優點: "On time. Flight attendants don't shy away from helping passengers put their carryons in the cabin compartments. They were there in a split seconf to assist you - ANA flight attendants only. Food was great in ANA airlines. Toilet is clean. Boardinh was orderly."

優點: "Don't cheap out on your flights to Japan because this ANA flight from New York/JFK to Haneda was the correct way to go. Japanese-style hospitality, respect and quality of service (which is beyond the heavens) shows from check-in to landing (and even post-landing.) The in-flight meals, inspired by Japanese recipes of the Japanese destination or origin, were finely made - that goes even for Economy Class. When there was a delay that was ultimately out of their control, they made things right with post-landing arrangements. Never take any other country's airline when flying into Japan - always always ALWAYS take ANA whenever you can. (Avoid codeshares, too!!)"

I also didn't like the really long delay for the baggage after the flight. The on flight movie selection had not changed on the return trip which was 16 days later."

This racket is the ultimate way to rip somebody off of $1000. Horrible."

In-flight entertainment system: Persistent intermittent loss of sound while listening to movie or TV program. Food: Tried to use "Book the Cook" feature touted by Singapore's website. Was unable to get on site for that purpose. The last try a message appeared (late September) that site was being "rebuilt." On the flight, there was no menu of choices; we were offered 3 vaguely worded choices which boiled down to beef, chicken or vegetables. Those appeared in not particularly appetizing forms and combinations--P.S., we like east and southeast Asian cooking and had just spent 3 weeks in Japan. Failure to provide information about possible delays due to WRG deplaning location at LAX: Although we are frequent fliers to and from LAX, we'd never heard of the WRG. It would have been helpful if the crew had informed us upon arrival that there could possibly be a wait on the plane as buses were used to transport us approximately 1/2 mile to TBIT. Generally: We chose Singapore because of its reputation for excellence. Belying the name of the class, both Turkish AL and Air NZ treated Premium Economy passengers as "junior" business class. Singapore treated us as coach with a roomier cabin and seating pitch."

A part of the interior wall fell off onto my foot upon take off and I had to hold it in place for a while until a hostess came....doesn’t give you the best feeling when the plane starts breaking on take off. One of the male stewards was appalling towards a young mum I sat next too...too the extent of giving her dirty looks because she spilled a bit of water on the seat and then told her she had to pack everything away she was using, including the baby wipes! I stepped in and told him how this was not ok and all other staff members were helpful and he was making this Mum upset. He should not be working for such a people friendly reputable airline! Maybe Jetstar instead! Was appalled at the entire flight to be honest!"

Also for business class passengers they don't get into a priority lane as you see in Emirates and other airlines. while Singapore airline is very good, they still lack in the details."

I was placed in the back row all the way to my destination and all the way home. I vomited 8 times and felt very sick. I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

優點: "We were told by terminal staff in Istanbul that the fkught was on Turkish Airlines.We waited in line at the first ticket counter and then we were sent to a second ticket counter where we waited in line again. We were sent to a 3rd counter where the Supervisor was chatting with a lady for 20 minutes. When we reached the counter we were told it was too late to board and we had missed our flight even though there were still 35 minutes to flight time. Turkish Airlines staff would not help us any further and we had to go purchase another ticket."

After heavy protests, they let the waiting passengers back into the terminal. Supposedly the pilot was sick, but there was no communication at all from the airline about the cause of the delay or how long it would last."

During our connecting flight in Athens our boarding passes wouldn't print at the self service computers and there was no one to help us so we had to go back out to the front desk. The airline representative was extremely rude. There was 5 employees standing around the computer with NO customers and when we asked if this was Turkish Airlines and if they could help, the woman (manager) responded "this WAS Turkish Airlines" as if they were done helping customers for the day (it was 9AM and our flight was leaving in 45 min). We explained that we couldn't print our passes and she ROLLED her eyes as if it was an inconvenience to help us. THEN on our flight from Istanbul to Chicago, a passenger died an hour into the flight and they placed the body on the seats behind us for over 10 hours! Nobody even told us what happened! We didn't know if they died from natural causes or if it was something else! They didn't offer to seat us somewhere else or even inform us they were placing the body there. We were completely shocked and uncomfortable the whole flight home. We couldn't eat or sleep. We're completely disgusted and scarred from this overall experience."

