優點: "Japan Airlines was a pleasure, from beginning to end & in between. The flight attendants emulate joy in their service to others, they are observant to the clients' needs even before they are asked for help. In a long flight such as this was, it was obvious that they also tend to the comfort of the passengers by ensuring that the restrooms are always clean & presentable. Will fly them again whenever I have the opportunity."

缺點: "We had a last minute flight change to extend my business stay in Asia. Our firm contacted JAL on 3/1 to extend the return date from 3/3 to 3/8. We were told that it was done and just call back on 3/7 to confirm flight. When we called back on 3/7, they said the flight was never rescheduled and could not find a voice recording of the request. Despite our offering of evidence of our other ticket from Osaka to TPE (3/3-3/8 round trip) showing that it was not a no-show, and we have phone records of calling JAL on 3/1. Nevertheless, their customer care center in CHINA was firm that it cannot be done. The money has been wasted. Ridiculous service for a 3,500 business class ticket."

優點: "The food was good, the service attentive and the Movie selection included movies that were still running in the Japanese theaters."
缺點: "The second meal didn't have an option. and when that is your complaint you know they did pretty well."

優點: "For an economy flight, it was excellent, even the food on the flight to Japan was exceptionally good. Oddly, that can't be said for the return flight to LA. The crew, however, was great going both ways. The equipment was new and very comfortable."

缺點: "Crew behavior. From boarding to deplaning. Easy to contrast since flight from LA to Japan was JAL, not AA. JAL crew focus was service, AA was typical American crew who seemed 'bothered' by passengers. Interesting announcements from cockpit repeatedly mention they were 'safety stewards'. Ex. Wife used wheelchair from gate to plane door. JAL crew offered assistance to seat ( not needed), followed to seat, checked back before take off, and reminded us before landing to wait for all passengers to deplane. AA crew...NOTHING?! Turned out requested wheelchair assist was not in LA, never showed, supervisor had to assist to bus & door to customs. However, this well may have been a ground mishandle(?). JAL crew offered water, tea, juice multiple times during flight. AA crew set up 'self-serve' drink station at back of plane. What if passenger is not capable of pouring while standing on a plane???!!!! OR if a passenger chose to contaminate/spike the juice carton???!!! Equipment-seats on JAL flight were comfortable & flight entertainment console current. AA, based on multiple passenger comments, seats were ridiculously close & our entertainment consoles looked 10 years old?! (could even get one to activate selected choices! Good thing we were more interested in sleeping.) Summary-IF possible will always try to avoid US crews...and happy to share my specific examples."

缺點: "The return flight operated by American Airlines differed significantly from the initial flight to Tokyo from LA which was on a Japan Airlines plane. The hostesses on the JAL flight were much more gracious and attentive than the American Airlines hostesses. The food on the American flight was so bad that I threw most of it away….greatly contrasting with the good food on the JAL flight. My screen would not function correctly with any of the movies or other entertainment offerings. In the future I would choose a foreign carrier over any American carrier."

缺點: "The plane was delayed from Tokyo to Los Angeles due to a pilot staffing issue. The plane stopped in Honolulu at 6:00AM in the morning and no staff was able to assist so they made everyone go through the run-around to have the luggage scanned for agriculture. Then they stated that even though we had pre-check, we did not qualify and the boarding pass was not issued with Honolulu to LAX. Over 5 hours delay and did not know that we could have stayed in Hawaii free room and meals. Terrible and one of the worst vacations ever for returning to the US. The food was not great."

優點: "The crew is outstanding. A girl two seats away from me barfed and two attendants were there immediately with a bag, cleaning wipes, etc. They are very friendly and patient with passengers. The next best part was the comfort. I got a good amount of sleep on my nine-hour flight."

缺點: "I wasn't allowed to reserve a seat - apparently they don't allow Kayak customers to reserve seats now. I was forced into a middle seat and was uncomfortable and dehydrated the majority of the trip. Nice girl at baggage check said she'd ask a manager to move me, and to let them know at the gate, but the people at the gate said no. I felt discriminated against because I didn't book through them and/or I'm not Japanese. They historically love to put mushrooms in their food, like a fetish. This left me with one choice for the entree - some version of oyakodon - eggs and chicken. In my box there were two enormous chunks of fat/skin and another unidentifiable part of the chicken, and about the amount of edible chicken as 1 1/2 nuggets from Chick-Fil-A. There was more lotus root than chicken, so basically I had a box of rice and scrambled eggs with garnish. For the second meal, it was the Yoshinoya gyudon - a small serving of thinly sliced beef with rice. If I bought this fresh at a Yoshinoya restaurant, it would cost about $3. It's the rough equivalent of serving you a McDouble - cheap and filling and a coin toss if you get stomach pains. I lost that coin toss. Unless there is a big fare difference or I find out that their reserved seat policies are changed, I will choose ANA or another carrier. I used to enjoy JAL, but I cannot abide by idiotic decisions that seemed designed to punish people for using 3rd-party booking sites or who are not Japanese."

