缺點: "No one answered on telephone offered for flight change nor got answer on my mail that i send asking for further instructions to change a flight date. z.bican@yahoo.com"

缺點: "In my flight from Milan (MXP) to New York (JFK), I had a seat on 63C (aisle seat). A woman seating on my sided asked me to change my seat with her son who was on 74F (middle seat). I said no, because it would be a seat several rows back an in the middle. I had paid more to have the aisle seat, so it did not make any sense to change to a middle seat. However, some minutes later, an Emirates employee asked me again if I could change the seats. He created such an awkward situation, that it was impossible to do not change to the other seat. I tried to argument that he was giving me no other option, but to accept the change. In summary, I had a good seat due to the higher fee that I had paid, but I was transferred to the back in a middle seat. I thought Emirates was a serious company. As I told their employee, I do not plain to fly with them anymore."

The flight was great, the only draw back was our seats were in the middle of the middle but for a last minute reservation we were happy to be sitting together. The leg room was good. The crew was phenomenal. The food delicious!! The toilets were clean throughout 14+hour flight."

Pressed the cabin crew call button and took over 15 mins for someone to respond (and only after I caught someone's attention walking past - for the second time, the first person took my request then never reappeared). This despite at least 8 crew members walking past me."

The quality of the plane is still amazing, I love Airbus even in economy class and I am 6'2 tall. So enough space for my legs, the plane seemed to be pretty new. Love it. No problem during the boarding. Staff very efficient at that time The same during the flight. they were there to provide us a high standards services. Thank you Emirates."

We arrived hongkong and was informed that our flight has been rebooked even though we can see that the plane was still there and staffs are still at the gate. We were transferred to a layover flight from HongKong to Aussie then Aussie to Auckland instead of going straight. Seats was set far apart with no competitions at all. Sorry is not enough for this big hassle."

優點: "Boeing 777 had an upgrade on the video display software, making for a more manageable video experience. It's easier to navigate because of the ability to close screens and go back to the screen you were on, rather than having to start over each time."
缺點: "I received a polite e-mail and a text message an hour or two later indicating that my flight from Taipei to HongKong had been delayed. It took a login to the Cathay Pacific web site to figure out that with the rescheduled time, I would miss my connecting flight from HongKong to Boston if I didn't change anything. I managed to sort it out, though it took using my cell phone to place an international call to the HongKong Cathay Pacific office to get me on an earlier flight. I don't think this is an acceptable level of service -- had I not had WiFi access or an international capable cell phone, I would have been stranded in Taipei or HongKong an extra day. I think CP could have done more to notify and help remediate the situation knowing the implication of the rescheduled flight. Food also remains mediocre, though slightly better."

You won’t have time to do anything stead check in, go directly to inspection, after to migration to finally go straight ahead to the gate to hopefully have time to enter in the flight... to tide"

優點: "My flight delayed by 7 hrs. AC ground crews worked diligently to rearrange my connection flight to Halifax on the first flight out. And at the arrival gate in Toronto, AC already had a hotel package for me to stay overnight at Crowne Plaza Horel. Everything went so smoothly and professionally done. I am very impressed"

We had to sit on the aircraft for 5 extra hours on top of what was already an extra long flight. 21 hours on the plane - and there was no coffee! Being on a plane for that long, you should be able to get a cup of coffee. Staff seemed annoyed as well and were overall a bit rude. Wine tasted like acid."

缺點: "Though nothing completely egregious, my interaction with crew on the flight were the worst I have ever experienced when traveling. The first was after attempting to go to the bathroom mid-flight. This was an 11 hour flight. I'm not sure whether the captain forgot to turn off the seatbelt sign during the middle of the flight or if he anticipated turbulence, but the seatbelt sign was on for at a minimum, 45 minutes. After waking up I had the urge to go to the bathroom and walked back to try to get there. Once close to the bathroom a flight attending pointed in the other direction and said "sit down and put your seatbelt on." I expressed that I had to go to the bathroom and he again just repeated "go put your seatbelt on." I stood for another few seconds in disbelief that I would really be turned away from using the bathroom in the middle of a flight and during this short time of standing there he again repeated: "go put your seatbelt on." I would like to stress that there was absolutely no turbulence at this time. Whether or not this is protocol and any attendant would have told me the same, the attendant could use lessons in how to properly speak to people by having a better tone AND saying please. Explaining the situation would also be helpful instead of just using your power to command another adult to do something. After returning to my seat, I saw multiple other people also try to get up to go, who received the same fate, so it was obvious he was trying to adhere to the rules, but clearly if the fasten seatbelt sign has been on for over an hour at that point, you should be able to be an adult and put the situation in context; people need to use the bathroom on a long flight. My second poor interaction was at the conclusion of the flight. I was listening to music on my phone and hadn't heard the captain announcement that we should begin to prepare for landing. On ANY other flight I have EVER been on, the crew will come around and verbally ask people politely to put their seat up, return trays to their stored position, and unplug any USB electronics. One of the crew, without asking me first or even making eye contact, came up and unplugged my phone from being plugged in and manually put my seat up to upright position and walked away. This might seem like a simple thing, but you should NEVER touch someone else's property. Further, to place me upright without warning was extremely rude. If this flight had been the only flight I had with Cathay Pacific, I would never fly with this airline again, because it would have seemed to me that your crew lack social skills, are impolite, and may have language barriers. Luckily, my trip was round trip from NY to Bali and as such there were multiple connecting flights, and I had good experiences on all the rest. I really wish I had gotten the name of the 2 individuals I had a poor experience with, as I don't think they will help you in securing future customers."

優點: "Access to Cathay lounge. Went to the Wing noodle bar and coffee loft. Had a good bite to eat before boarding flight running 15 mins late. My request to have my meal service delayed was welcomed by staf."

