優點： The service

缺點： No entertainment. Late boarding.

優點： Good gluten free bread on Istanbul to Malta leg. Blankets are good as is amenity pack which has all but diasappeared on BA. Good choice of films

缺點： Foot rest in economy, gluten free meal is poor (except bread).

優點： Great helpful staff, nice cabin layout with lots of space to sleep, excellent food, free internet, Live TV - what else could you ask for.

缺點： The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came.

優點： Will if you didnt know yet it was horrible. because of the reschedulling i miss my flight from paris to venice and all this flight is boon through you but i couldnt contact cheapflights because you dont handle it. So what do you think??

優點： The flight and crew were excellent. Turkish Airlines business is always good.

缺點： The delay leaving Heathrow was not so good.... missed connecting flight in Istanbul and no availability on the night flight. Had to re-book with Air Astana.

優點： Staff is the best, very accommodating.

缺點： It was an old plane so not much comfort in business class

缺點： The check in desk was late opening & the carry on luggage size was smaller than advertised on their website, so it had to be put in the hold. Open on time to prevent less stress to travelers & give more accurate information about cabin luggage.

缺點： Food was a bit basic and in-flight entertainment was a bit limited, but on a 2 hour flight not a major problem

優點： The CDG airport is very bad in terms of finding your connections, the flight to CDG from LAX had a very old entertainment system and was hard to use.

優點： The staff..the attentions..food.

優點： Fast and efficient boarding and friendly and efficient staff. Landed 15min ahead of schedule.

優點： Very efficient boarding. We actually departed earlier and then landed in Barcelona 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Overall a very smooth experience.

優點： The crew were really helpful with people who had tight connections because of the delayed flight

優點： Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

優點： The earphones for out two seats only worked intermittently, but the Purser, Lee-Ann handled it professionally and pleasantly. That was the only disappointment in an otherwise pleasant flight

缺點： Variety of entertainment (or lack of), and the flight being continuously delayed. Even though the flight ended up departing just an hour later than initially scheduled, I would rather receive one notification for a 1-hour delay, than four notifications for 15-minute delays.

優點： Meal from KUL to HAN was tasty. The separation of the gravy based dish from the rice was a great idea to prevent the soak up. Personal touch screen responsive and quality definition.

優點： One of the best inflight meals. They serve snacks on top of main meal.