One other detail: this is not Japan Airlines fault, but at LAX we had to sit on the runway for an hour because there was some confusion about the parking space for the plane. After a nine hour flight, to sit and wait for another hour was very uncool."

優點: "Their customer service is excellent! when I left my card (fell out of my pursue while in transit), they called me immediately! After a long vacation, exploring. I was extremely tired and and left my phone completely on silent for 4 days, and within those 4 days they called and left me messages. Lucky I live here in Hawaii, can you imagine being a tourist and you lost your card? Excellent customer service."

缺點: "Our flight was delayed for two hours. We have a connecting flight from Osaka to Los Angeles, which we were worried we couldn't make it. They told me the flight will wait for us because there were 20 plus people also need to get on that plane. When the time of boarding we heard they were calling us to the front and explained the flight we were suppose to be connecting already took off. They had to booked us to another airline. We were extremely disappointed! We asked if we could took another Japanese airline but they said our luggages were already transferred to that airline and the tickets were printed! Mosf importantly we have already waited in airport 5 hours and they needed us to wait for another 3 hours! Very bad experience with how they dealing with this situation!"

優點: "Packed in like sardines with no ability to recline for a red eye flight of 10h was excruciating. Food was not good on this flight though the kids meal was a nice touch."

First of all he takes off his shoes and then his socks and crosses his legs so his barefoot is right next to my tray table. Then he proceeds to unbutton his pants and unbuckle his belt. Reaches down into his nethers and takes a good whiff of his hand. This passenger continually kept encroaching into my seat, either sitting on a portion of my leg or putting his shoulder over my shoulder, even at one point used me as lean on. It was a 9 hour flight of misery... I was definitely uncomfortable for majority of that flight due to the passenger in 40A on flight NH176"

優點: "This was my first time flying ANA (LAX to Haneda and back) and I have to admit it was surprisingly great. I am a pretty tall guy and found the room for my feet in economy to be more than adequate even though i found myself in a middle seat both flights. The flight attendants were extremely attentive, even as my flights were both overnight/red-eyes. The selection of movies available at each seat was pretty good and included your standard Hollywood stuff along with a decent selection of Japanese film, television, and various documentaries. Whether or not subtitles are available for non-Japanese speakers for Japanese language media was kind of hit and miss (I actually did browse around quite a bit), but I was impressed nonetheless. I would warn some western based travelers that they may not find the food to be all that appetizing. I chose the Japanese style option both flights (rice, miso, salad, fish), however I know that had I had any of my family members along for the flight they would have gone with the international option and they probably wouldn't have enjoyed it all that much."

優點: "Very clean plane. Nice and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Lots of leg room. The seat doesn't till back, but instead the seat slides forward. I wouldnt mind to fly again with ANA. Terrific entertainment system and movies."

優點: "I could upgrade my seat from a regular economy seat to a premium economy seat about 24 hours in advance. The flight attendants were generally attentive and thanks to the kindness of my ajacent passenger to my left, I could sometimes go to restrooms."

The baggage was also quick and I was probably one of the first to get out. It took me about 30 minutes from the gate to the terminal exit."

優點: "Flight operated by United 33, flown by a brand new 787-9 that was very very clean and shiny. The in-flight entertainment system's touchscreen was very responsive and smooth. I like because it has complete collection of James Bond movies onboard. Seat is comfy although the flight encountered many turbulence."

Even the assumed non-Japanese meal option I to have an unappealing taste, and to be non-filling. This the case on all flight legs. My entertainment system was broken. I reported this to the crew, they reset something, it didn't help. 'Sorry.'"

優點: "We boarded on time. Again, cabin crew was nice, courteous, and professional. Flight was not full- therefore, no passenger present next to me. Did not eat either meal- therefore, can not vouch for them; however, did have a cup of noodles. Again, the variety of music was nice."

