缺點: "Flat bed in business class was disappointing. No way anyone taller than 6’ could stretch out. Overall, it was an inferior experience to business class on Cathay Pacific, which sets the standard IMO."

缺點: "Plane condition: Cosmetic plastic panel below monitor and seat back pocket on Seat 31E fell off when foot rest was lowered; had previously been secured by adhesive tape. Panel removed by crew. In-flight entertainment system: Persistent intermittent loss of sound while listening to movie or TV program. Food: Tried to use "Book the Cook" feature touted by Singapore's website. Was unable to get on site for that purpose. The last try a message appeared (late September) that site was being "rebuilt." On the flight, there was no menu of choices; we were offered 3 vaguely worded choices which boiled down to beef, chicken or vegetables. Those appeared in not particularly appetizing forms and combinations--P.S., we like east and southeast Asian cooking and had just spent 3 weeks in Japan. Failure to provide information about possible delays due to WRG deplaning location at LAX: Although we are frequent fliers to and from LAX, we'd never heard of the WRG. It would have been helpful if the crew had informed us upon arrival that there could possibly be a wait on the plane as buses were used to transport us approximately 1/2 mile to TBIT. Generally: We chose Singapore because of its reputation for excellence. Belying the name of the class, both Turkish AL and Air NZ treated Premium Economy passengers as "junior" business class. Singapore treated us as coach with a roomier cabin and seating pitch."

缺點: "Boarding a mess, 30% boarded as "business". Food terrible. Entertainment system doesn't work on a lot of seats as plane is very old. Cabin crew not able to handle the passengers, delayed in every aspect and forget to serve passengers. Shitty flight and service."

優點: "I liked the space I had to stretch out, 3 seats to myself in economy enabled me to get some solid sleep between meals. The crew werebalways very polite and friendly."

優點: "That the A380 was only 70%full, resulting in me getting three seats to myself. I was able to stretch out and sleep for most of the flight. Food and service were top notch. Better value than Lufthansa or American, for the overall flight experience. You could fly cheaper, but not better, in economy."
缺點: "Though we landed early at JFK, we had a one hour wait on the tarmac until one of the only two gates capable of receiving an A380 opened up."

優點: "The staff was very responsive and the food was great. Ground staff in SIngapore helped me to modify the tickets due to us missing our connection to Phuket. Very helpful. Irene at the transfer desk was an excellent manager. The wheel chair staff was excellent all through."

優點: "Can't think of. We have been using Singapore Air for years and they were good. However, our recent few flights with them have been disappointing (hence the need for this review) - there's nothing to be happy about."
缺點: "Writing on behalf of my wife. All staff that she met have sour face, perhaps to signal the passengers not to approach them? True enough, the cabin crew did not help her to place her bag in the luggage compartment; the cabin crew did not serve water when requested, and on second attempt, the cabin crew told her to request at the ground. The cabin crews she has encountered clearly expressed their unwillingness to serve with their face and action. Is this the new direction of Singaore Air? The entertainment system requires installation of an app, hence is practically useless since we do not have the app preinstalled in our device."

優點: "Check in and boarding were flawless. The flight left about one hour late. The seats in coach are getting smaller and smaller. I got an aisle seat to have a little extra room (I'm 6'1") only to get hit big time by the food cart (they did apologize). The food was plentiful, but mediocre at best. The flight attendants were working hard, but we're abrupt and tired. Overall, I have three stars, when in the past, flying SA was always a five star experience. It got me back home though. :)"

Lights went out for about two hours, it seemed, before we were told to put our chairs upright for the person behind us so they could serve another meal. We arrived about 10am completely shattered."

缺點: "At Sydney airport the line for bag drop was longer than regular check in for economy. The ground staff waited till an hour before boarding to speed things up despite numerous passengers alerting them to this. The bag drop took 1 hour even though I had checked in online. The food was sub par because I had chosen a no seafood meal. Lamb chops without sauce as well as a very poor steak, again without any sauces."

優點: "Boeing 777 had an upgrade on the video display software, making for a more manageable video experience. It's easier to navigate because of the ability to close screens and go back to the screen you were on, rather than having to start over each time."
缺點: "I received a polite e-mail and a text message an hour or two later indicating that my flight from Taipei to HongKong had been delayed. It took a login to the Cathay Pacific web site to figure out that with the rescheduled time, I would miss my connecting flight from HongKong to Boston if I didn't change anything. I managed to sort it out, though it took using my cell phone to place an international call to the HongKong Cathay Pacific office to get me on an earlier flight. I don't think this is an acceptable level of service -- had I not had WiFi access or an international capable cell phone, I would have been stranded in Taipei or HongKong an extra day. I think CP could have done more to notify and help remediate the situation knowing the implication of the rescheduled flight. Food also remains mediocre, though slightly better."

缺點: "The only problem is if you need to go in the first flight at 6am to Hong-Kong.... they will only open the check in at 4:30 and usually you find a big waiting line. You won’t have time to do anything stead check in, go directly to inspection, after to migration to finally go straight ahead to the gate to hopefully have time to enter in the flight... to tide"

優點: "You get what you paid for. We paid more for similar class than other airlines, and we spent less time waiting in checking line; generous legroom and shoulder room(Airbus350). Seat slides forward while reclines. It is a good thing that seat does not recline too much that it will annoy someone behine. Food was okay but you wouldn't get hungry."

優點: "The friendliness of the crew, noticed I woke up and served me breakfast with only 45 mins till landing.. The flight was delayed and the airline had arranged for an escort to quickly get me to my next flight without even asking"
