優點： Efficient check 8n process and great on board entertainment options.

優點： Kind and professional service.

缺點： Food I like to have was run out so I had to eat whatever available.

缺點： No vegetarian food.

缺點： Transfer in Seoul could have been easier to understand

優點： Crew were great, food, entertainment, seat and everything else was great as well.

優點： The crew were really helpful with people who had tight connections because of the delayed flight

優點： Crew was really good, polite, efficient. The aircraft was relatively new and clean (rare for an airline to provide a new craft on an Africa segment). Food was good, seats comfortable. Will definitely make them my airline of choice to the extent that I can cost wise.

優點： The CDG airport is very bad in terms of finding your connections, the flight to CDG from LAX had a very old entertainment system and was hard to use.

缺點： I was treated like I am not supposed to ask for food and they had one choice of meal for me while they had 2 for the rest.

優點： The crew were polite and friendly

缺點： Everything was incredibly poor. Flight was delayed, entertainment was outdated and the airport staff were rude.

缺點： I travel to see the places I go, not to watch movies instead. I found the auto-darkening of the window infuriating as I couldnt look out to watch the world I travel to see. Pretty much makes flying a waste of time if you are forced to look at movies you dont really want to watch because the real reason you bought the ticket is denied you without warning it will happen prior to investing in the ticket for the route. Button at seat worked for a while to sneak a peak at the real world but then the system seemed to take over and tell me to conform with the demand I not look.

優點： Great staff, food, comfort. Very clean toilets.

缺點： The delay leaving Heathrow was not so good.... missed connecting flight in Istanbul and no availability on the night flight. Had to re-book with Air Astana.

缺點： We both - Wife and me - had to pay around 200 USD for TWO Extra Suitcases in spite of both being an ANA Flying Miles Members. Hence What is the uet of these ANA Miles Club (AMC) Membership? Remains an EYE-WASH.................................

優點： High quality fit out, amazing flight crew, great food.

缺點： Movie selection could be greater.

優點： The cabin crew was always found to be welcoming and co-operative attitude. Rest Rooms (Toilets) were found to be clean whenever visited.

優點： Very comfortable

優點： Many empty seats meant I could get some sleep

缺點： i understand that is a Korean airlines, but you are flying in international route, please prepare some English material，such as if you don't let people use our own pillow, the explanation material cannot be in Korean Only.

缺點： Plane was far too old. No in-flight entertainment. food mediocre. no battery charger USB plug

優點： The earphones for out two seats only worked intermittently, but the Purser, Lee-Ann handled it professionally and pleasantly. That was the only disappointment in an otherwise pleasant flight

優點： Very helpful cabin crew and did well to communicate in English to me. Flight was on time and landed ahead of schedule

缺點： Entertainment system had to be rebooted as it did not work Small screen handset was not working for the entire flight food selection was not as big as KLM or China Eastern Bathroom on board was smaller than KLM or China Eastern which meant changing into more comfortable clothing for the night flight

優點： Late leaving - no reason or apology. A bumpy flight all flight. Food almoat inedible. Seat gave bum axhe after 45 minutes. Staff friendly, but they dropped my meal

優點： Crew are always good on CS. Ontime pretty much too which is a blessing.

缺點： Still the quality or food and beverage selection is below the standard of other airlines. Perhaps a small spend increase by the airline on the quality will offer big gains. Entertainment has actually gone backwards. I have been flying this airline for years and it was good ! Not now seats are a little uncomfortable with not much padding.

優點： Good leg room

缺點： Two flights now that I had a touchscreen that didn't work. Flight was fine but not exceptional. The main frustrations were from inconsiderate passengers - no doubt the ones who take advantage of lower airfares.

優點： Wonderful staff. We had a problem with our entertainment system and so they upgraded us to first class. Felt really valued.

優點： As expected, the crews' service were good. Comfortable seats and nice meals.

缺點： On the way back to Singapore, there was no entertainment in each seat. Didn't expect this and never experience from my previous flight with Asiana. There was the main screen in the centre but I can't choose and the lights were on all the way when I tried to sleep. Disappointed that they didn't inform in advance. People expect Asiana as same as SQ which provides full of new equipment such as personal screen on each seat.

缺點： The seats of A380 CAN-LAX flights were little cramped.

優點： It was a newer model of the plane that I flew out with and it showed. Excellent interior, food was better than the previous flight. Very comfortable and functional for each individual . Crew were fantastic in there dealings with the passengers Overall a very pleasant experience

缺點： The inflight entertainment was not as good as I expected. To the extent there wasn’t anything that I wanted to watch as I’d seen the only 2 films that I wanted to watch in my previous long haul leg. TV series were severely lacking in choice as was the latest movies.

優點： I like it allow an adult passenger with 2 free checked baggages,each can be 23kg max.

缺點： The Online service is only set for Chinese who is living in China. You can not do the Seat Reservation without Chines mobile phone. You can not do any pre check-in because you are holding an Australia Passport.

優點： Cabin crew very courtious and professional.

缺點： Sitting on the Business class seats is like sitting a lump of rocks.

優點： The crew was great. The soecial meal request was hadled well despite oversight.

缺點： Soecial meal request was made in advance but overlooked. Did not mind it so much as eating less is not a bad idea! To err is human.