China Airlines screens are VASTLY superior in their hardware, their speed, and the quality of their UI. And running an ad before EVERY movie --- in business?! Both departing and returning flights ran out of free gifts as stated for the purchase of Laneige skin care products. Food selection is less desirable compared to other Asian airlines. Inside the crew food storage/service area looks old and dirty. I can see the area from my seat."

缺點: "Flight arrived in LA 30 minutes late. Then had to wait another 30 minutes for a gate to open. All in all, the flight arrived 1 hr late which is very inconvenient and annoying. And the crew isn't has friendly. The boarding time in Hong Kong took a very long time"

優點: "The overhead compartments are a good size. The staff was friendly. There was decent legroom in front of the seats. The food was more flavorful than most airlines."
缺點: "In Hong Kong there was an additional security checkpoint set up at the gate. I had to throw away all liquids I purchased. Usually, once you've cleared customs and security checkpoints you can buy food and liquids within the airport and board the flight. Not sure if this was an airport thing or an airline thing. Either way it was highly inconvenient and annoying"

優點: "My husband fainted twice and they are so nice to accommodate my husband to the first class section so he can rest and sleep well! Amazing crew and I thank each and every one of them for their concerns and kind heart!"

缺點: "Late boarding and departures from LA to CGK and from CGK to LA. Seats were uncomfortable for 14 hours flight. Very minimal service provided during flight, minimal isle check by flight attendent throughout the 14 hours flight. I had the rudest flight attendant, she didn't smiles. Asked for drinks but never return. My niece request for cup of noodle, instead she responded if didn't my niece had already one. I asked for beef dinner but she placed on my table a turkey instead stated she ran out after I told her that's not beef. Flight attendant yelled out loud to tell the passenger to seat down instead of approach the passenger."

優點: "I will give 10 out of 10 to Cathay for their excellent service, fast air time, humble crew service and a bonus point for their quality of meals/ food. I am a pure vegetarian & in all my flight the crew made sure that I got the correct food tray & it was not mixed with wrong mean (non veg.) by mistake. Unlike other flight where meal is just an obligation, Cathay made sure that the taste was very nice too. Full points to them. The quality of seats was good & nice leg space as well. The layover was way shortest as compared to other competitor flights. Overall the experiance was very pleasant & I highly recommend Cathay Pacific."

Cathay has no agent in airport to speak with...must communicate through local airport personnel, who have no information, nor authority to help. Cathay wouldn't track down bag or deliver in readonable amount of time, so we had to go back next day at midnight when nxt plane arrived + hope bags were on it. We were shocked as crew was so organized getting us (people) to connecting flight in Hong Kong. Woman met us at gate and personally led us to connection gate. Only a few gates down in same terminal. In case you're curious: not that we expect Michelin star dining, but the food is dismal. Some of the worst airline food ever. It's like pure sodium + tastes very much like the aluminum can it surely came out of."

The Moon Cake provided to help us celebrate, even though we were traveling, was an added example of why Cathay Pacific is the standard that everyone else is trying to emulate in Tourist class. The L.A.-based cabin crew provided outstanding service throughout the flight. The in-flight service manager made me believe she cared about the quality of the service in the back, which was outstanding. It was as good as a full, 13-hour flight could be. Even the in-seat entertainment was outstanding and reliable."

Meals were very good for economy. Cabin crew super polite and patient, which I've come to notice as a standard on Cathay. As an example, I have a good intolerance to shrimp/prawn. My outbound flight LAX-HKG, the dinner salad included shrimp. I explained i could not eat the shrimp. The attendant was kind enough to swap it with a leftover vegetarian salad."

I attempted to call in to Cathay to explain I could not have shrimp/prawn. The rep either did not understand or could not help. I really wished Cathay offered a pre-arrival meal like the other airlines. LAX-HKG and HKG-LAX are 13+ hours. Cathay offers a departure meal and a mid-flight meal. But by arrival time, I was starting to get hungry again. Thank God, I had enough of a layover, even with CBP processing, to grab a quick bite before continuing an additional 6-hours to home with no time to eat."

Its as if some feel they are supposed to treat crew like servants. Your staff as always, don't complain just go about there responsibilities with a smile."

Completely not professional!"

People started getting up and bringing their trays to the staff. And the staff seemed annoyed, but I feel passengers had a right to be upset."

