缺點： Not much

優點： They serve Baileys. I had a treble and then slept for 8 hours.

缺點： I was served by the sassiest member of cabin crew. I think he thinks he’s doing us a favour by giving us such luxuries as water and food

優點： The crew were friendly, the entertainment on offer was broad and appealed to all passengers. The meal choices were very good, I requested the LFML options and all were good except for the light evening snack at the end of our second flight which was somewhat lacking in flavours and variety.

缺點： The seats in economy felt cramped on the Boeing 700-300ER, with not much room to recline. This impacted on ability to fully relax and rest on such a long journey. This improved on the Airbus 350 thankfully, which much more leg room.

缺點： The flight was delayed by 30 minutes. If it was not delayed, I'll give it good rating.

缺點： Waited 45 minutes for a bus from a remote gate without any crew anniucmwnts. A total shambles as one or two buses did a 20 minute+ circuit to offload the plane.

缺點： On this flt just the inflight entertainment system at my seat which was not working

優點： Food was good. Wine was better.

缺點： Couldn't get an aerobridge slot at BKK. Odd for the national carrier. Not great with bags, going down stairs, having to take a bus to the terminal.

優點： 30 mins early arrived...

缺點： Flight delayed 3 hours, then estimated departure delayed another two hours. Made me miss my flight, cost me $300, did get a free meal voucher for my trouble. Still a good value in the end even with my additional purchase

優點： Nothing to like on this delayed and poorly organised flight

缺點： Hong Kong Airlines have a lot to answer for with this flight from Beijing to Hong Kong. Inexcusable poor service. Unprofessional.

缺點： The price. This flight specifically was more expensive than others

優點： Friendly, well presented staff. It appears that most of the crew on the two Thai Smile flights I was on spoke a bit of English which was a plus. Clean and comfortable seating along with a decent meal.

缺點： I would have appreciated a vegetarian option for the meal.

優點： 空姐態度友善

缺點： 沒有電視，機位很窄，沒有禮物給小朋友，相比泰航，微笑像兼航一樣，只是免費行李托運及有餐飲，還要坐車去停機坪上機，下次不會再乘搭

缺點： I need wheelchair but your crew an Indian Lady I think in the check -in counter did not give me wheelchair from Singapore. She said but in Mla she assigned wheel chair but when in Manila they said Scoot did not assigned wheelchair inmy ticket. I hate you Scoot and I will never take scoot again in any of my up coming trips

缺點： I paid for priority boarding but could not find the queue easily to check in as well as there was no priority boarding line up during boarding. My seat did not decline at all. I paid for a window seat but got a completely blank wall. Flights were late.

優點： Cabin fitout is cozy and comfortable. Great service onboard and free WiFi for Premium customers

缺點： Taoyuan airport facilities

優點： Crew excellent

缺點： 電視機太小了，而且那屏幕根本很難看得清晰，太朦了。飲料沒什麼選擇，只有茶和咖啡。

缺點： Getting to and from the plane, they use a bus and only had one bus so we was packed in like cattle on a truck

缺點： #Delayed for about three-quarters of an hour. #Cramped seating. #Coffee unpleasant. #Male crew abrupt.

優點： Schedule and price were reasonable.

缺點： Extremely noisy announcements, much louder than necessary. Poor boarding information. Incorrect gate info and poor messaging.

優點： It was a direct flight to Phuket

缺點： Flight was delayed for 2 hours, then didn't board for another 45 minutes after that. We were given a mediocre coffee or soft drink in a lounge, no food. Basically the afternoon at Patong was wasted because we didn't arrive until after 5pm. Vietjet is renowned for this sloppiness and persistent delays.

優點： Staff were very helpful and friendly. Even let me off some money for a drink

缺點： Checking in took way longer than needed

缺點： Flight attendant quite slow for delivering food and not many selection food available as usual

缺點： Would be nice to have entertainment

優點： Prompt boarding, leather seats with reasonable leg room, even with seat in front reclined. Efficient, friendly and professional stewards

缺點： Had to ask someone in terminal about getting our connecting flight

缺點： My flight was delayed from 2230 to 2345. Further delay happened at the airport.

優點： I wasn’t able to get the flight and the booking agent never amended this despite 2 weeks of emails and phone calls

缺點： Lastminute.com could have answered my emails

缺點： The light was delayed and we arrived in Chiang Mai at 11pm. We got penalty of late rental car pick up. And our hotel is a yoga resort so it a far in the mountain. We arrived at the resort at 2am and we had to wake everybody up and the driving was dangerous without street lights.

缺點： 回程航班登机时间已经延误了大半个小时，回到香港後行李竞然要一个鐘有多才陸續出来。这是什么服务？
