We were not aware or made aware of the distance from the domestic to international gate. We were told to take the 1830 pm flight to connect. We almost got a heart attack from running to our very far gate. I wish we were made aware that a shuttle bus would have been available to go to the international gate."

The airline required documentation from my fathers doc which I provided. He was not going anywhere for at least a year (radiation and chemo) and the denied even credit.I was able to get my parents tickets refunded by a different airline. NEVER Again. my father passed 8/12/2018. Our trip was scheduled for 9/13/2018. Very disappointing.see"

優點: "Our flight was delayed due to lightning strike on arriving flight, we were transferred to non stop EVA Airline so we can get home and not need a connecting flight in Japan. JAL did all these arrangements without us requesting it. They also were very polite and got our luggage in time to be on the flight with us. JAL is truly a top airline in the world."

優點: "Their customer service is excellent! when I left my card (fell out of my pursue while in transit), they called me immediately! After a long vacation, exploring. I was extremely tired and and left my phone completely on silent for 4 days, and within those 4 days they called and left me messages. Lucky I live here in Hawaii, can you imagine being a tourist and you lost your card? Excellent customer service."

They told me the flight will wait for us because there were 20 plus people also need to get on that plane. When the time of boarding we heard they were calling us to the front and explained the flight we were suppose to be connecting already took off. They had to booked us to another airline. We were extremely disappointed! We asked if we could took another Japanese airline but they said our luggages were already transferred to that airline and the tickets were printed! Mosf importantly we have already waited in airport 5 hours and they needed us to wait for another 3 hours! Very bad experience with how they dealing with this situation!"

缺點: "A Japan Airlines employee escorted me every step of the way to ensure that I made my connecting flight from Tokyo to San Diego because I only had an hour and ten minute layover and this can be challenging when you’re in a foreign country. I cannot thank Japan Airlines enough for how easy they made traveling and how comfortable they made me feel. I Highly recommend flying Japan Airlines for your travels."

優點: "I feel like I got way more than what I paid for with this airline! The hostesses were super friendly always offering some sort of beverage, the food was tasty (Be careful not to drop noodles on yourself like I did, those bad boys left a little mark). The video selection wasn't huge, but it was definitely adequate with good titles. Maybe I haven't noticed this before in other airlines, but they had new toothbrushes (packaged, not someone's forgotten toothbrush) in the restroom so the poor sap next to me didn't have to smell my stinky breath. Finally, they were quick with boarding! They were very punctual and we took off right when we got on, so nice!"
缺點: "The seats were pretty adequately sized, however, I felt like I couldn't lay back too far or if the the person in front of me did, it made it really difficult to get the seats. Also, I thought it was my headphones, but it happened on a couple of flights with different headphones, but the audio only comes out of one earphone which was slightly annoying... Other than those things, JAL is super solid and I would recommend it to anyone considering them."

Cabin foods are generous, filled with variety and tasting the best among various international airlines that I have experienced between LAX and Taipei, Taiwan in the past ten years. The seat belt on light and bell were kept at minimal, in contrast to other airlines like EVA, China Airlines, Korean Airlines and United Airlines."

優點: "First off my flight was cancelled due a passport issue; my passport would expire in 5.5 months and was not permitted to fly . I contacted Web jet hoping that I would be rescheduled after I renewed my passport but unfortunately they would not allow me to rebook or to be reimbursed. I was traveling with my young son so I ended up loosing over $2,000, and now I have to start looking for other tickets which are extremely expensive at this time. I have waited all year for visiting my family and now I can't anymore . It's a nightmare!!!"

缺點: "Consistently late departures. Did not keep passengers informed about updated departure times. After serving the food, it took more than one hour to take the leftovers away. During the flight from Dubai -Chicago, hot beverages were served 1.5 hours after the food was served. Crew was not friendly at all. During the Chicago-Dubai flight a crew member basically yelled at passengers "open the windows" and I had to tell him to "ask nicely please). Emirates comes nowhere close to Singapore, Thai, or Turkish in terms of service."