Rest assured it is "your problem" I was told quite explicitly that my missed connection flight and lost luggage was not their problem."
缺點: "They lost my luggage. Couldn't even tell me when my bag was checked despite the scan tag they attached to my boarding pass when they weighed it and checked it in back in New York. They legitimately had no idea if my bag ever left the United States. It took 3 days to locate my baggage while I was trying to celebrate my anniversary with my wife in Athens. being without your luggage for half a week in a foreign country is not even remotely fun. I had to wait around missing tours and reservations trying to find our luggage most of our first 48 hours in Greece. After giving up on getting our stuff we had to waste a chunk of time shopping to replace our clothing and toiletries. Despite having purchased the travel insurance I'm still fighting a month after our trip ended to be reimbursed for the clothes we had to buy just to begin our vacation. Again they continue to stonewall by transferring our complaint calls endlessly and forwarding our emails with "new" case numbers each time. Basically what this accomplishes is they can't ever find the case number they updated it to and insist that the prior case number is listed as resolved. Since they say it's resolved there is nothing anyone can do to help. Not sure if I'll ever get any satisfaction out of this debacle."

As per the rule Airlines has to pay for Visa. They never paid. Asked us to pay. Totally harassment. Never book Turkish Airlines in my remaining whole life. Also will this incident to all my friends after going back to USA. Very very bad experience. Sat down 24 hours at Airport without food and sleep. Mostly will file a case against Airlines."

I sit down, 10 minutes later the guy comes up to me and asks me if I really need to go. I said of course. He opened the bathroom for me and as soon as I sit to pee a girl is knocking bloody murder telling me they're going to land the plane and I'm taking to long. I had been in there all of 30 seconds. I finished quickly and returned to my seat. We didn't land for another 30 minutes. Worst service EVER!"

The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

優點: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

缺點: "Luggage (being handled by Air France in Basel) was first marked as delayed... nothing of the flight was in the end put on the belt and instead dropped off at Lost and Found. Ridiculous service since this was in no way announced to the people waiting for their suitcase."

缺點: "My family of five spent a lovely week in Sardinia. Our return flight took us through Rome. We were boarded an hour ahead of departure from Rome for our 10+ hour flight, only to be held on the ground for a one hour delay. Barring equipment malfunction, this is a totally unacceptable way to treat people. Be assured that I will avoid Rome in the future if at all possible. I trust that Rome nor Italy need my tourist dollars and there are many lovely other places to spend them. Exceedingly disappointed, Pam Just"

優點: "New plane, new seats, new entertainment system. All very goo to great. The dinner was above average in terms of taste but the breakfast was pretty ordinary."

優點: "The delightful crew members on KLM flights always make the experience the best. From the crew at check desks, to those greeting you as you board and throughout the flight, they are the reason I continue to fly with them. I love how they have bassinets for those traveling with babies. the adventure packs for children and the never ending smiles and treats for the rest of us."
缺點: "This time I was turned away as a Sky Priority Member, and told there are too many categories at boarding and told my Silver Status (after this flight was bumped to Gold). Not sure what has changed in the last 2 weeks."

缺點: "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

They will be hearing from me."

One bag has always been included in the price of a ticket flying transatlantic."

缺點: "Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services.."

缺點: "Plane late departing allegedly because of cleaning the plane, but why was the cleaning done that late? Also, ground crew remarkably uninformed about what was going on in the plane. Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."

優點: "Traveled fron SFO to CDG on AF in business class on an A 380. Lounge in SFO was smallish and not many choices in the food bar. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."
缺點: "Arriving in CDG and facing a slow immigration with the passengers of this huge plane. I didn't care for the baggage delivery system. We were waiting for an hour only to realize that the arrival port for our luggage was changed."
