優點： Got an exit row seat. Lots of leg room.

缺點： No complaints.

優點： Prompt and customer-oriented service. Thank you to counter staff for arranging the seat change. I thought I had confirmed the seating during web-checkin but was told that there was no history of confirming the seats in the system.

缺點： A change of snack for to and fro journey would be good.

優點： Comfortable plane and a good price

缺點： Long queues for check in at Manila - I should have checked in online. Boarding was chaotic and people were getting stressed - maybe people could line up in seat row order to make the boarding process smoother.

缺點： We waited over 1 hour at HKIA to collect our checked in bags with 3 other flights of baggage that came and went away whilst we waited and waited.

優點： On time take off and landed earlier than scheduled

缺點： the boarding was half an hour late with no explanation or warning then we sat for half an hour on the plane without take off. I asked the crew what was happening and reminded them this was a passenger flight not a cargo flight. How about the captain or someone doing something crazy like advising the cabin what is happening? Completely lost on the Chinese psyche it seems. The food was minimal, about a desert spoon of overcooked chicken, piles of rice and an unedible vegetable. I managed to get two thimble full glasses of wine.

缺點： We did not receive any information as to why our flight was late.

缺點： Check in and luggage drop for share code with Thai airways. It is not clear instruction when booking with Thai airways. We lost time with Thai airways but finally need to drop the luggage at Thai smil counter.

缺點： The ground services in Melbourne airport was really bad! Chaotic arrangements for boarding and especially unpleasant staffs!

缺點： Your airline did not consider we were travelling with an infant, just provided us with any sitting arrangement. Extremely disgraceful. First and last time travelling on your airline.

優點： Don’t expect to be treated too well, it’s no bad but let’s face it Chinese service customer is just okay

缺點： There was only one meal, not very special.

優點： Nice massage centre. Water on site. Coffee shops. Flight very full and uncomfortable

缺點： No towels in shower. Not very clean. Information desk not very helpful. No one to book sleeping cubicles—-very confusing

優點： We really enjoy the additional room in Premium Economy. The boarding process and checki in was terrific.

缺點： Whilst the crew were pleasant today