After the plane takes off, the flight attendant said that can not refund me the upgrade. I was extremely frustrated and felt discriminated because of my age and size. I demanded to sit back to my original assigned seat but they refused. Not to mention, the flight was delayed!! Unpleasant experience and a rip off."

缺點: "After missing our connecting flight in Istanbul on our Turkish Airlines flight on January 9th from LAX-Addis Ababa (due to a nearly 45 minute delayed flight), my sister and I had to spend 24 hours in Istanbul and still pay for a night in our 4 star hotel in Addis, despite the fact that we weren't there. So, in preparation for our flight back to LAX, I spent hours on the phone with a Turkish Airlines representative to ensure that we would not miss our connecting flight on the way back to LAX on January 29 (Jomo Kenyatta-IST-LAX). The TA representative spoke very little English and became incredibly frustrated with me when I expressed my concern about how closely scheduled our connecting flights in Istanbul were. The representative said she could "help us" by seating us at the back of the plane from Jomo Kenyatta-IST, as she was "mostly sure" that our plane would deboard from the back of the plane once we arrived in Istanbul and, in theory, we wouldn't have to wait behind all the other customers to exit. This was totally incorrect: our plane only deboarded from the front exit door and the seats she selected at the back would surely have caused us to miss our next flight were it not for the fact that the plane wasn't full and we arrived only a few minutes late. Still, by the time we got off the plane in IST, our connecting flight was already 15 minutes into boarding. We showed the TA attendants our boarding passes at the long security line, and at first they both said, "don't worry, it will be fine". I had to convince them to let us skip the line as we would clearly have missed our flight. Once we finally made it through security we ran through the ENTIRE Istanbul airport to get to our gate, as we could hear them calling the final boarding call for our flight to LAX. We literally ran as fast as we could for almost 20 minutes straight, with all of our bags, which ended up being over a mile, I would guess. When we got to our gate, we had to go through yet another security line - WHY??? Apparently there was a celebrity in front of us, and while we were sweating and nervous about missing our flight, the security agents were taking selfies with the celebrity. It was insulting and rude and totally unprofessional. The take away for me is that Turkish Airlines should NOT be allowed to sell flights to people that give them less than an hour to make international connecting, especially in an airport as large and disorganized as Istanbul, and especially when Turkish Airlines flights are often late or delayed. This was one of the most stressful flying experiences of my life."

Food is very delicious and you can always get either one of the options, whereas, in other airlines, you have to settle for the least favorite one if your seat is closer to the tail. They have sandwiches and cakes available during the whole flight."

I thought I will make it to the connect flight to LA but the gate was already closed. I was instructed to do multiple errands, to get Turkish visa, etc all on my expense to be able to exit the transit as an American citizen and be able to take Turkish airlines bus to the hotel.The hotel was fine and the meals. The problem was that they calculate bus traveling time wrong in the hotel and put people on the bus next day too late, so due to the traffic jam, we barely made it to the airport, and then we had to stress the officials to put us on the fast passport control lane due to boarding time."

However, this would be better handled when she requested for assistance during her booking process. The crew should've anticipate her needs and booked an aisle seat, or even be the ones to ask me or another passenger if I would be willing to trade. I was placed on the spot and no courtesy was shown to me. My legs were completely swollen and in pain because I wasn't able to stand periodically. I too booked my flight early and requested my seats appropriately for my health needs."

She would not allow us to wait for the rest of our party of 2 to go on the shuttle to the plane together. They were delayed because of your personal continually bringing other people to cut in line in front of them. There was plenty of time and the shuttle was already full, and we wanted to wait for the next shuttle to board the airplane together. She came out several times from inside of the building shouting at the three of us to get on the shuttle even when the person managing the shuttle flow at the bottom of the stairs was about to let us wait for the next shuttle. What was her problem(?) - she could use a lot more people skills and realize who pays her salary - the customers. She really tarnished the whole image and impression I originally had of TA. Also, there was no way to go to the bathroom without going through a long line of security again at the last gate before the shuttle which did not make sense."

優點: "The flight was great and the service was wonderful. The plane was new and clean. A huge plus was the video entertainment in every seat along with headphones and USB Charging Port. They poured me a double Glenlivet scotch on the rocks at NO CHARGE!"
缺點: "I booked three round-trip tickets from LAX to Athens. Our daughter did not fly with us there but we checked with ticketing in LAX and they booked her seat anyway. The issue came when we tried to leave Athens the airlines then said that I had to purchase a one-way ticket! They informed me that the flight was cancelled for my daughter because she didn't fly to Athens. The ticket was almost $1,500.00 and I intend to get my money back but it was unfortunate that they had to charge me for it in the first place."

