, legroom was decent, plane was older but still decent...."

I prefer boarding by rows, especially when traveling with my young son. Air crew seemed pretty uninterested in anything beyond the basic requirements of the job."

缺點: "Originating flight in Manila to Taipei to connect to our SFO flight was cancelled late in Manila due to 'technical' issues (waiting in terminal, 4 hours past scheduled departure, which meant missing our connection to SFO), and the ensuing parade through having to stay in Manila overnight (on CA's dime, plus food), then rushed back to the airport the following morning (very short notice), then to have to wait again as CA figured out how to get a previously scheduled flight into the flight plan management systems, and obviously without a proper method to coordinate this sort of thing - ultimately all of this lack of 'control' over their situation, lead to a feeling that China Airlines does not know how to contend with interruptions, or how to make their customers feel informed so that they may be more understanding. In the future - flying Eva - even though this was the first ever event of this type I have had flying China Airlines. Eva provided both meal vouchers and boxes of candy to each and every customer affected while we awaited our flights to our final destinations. CA was silent - and also very absent when we arrived in SFO and went to collect our baggage - again Eva being the party taking action and responsibility to help us get our bags, with 1 of 3 damaged by CA handlers). Bad image CA, bad image."