缺點: "I was not allowed onto this flight (Dubai to Hong Kong) because my previous flight (London to Dubai) was a little late, but I made it to the gate before it was closed. My fellow passengers from my flight were also not allowed onto the plane, and while we were arguing (including being told that the plane was full) other passengers from an even later flight were allowed on board! Instead I had to wait many hours in the terminal (because apparently there were no hotel rooms available!?) to get a flight to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (!!!?) where I could get a Cathay flight to Hong Kong. This meant I arrived 14 hours later than scheduled. Absolutely abysmal service, with no sympathy and no responsibility from any employees."

缺點: "Seats are not wide enough and uncomfortable for business class. Not many food options. TV remote is not intuitive. When seat is turned into bed, it is not 100% flat, and has some elevation. Cannot comfortably speak with co-passenger due to privacy board that doesn't come down fully. TV positioning is not ergonomical and co-passenger's TV screen is too bright when trying to sleep."

優點: "This is the 4th times I use Emirates and they maintain their standards. The entertainment is very good, a lot of new movies and tv shows, in many languages. The quality of the plane is still amazing, I love Airbus even in economy class and I am 6'2 tall. So enough space for my legs, the plane seemed to be pretty new. Love it. No problem during the boarding. Staff very efficient at that time The same during the flight. they were there to provide us a high standards services. Thank you Emirates."

缺點: "Again, I was requested to move seats midway through a flight. A mother of 4 was separated from two of her kids in the flight. About 7 hours into the 14 hour flight, I was asked to move so that one of the children could be placed closer to his mother. Again, I was put in the situation of giving up my own comfort and moving to a middle seat, or standing my ground and disappointing/frustrating the mother. I made the choice to move. But it was disappointing that there was even a need to make these changes. There should be clearer ways for families to book together online."

優點: "On time, good service great entertainments."

優點: "After a tiring 14 hr stop over in Dubai, I boarded my flight to Boston from Dubai at around 3 in the morning. I don't know when I fell asleep because I did not even wake up for the takeoff. The crew let me be and when I did wake up 5 hrs later they provided me with something to eat because I had missed the meal served earlier. The even closed my window shade as not to have the early morning sun disturb me. I call that great service."

優點: "I liked how they had pizza bagels those were delicious, I liked how the crew felt with a medical emergencie mid flight over the Atlantic. Entertainment was good but the devices are very slow to use"
缺點: "I didn't like how slow the crew was to pick up the trash but I also understand they had a bunch of things they were dealing with on the flight so it was acceptable I didn't like how when there are open seats in business and first class I can't upgrade or take that space so we don't have to be cramed back in economy"

優點: "Liked Dubai Connect and appreciate the complimentary stay in Dubai as I had a very long transit time of 8 hours."
缺點: "Catching connections when landing in Dubai Airport could be managed better. The ground staff did not prioritize getting the people with short connections to their flights on time. There were cases where passengers missed their flights by a few minutes and this caused a lot of distress with the passengers as they would have to wait a long time for the next flight."

優點: "The lady I sat next to was nice and was loud enough to get the crews attention for things we needed. Monitors to be checked , water, etc."
缺點: "The plane was leaking on my seat - especially when we landed, my seat 30A, I had to cover myself with a blanket & hide my phone so it didn't get wet. Also all 3 of the monitors went out on our plane ride. So the 3 in my row (30A , 30B, 30C) had no tv's. So it was 12 out of the 15 hours with literally nothing to watch to pass the time. It made it a miserable flight. The plane seemed old, very tight. I realize I was in economy, but for 15 hour flights, seems there should be a tad more room"

缺點: "Customer service was very poor while we were struggling to get back to the US while the hurricane was coming to FL. We tried twice to fly home earlier because we knew the flights were going to get cancelled but the airlines wanted to charge us $1500 for that. So when the time came and the flights got cancelled they were trying to adjust the flights and we got stranded away from our kids. Overall it was not a great experience as far as their customer service and we were not happy with how they chose to handle things."