She confirmed the temp was set to 23 C however it was definitely not less that 26C .. also it took long time to serve the hot meal although we were on rhe plane and the flight depart8 got delayed for 90 minutes due to technical problem. On the other hand, seat were comfortable and flight attendants were so nice and friendly.. also Turkish lounge and airport were good"

缺點: "This is one of the worst airlines I have flown with. I travel internationally frequently, I had used Turkish Airlines on a domestic flight in Turkey back in the 90's. It was a decent experience. So I decided to book my flight to Athens with Turkish Airlines. I bought a nonstop flight from LAX to with one and a half hour layover in Istanbul and then flying to Athens on the same day. I was assigned bulkhead seats on the way over. On the day of the Parcher at the Turkish airline counter in LAX I was informed that my seat assignments were changed. The agent could not/ would not give me a satisfactory answer as to why! During the course of the same conversation I was also informed that my layover Istanbul is not 1 1/2 hours, instead it is seven hours and I will be flying out to Athens The following day. My flight was randomly changed to a later flight without my knowledge! After a long wait at the ticketing counter, the manager switched us back to the original itinerary. Sadly it doesn't end here. The take off was about an hour and a half delayed. This was about exactly the same amount of time I had as layover Istanbul airport. I asked several flight attendants about how will Turkish Airlines will handle this delay as my connection to Athens was in jeopardy. Again not one flight attendant could give me a straight answer. Some said "well hopefully you will make it to the next flight". One said "the pilot we will make up for the lost time". I also noticed that my original bulkhead seat assignments were given to three ladies who were friends of a first class flight attendant! it was really annoying to watch the flight attendant bring them treats from the first class kitchen area. It was clear that our seats were intentionally switched as a special favor. Long story short, upon arrival we were told that the our connecting flight is at gate 501 only to find out there was no plane at the gate!! We never found out what happened to our original connection to Athens, but we ended up waiting an additional 5 1/2 hours in the airport for then next day flight. No explanation given, no accommodations provided, no apologies!"

優點: "I liked the fact that they gave us two meals and offered drinks three times. I have gone on a different airline that charged for everything and wouldn't even sell water."

優點: "We had a connecting flight in Instanbul, Turkey, and a representative met us at our arrival gate from Rome and walked us through security and to our connecting flight to LAX. I thought that was great because we would've been completely lost if we had to do it on our own. Security check in was thorough. We had to go through security screening AGAIN (already did it in Rome and had to throw away our waters purchased in the airport), and two different lines for passport check. My husband had to go through a third security line because he had a carry-on. Boarding was well organized with passengers lining up by their boarding letter - no crowding - and people sitting at the back of the plane boarded first (after 1st class). The flight itself was great. The food was delicious. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed. They gave us a water bottle, lots of current and blockbuster movies to choose from. They provided pillows, blankets, and earphones at no extra charge. Would definitely fly again."

優點: "i love every thing about the crew they where all simple easy going people they did their best to make sure the flight and the demands of the passengers are been attained"

優點: "Onboard service and food"
缺點: "Lack of communication from the captain, considering a 110 minute delay. Business class product is getting old and some of the seat functions were not operational."

優點: "Crew was very attentive. Amenities like socks, slippers, blanket and pillow were very much appreciated. Availability of vegetarian food, even when we forgot to request special diet, was very much appreciated."
缺點: "Space between seats and seat padding was totally inadequate for a 14-hour flight."

優點: "Crew and entertainment was excellent."
缺點: "Seats were not the most comfortable but then again what economy class seats are..."

缺點: "I was sleeping and missed the meal hand out! Tried a couple of times to get the stewardist attention and she would look away from me. I know they were busy so I just went back to sleep. The sounds quality on the entertainment was a little staticky and hard to hear at times."

缺點: "It was all good, the crew were very accomodating and keeping us comfortable during the flight. It became uncofortable midflight because of one passenger, named Rachelle Marie Perez Herrera Lim sitting in 54 B started to complain about one female crew. She was unreasonable, unccoperative."

缺點: "I don’t know why but I felt like they just didn’t care about your needs, I’m diabetic, and I needed to eat something sweet because my sugar levels dropped low, I asked the stewardess for a cookie but she didn’t want to give me one, I had to bagg her for a cookie, Very disappointing."