優點: "Only complaint was the disembarking routine. They emptied all of business and first before coach could even begin to leave the coach cabin. I am all in favor of giving business and first preference in getting off the plane, but this was just too much, waiting for the slowest person in business to get off before a single person could leave the coach cabin."

優點: "Easy check in, and a pleasant flight! Thank You!!!"

缺點: "Blankets were very thin, although clean felt reused. Headphones were poor which meant if Someone in a near seat was talking couldn't hear through my headset despite volume being turned up."

缺點: "The baggage allowance was atrocious at just 20kg, when all other airlines already have much greater baggage allowance. Even though the baggage allowance has been updated to a higher amount as of September, their system still tagged on the 20kg amount to the date of ticket purchase."

優點: "Super easy to book, loved the notifications of baggage claim number upon exiting the flight. Great itinerary too."

優點: "I had difficulty finding my booking reference on cathay website until it was very late. I am marco polo member but that was picked up late so my meal preferences were not picked up. 缺點: "There was almost no information about what was happening with the delays. You need to do a better job of disseminating information. The food voucher was nice but it was all word of mouth among the passengers. To have a 5 hour delay is tough. You should have better charging facilities at your gates. You could only stand and charge and the plugs were all Hong Kong/English specific. Nothing universal about those plugs. I had to borrow an adapter to charge my laptop during the delay. The spicy fish dish tasted like it had been fouled during the delay. I like spicy fish generally but this tasted tainted."

優點: "The booking crew was excellent, and helped me avoid delays that were caused by heavy rain in Taiwan the day of my travel so I could make my connection."

缺點: "Flight was late leaving Nairobi due to a catering issue. Missed connection through Istanbul to Manchester. Placed on AF flight to Paris then Manchester. Paris flight was delayed. Missed connection to Manchester. Paid for my own hotel room overnight in Paris CDG. Flight will arrive a day late in Manchester. That means I have missed my flights from Manchester to UK with Air Lingus (booked through Kayak website) It seems I must now purchase a new ticket to get home from Manchester to Nashville. All expenses I can ill afford. Lesson learned...cannot afford to use Kayak anymore...sorry."

缺點: "Missed Flight: The flight from Istanbul to Athens was posted as delayed. We were a party of eight and arrived for boarding very close to deadline (minus posted delays) At the boarding gate we were met by six other passengers. The gate was vacant and closed. The real problem happened at the Turkish Airlines desk where we were treated with arrogance, disdain and absolutely no compassion. AS a matter of fact some of the Turkish Airlines staff smiled as they imposed an outrageous fine to purchase tickets to the next flight and continuation of our previous booking. We intend to protest the charges and contact thru many forms of media inform as many fellow travellers of the incident and subsequent treatment by Turkish Airlines. Social media is a powerful tool and although the cards were held in their favor the night of 9-21-17 our protest will not end here. We are fourteen wounded travellers that have agreed to use as many forms of social media as possible to get our message out."

缺點: "The on-ground customer service in Istanbul was the worst experience I have ever had with humans in my whole life. They were unhelpful, rude, blatantly ignored people, dismissive, walked away from customers when they didn't want to deal with them, did not do anything to keep order when people were cutting in line after people were waiting for 4+ hours. I will avoid flying Turkish Airlines as best I can."

優點: "I booked a round trip flight from IAD to NUE with stay over in IST. Try to make change flight date IST to NUE. I was told by the Turkish air agent to buy a new on way ticket from IST to NUE and use the origenal ticket from NUE to IAD and I did. The the nightmare begun when I try to get back to back to iAD. I was told my ticket was cancelled and have to buy new ticket. After 7 hrs exosting fight and inconvenience when they found out that I was not easily going to be hustled out $1100+ they finally reissued my tickets. During this time I witnessed how 10-20 customers old and young were being hustled for more money and some crying out of frustration. It was one of the worst experience I've had in my 45+yrs traveling experience."
缺點: "Customer service training. Mgmt must be involved in problem solving rather than sending customers to a phone both some of it that doesn't work to talk to folks that don't know what they're doing nor have the authority to mak decision."

缺點: "The leg room was virtually non existent. I'm 6'3" and there was no room for my legs in front of me. I had to keep my legs in the aisle or in my neighbor's leg space (luckily, that neighbor was my wife so she didn't mind too much). When anyone passed in the aisle, I had to almost stand up. for a 12 hour flight, that was very annoying."

缺點: "This return flight was much better than the flight going to Amsterdam. I believe the biggest factor was the type of aircraft. The old 747 just didn't meet expectations. The newer 777 on the way back was much more comfortable, with better amenities."

Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

缺點: "Taking off late caused me stress because I had transferring flight within less than two hours in transit originally. So we arrived later about 50 minutes so I had to manage my situation and find my next gate and be on time. And an other thing that I disliked was that I was allowed to have only one baggage which was very unusual for international flight between two countenances. And the crew was not polite enough so she made fun of my Cary-on. In short, I expected more from KLM which is famous for them being "Royal" but not acting as one of them."

缺點: "What I didn't like was that the monitor at my seat as it was broken. So for 12 hours I had not a chance to watch a movie or anything :-("

優點: "I fly AMS to MAN regularly for work. There are a number of providers, but KLM far exceed the experience offered by low cost airlines, often for the same price even at short notice. You get a drink and snack; and at no annoying sales announcements. Miles club membership is free, even if you don't fly regularly well worth it as it halves the cost of cost of checked baggage. Peaceful airline with no hidden costs during booking."

缺點: "I did not like that i was in the bulkhead and there was not sufficient overhead storage for us. The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."

缺點: "It is very difficult to get around CDG airport with a disabled person. There is no shuttle. By the time we got to check in, we were ten minutes late. They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."

Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."