缺點: "My flight was cancelled twice within 24 hours before takeoff. All I got was an email saying it was cancelled and a number where no one could help me. I spent over $40 international calls just to reschedule my flight, only to have to take a $80 cab to the airport to have a human help me. Worst customer service and worst experience. I was trying to get home after a natural disaster struck my hometown and Turkish Airlines actually made that experience even worse. At no point did anyone even apologize for cancelling two of my flights without another option until a full week later. I had to pay to fly myself home from Boston because they were so unhelpful. Would never recommend Turkish Airlines to anyone I know whn traveling internationally."

缺點: "The family behind us had kids, they were yelling, kicking my seat and had a cat they were holding. I am highly allergic to cats and at first couldn't understand why I was coughing so much. I was very disappointed the staff did not make sure this animal was contained at the back of the plane."

缺點: "Connection time between arrival time from Tel Aviv to Miami was very short. We had to sprint from the transit security area, through the crowded main terminal, to gate 705 to our sole connecting flight to Miami. A bus or other form of transportation should be provided to gates that are very far away. We were the last ones to board. Private security staff at the gate prior to boarding the bus to take us to the plane confiscated my Bluetooth headphones under the assumption that they fell under TSA's prohibited electronic devices (which they do not). When on board the plane, I noticed another passenger with similar headphones which were not confiscated- selective enforcement."

One cannot change my arrival from Sunday night to Monday night. Called Customer Service 20+ times to have it fixed. They are all outsourced incompetent and unprepared. Good planes overall, but horrible customer service. I will never fly Turkish again. I prefer to pay more and have decent customer service and no flights cancellations in the middle of my vacation."

優點: "I have flown with all big airlines including Lufthansa, BA, Delta, American and others. This flight was by far the best experience I had. They have lovely serving crew so no one actually hesitates to ask or want something. They have helped me and my two toddlers along with 3 other similar families of an incredible amount to make sure they are all comfortable. No wonder that received the best airline of europe award for several years in a row...There was only a 20 minutes delay during take-off and we still arrived home a bit early... Very smooth flight, one that I still cant believe I had with my 2 toddlers. Strongly recommended."

After meals, most people took their own empty trays to return them behind (because the crew had not picked up after 30+ minutes). The meals arrived cold as well. My entertainment set froze after 4 hours in a 13 hours trip, and was not attended to after repeated calls. One conscientious Turkish stewardess was very helpful in the 9th hour (literally), even if the entertainment did not come back on. To top these, I was sandwiched between a teenager on front and teenagers on right, who were loud and generally weird (obviously not the airlines fault). So, it ended up being a mediocre experience overall."

缺點: "So now, this would be the opposite (big time), this lady personnel on the desk (flight from Istanbul to Miami), when I asked her for the same request, she did not even look on the computer and quickly stated that the plane was full. I travel a lot so I just know that this person was lying and sure enough when everyone boarded, they were empty seats. I should have gotten her name because she was just plane lazy and unprofessional, it showed that she did not like her job. I paid an expensive Turkish plane ticket, so I deserve that courtesy and I would fully understand anyway if there were no seats at all but please don't even take your costumers like a fool."

缺點: "I had to ask a neighboring passenger if her would allow me 20mins of my flight without his rear end in my face. He was a fairly large man and constantly bending over in the isle to chat with his family. His infant was being attended to by his wife who constantly paced around to shake the baby (I'm sure the baby was annoyed as well). The baby finally spat up on the floor and seat. Everyone in the family could not sit still more than 5mins at a time, jumping up, moving around, switching seats, passing items. The men turned the area into a social scene/bar. I was too distracted by all this activity hovering over me to enjoy reading or relaxing. I constantly had rear ends in my face, and I constantly had to dodge and lean in my seat. The aforementioned tall man even had the nerve to fold away my television monitor when I dozed off so that it would not be an obstruction for his activity. By then I'd had enough. The This flight was terrible. Non of the staff requested better conduct or mindfulness of the other passengers. I believe the airline should strongly consider having a separate space for large families, families with babies, or at least have a code of conduct to which passengers should respect for the sake of every paying customer's ability to enjoy such a long flight."