缺點: "The flight was terrible. The boarding process was improperly conducted causing a lack of overhead space in the baggage storage overhead. The entertainment system was broken and the flight transfer process was terrible and confusing. I had the worst trip in over 300 life time trips. I felt like the price was way too high for the service I received! I need a partial refund at a minimun. This flight was terrible for my 3 children and I."

缺點: "The Manila airport is a mess! Everyone tells you something different. No one seems to know where to send you. I've never in my life had to exit an airport on a layover to re-enter again and go through the entire check-in process from scratch. There are no signs anywhere that tell you you will have to go through security a SECOND time once you're at the gate. I'm diabetic and need to have water on me at all times. I can't get dehydrated. I had no clue I woudn't be able to take the bottles of water I PURCHASED AT THE AIRPORT!!! with me on the plane. I've never experienced that in all my years of flying. No other airline or airport has ever made you throw out the water that you purchased at the airport. So I wasted my money there. PLUS, the only vendor that had any sort of appetizing food that I could eat as a diabetic was a cash only vendor. They took USD, great, but they were using a conversion chart from May 2017 (I was flying in March 2018) so the exchange rate was in THEIR favor. And they won't give you USD in change. They give you Philippine money in change. So I get screwed on the exchange rate on BOTH sides of the transaction. Plus, what am I going to do with Philippine money when I'm only in the airport for a layover??? So I'm going to lose money again to change it back to USD once I get home. Archaic. We are living in the 21st century. This shouldn't happen. The plane was sooooo uncomfortable for a 13 hour flight. The entertainment system at my seat wasn't working so I had to be moved once we were in the air. The new seat was so worn in, there was virtually no padding underneath my saecrum (butt bone) for the 13 hours. No foot rest, either. And the temperature in the plane fluxuated the whole time between hot and cold (although mostly hot). You should take some lessons from Singapore Airlines.....so much more comfortable in ALL aspects."

缺點: "I was notified once I arrived to the airport that the fight had been cancelled. This created a great inconvenience since I had a work meeting that I had to attend and was not able due to cancellation. I was moved to a separate flight within a different airline, which I appreciate but I still missed my work meeting due to the new schedule."

優點: "Absolutely nothing."
缺點: "A Philippine Airlines check-in personnel did not fail to make my family feel extremely disrespected by treating us in such a rude manner at their counter. After verifying our information, she proceeded to tell us we had no reserved seats for our flight. When I told her we had seat numbers (thus reserved seats) when I checked their website the night before, she had the audacity to imply that we were lying about these mediocre seats! After speaking to the supervisor, she then proceeded to tell us that we should be thankful for the seats she was able to give us, WHICH WERE THE EXACT SAME SEATS THAT WERE LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE THE DAY BEFORE. Philippine Airlines need to better train their check-in personnel proper customer service to prevent passengers from having such unpleasant experiences with their staff. Our check-in process would have gone smoothly had she not replied in such a snarky manner to us and implied that we owe her for the seats we had in the first place."

優點: "This was my first time flying with PAL. I had read the reviews mostly good, some not so good but I decided to do it because I was going to meet my fiancee. Flew from LA to Manila and back. The flights took off late (which I later found out is called Filipino time LOL). The crew was AWESOME, the only problem was on the return flight I had some trouble getting a stewardess but to be fair EVERYBODY was hitting the bells to get service. The food was good and I liked the choices. I would DEFINITELY fly PAL again!!!!!"

缺點: "My attendant Anesha Juan PR 112 June 5 11:30 am Manila to Los Angeles was too slow and 3x , food were gone when it's my turn to receive. Due to her slowness , other crew/attendant got other trays of foods from her cart and have it to the other side . I didn't eat breakfast because I am unhappy with the way she work."

優點: "I like that the plane was not very full and I had no seatmate beside me. The staff were attentive to the needs of the passengers."

缺點: "Pr896 use small flight with 3+3 a row seat. No video or other media service. We onboard after 2 hours later of the original time because the flight is delayed."

缺點: "My flight lax- going mnla was very uncomfortable.. the plane was so small. No tv, movie and music.. it was an old plane of PAL.. i was upset and other passengers. But going back was better.. I'll rate them 5/10"

缺點: "the airport in Manila is terrible. Elevator broken so had to carry my carryon up 6 or 7 flights of stairs. Not enough seats for the voucher breakfast and the breakfast was mainly tiny and full of carbohydrates."

