優點： Cozy big leather seats in Business Class, excellent breakfast and good service overall. Turkish Airlines continued to amaze me.

缺點： Boarding by bus - not my favorite way of getting on a plane. Probably not the airlines's fault.

優點： Good gluten free bread on Istanbul to Malta leg. Blankets are good as is amenity pack which has all but diasappeared on BA. Good choice of films

缺點： Foot rest in economy, gluten free meal is poor (except bread).

優點： Excellent crew, who make each person important.

缺點： Being in economy nothing the crew could do would make it better, however as I have said before Emirates miles rewards should be continue not be lost after a certain time.

優點： The Seat is good.

缺點： The check in counter welcoming should be better in Barcelona

優點： Great customer service, great and always smiling crew, wonderful flight

缺點： the food options need to be more. an option with steamed rice should always be available

缺點： Food was a bit basic and in-flight entertainment was a bit limited, but on a 2 hour flight not a major problem

優點： Full seasons of resurrection ertugrul would be appreciated. The flight really wouldn’t have felt so long

缺點： No alcohol service, cabin lights not dimmed seeing it was a late night flight.

優點： Left on time, arrived on time, crew were friendly and efficient, toilets were kept clean the entire flight, seat in economy had enough leg room and recline to sleep

缺點： In-flight entertainment films were a bit limited

缺點： Vegetarian food. 30% of people are vegetarian

缺點： Excellent service by good mood personal and cabine crew. I enjoyed the short flight.

優點： It was ontime

缺點： Plane dirty toilets disgusting, much to warm in cabin, very tight seats and Turkish doesn’t enforce their carryon luggage regulations do boarding takes ages

優點： The check in assistant put us on an earlier flight to Istanbul we didn’t mind as our next flight was at 8pm so had hoped to leave the airport.