缺點: "My outbound flight (Manila to Taipei) was rescheduled so I had to make alternative plans. On the day itself, we were told that the flight was cancelled with very little warning. I wasted a total of 8 hours waiting to be put on another flight. They transferred us to the cheaper Cebu Pacific flight that left 5 hours later (at 10 pm!) than the PAL flight. Most horrible flying experience I've ever had in my entire life and I've been flying internationally for almost 20 years. Their customer service is terrible, not transparent and not helpful. They took longer than necessary to rebook people to other flights. Completely horrible. I have another flight booked with PAL that I can no longer cancel, but after that one, never flying them again!"

缺點: "For the ticket price- I think that it would be nice to have more comfortable seats as the flight is a long one and it would also be nice if the crew make their rounds to check on the passengers and ask if they are comfortable"

優點: "Everything else was fine other than the comments as described below."
缺點: "Saw a specific female crew member ignore a passenger raising his hand and repeatedly saying excuse me to ask for a blanket, and she straight turned around to walk the other way. It's not difficult to get blankets from the overhead bin and with the possibility of other passengers asking, it's part of your job. A male crew member was attentive to the passenger after he immediately recognized the passenger's request walking through the aisle. This was from MNL to NRT. Also on one of the connecting flights (could have been same as above), the flight departed late because they allowed another passenger through that wasn't suppose to be on that flight on to the plane. They need to have better boarding pass scanners and /or the employees should pay better attention to that main detail. Air was really dry in the cabin, suggestion is to add some kind of humidifier in the plane to decrease dryness to the nose."

優點: "Crew was courteous, attentive, and friendly Inflight entertainment was up to date with recent movies, tv shows, Food could be better"

優點: "Crew was very polite and helpful. Food was enjoyable."
缺點: "Seat was uncomfortable. Got worse as hours went by. Business class in front of my seat sat empty the entire trip. I understand everybody cannot be upgraded but I paid extra for aisle seat and extra leg room. Maybe passengers that paid extra for seats could get an upgrade when available? It would have been a nice treat to be able to sit in a seat that was actually comfortable. I guess the padding gets worn down from all the passenger travel an that's understandable but for passengers with 13-15 hr trips, sleeping isn't an option really and the seats are just not soft enough. Perhaps a nominal $100 upgrade fee when seats are empty in business class? I'm assuming the reason business was empty is it's just too expensive? Maybe a price adjustment is in order rather than letting those seats sit empty? Overall, the flight was a pleasant experience. The seat situation was just a blemish on the trip. I will continue to use Philippine Airlines though probably in the future. Thank you."

缺點: "They were 4hrs late and I missed my connecting flight. Ground staff said don't worry someone will assist you and provide a free flight. After arriving in Manila, they ground staff said sorry nothing we can do, it's impossible. I was stranded thanks to PhilAir delays and they refused to help me. I was on time to the airport, they were delayed big time and wouldn't help when they have the ability to help."

優點: "The aircraft was new and clean. This is the only direct flight to Manila. The seats have very good leg room and good recline angle."
缺點: "They are always late. This is very fustrating. Many people missed connecting flights. The drink service is poor and infrequent."

優點: "Nothing"
缺點: "Philippine Airlines airport was convoluted, no signage, no screens, horrible. Checked-in online to speed things up, but the ladies at the "Online check-in counter" was not there, and when they turned up, there were in training. Then the boarding gates/lounge. None of the restaurants accepted credit or debit cards (?). It's an international airport!?! Unbelievable. Once boarded, realised none of the seats had screens or any onboard entertainment unless you had downloaded the myPal app. It would have been handy if the check-in staff informed us of this. Then there were flight delays, with no explanation. No screens with any live updates. Nothing. Worst terminal on planet earth! Now the plane. It must be a plane bought from another airline who completed their 30 year lease of the aircraft, because it looked like from the 1980's or older. Falling apart, uncomfortable, toilets not working, dirty, run down. The air-crew were lazy and rude and were inconsistent. One would say they ran out of something, then the person next to me would ask another crew, and received what they requested (food, assistance, pens, etc). Horrible. The pilots rarely informed us of the flight updates. Just utterly horrible! I cannot believe I have to fly with them on my return leg back home :("

優點: "We arrived safe. And they had movies."
缺點: "Terrible, terrible experience. We were weather delayed. Fine. Very inconvenient but have to accept it. However, THEY LOST MY LUGGAGE!!! The worse part was that they acted like no big deal, it happens all the time. And THAT is why I will never ever recommend PAL to anyone. It took them 4 days to get my luggage to me. No compensation whatsoever for their incompetence in arranging my luggage to fly along with me. They should refund 25% of the flight since they only delivered me, and not my luggage."

缺點: "Terrible service Unfriendly staff Couldn't leave the terminal with an 8 hour layover in Manila?!! Terrible terminal (Manila) Two and a half hour delay after boarding the plane without any excuse."

優點: "The crew was nice."
缺點: "No leg space , hard seat, no entertainment tv (only a tv of the 80s every 10 seats showing same movie over and over for 14 hours. Terrible!"

缺點: "The crew seemed to be more interested in chatting w/ each other than serving. I had to go to the service area at least 5x to ask for water. We were in a "holding" area for 3 hrs prior to flight. Was asked to vacate another area in the terminal because we didn't want to b in this cramped holding area."

優點: "it was nice flying with philippine airlines , just the laid over was very long , 8 hrs.."

優點: "The crew was pleasant."
缺點: "For an international flight to not have individual monitors is very unappealing. The expectation is that we're to use our own individual mobile devices and yet no one informs passengers ahead of time that this particular airplane has no monitors so you should download the app. Then if we did manage to have the app, there are no USB or plugs to allow passengers to charge their devices in order to use the app?! Makes no sense. This flight (PR 102 MNL-LAX) was also terrible due to the fact that it was delayed more than 1hr 45 mins. I know several passengers that missed connecting flights upon arrival to LAX. When we finally landed at 8:51 pm (orig 7 pm), we were held on the plane and finally able to deplane at 9:30 PM. During the time waiting, the power (air, lights, etc) were turned off so we were essentially sitting/standing in darkness for approximately 30 mins. Then baggage wasn't unloaded until almost 10:45 pm. All the passengers were standing around waiting for their luggage for an extremely long time."

優點: "The crew was consistently pleasant, but the experience flying Philippine airlines was sorely lacking. Whatever we initially saved on tickets was LOST due to cancelled flights and damaged luggage."
缺點: "Our initial flights were cancelled, meaning we had to REBOOK into LA at the last minute in order to make the new PA flight costing us over a thousand US dollars. We received no compensation or consideration for our losses. To add insult to injury, my return flight seat placement was not an aisle or window, even though an aisle was initially requested. I sat in the center back third of the plane, making bathroom breaks difficult. Food options ran out leaving us with no meal choices for dinner. My travel mate's $1000 checked Samsonite hardshell was smashed beyond use on the return flight. No USB chargers on plane limiting long term use of our own entertainment. Old aircraft is unnerving. TV overhead broken."

優點: "Friendly crew More leg room than some other airlines Entertainment good on the Manila US trip but none on the Sydney to Manila . You cannot see the little drop down screens Generally good prices. Good food in the Business lounge"
缺點: "Lack of water. poured by the cup so if you do not want to drink it all at once you have to balance a cup rather than have a bottle you can put the top on and drink when needed on a long flight They seem to keep the seat belt sign on for long periods even when there is not turbulence for over 20 minutes or more or sometimes no detectable movement for a very long time so there is a line outside the few toilets in the restricted time available to move. I have done many flights and the website is horrible and it seems almost impossible to use frequent flyer points"

優點: "Good selection of movies to keep me entertained."
缺點: "Not enough room. Poor amount of legroom. And people next to me moved about they bumped into me. I didn't get much sleep at all. Arm rests were even uncomfortable."

優點: "it's our first family vacation and it is amazing experience. the crew(flight attendant),food,boarding and most of all my kids enjoy the flight."
缺點: "going back to US. PAL airport doesn't have air conditioning..it was very HOT! and also we were terrified of our hand carry bag because of the bullet scam. but other than that it was a good and smooth travel."

優點: "The crew was informative and friendly."
缺點: "Some of the head phones were defective right out of the bag."

缺點: "Was sleepling stewardess woke me up from my sleep, to adjust mt headrest, I thought we were landing, but no only because the person in the back seat told her it was too uncomfortable for him to eat, I paid for my seat, nobody else seat back was retuned to the original position for convenience sake on behalf of the others,I was singled out and she was very, inconsiderate she woke me up rudely and forced me to retun my headrest to its upright position. I was embarrassed and lost a degree of dignity."