She talked with intonation like I did something wrong and she is thereto discover it. I believe better workplace for her would be to supervise some prisoners, not welcoming guests at international airports. All other officers (including other security control ones) were looking overwhelmed by work flow, but still polite and friendly."

My seat can recline easily without pushing the recline bottom. This was a connection flight. Passengers had to go through 4 check points. Too much redundant. At the last check point, 4 gates shared the same check point. We saw a line but no sign for it. So we went to the front to find out what the line was for and went back to join the line for security check. There were people who did the same thing but tried to cut in the line right at the check point, creating chaos."

Crew was very polite and handled the situation in a friendly & professional manner."

I was unable to return to work today due to sciatica problems related to flight seating. (I checked with the flight drew. The plane was full. In boarding process they don't use jet bridge , you have to board on to a bus and than carry your hand carry to the steps to the plane. Kinda old fashion way I took flight from Miami to Karachi with Lay over Istanbul airport for 5 hours. Istanbul airport is not at all good for long lay overs, they don't have enough seating for passengers, very few food choices, not clean bathrooms, Wifi was available for only 2 hours than after that you have to sit outside the Starbucks to get the Wifi. So if you have long lay overs than my advice is to avoid Istanbul airport."

People were sick on that flight as well. I was returning for a funeral and I was charged for the difference."

Even when the flight attendants picked up the trash. They were informed after the flight they did not comply with CDC, Department of health, and state policies. Their response was “ I made announcements overhead. Didn’t you hear?”. Appalling endangering customers and disregarding Federal, State, and local policies."

缺點: "The connection in Miami didn’t happen - the flights crew on the ORLANDO yo to Miami flight were rude and unhelpful - the plane sat in the tarmac waiting for a gate so flight arrived 15 minutes before planned departure - we inquired as to whether the plane would be held - response- despite having internet access was “ I don’t know “ you’ll have to check with gate agent - oh and by the way the flight attendant was virtually laying on the front seats - she as grossly obese and was so large as he walked the aisles she would hit passengers every time she turned around - we ran to the gate arriving 8 minutes before departure - gate was shut two gate agents were reading social media posts on their phones - we inquired about the flight - the gate agent said “ you missed the flight “ and then sat down and continued on her phone - the other one at least looked up and told us where to them go for assistance - eventually we were assisted and offferd 1 to wait u til the next day to go or to go through London - we took the London option. 1. I was informed by anAA employee they the connection is frequently missed due to similar problems. 2. Flight attendants and gate agents will bankrupt the airline with their horrible attitude. - they should be fired."

缺點: "I take this flight quite a lot. These comments are for this flight (MIA/MSP) - but not necessarily only for this exact flight that I took on 10/1. To be clear - the crew says "this is not AA", it is Republic Airlines". Well, they must think of themselves very poorly. Their food in first class is always changing - oh, I meant only the names for the same exact meal change. "Grilled Chicken with Couscous", "Grilled Chicken with Risotto", etc.. - all cold meals as they do not have an oven/microwave? on the plane. They are charging first class international prices for economy domestic service. For this amount of money, they should have better meals and a more modern airplane. The first class is always freezing (even in summer) while the rear cabin where the crew stays when not working, is hot. So if they make the first class happy with the correct temperature, they cook in the back. I have also observed more people than usual coughing and getting colds - both ways - than any of the other flights I take regularly (over 115,000 miles on AA this year). I would suggest that AA make it clear that Republic must offer better service to their customers - especially for the large airfares they are receiving."

Service sucks, except 1 nice fellow, who apologized. 6 bottles for 36 passengers. 1 crew had cold towel around his neck sitting, 1 doing crossword so we had to help ourselves. 1 crew saw something in the plane & screamed so hard woke up a sleeping pilot. 1 crew slept for 2 hrs and 1 watch TV for 1 hrs. NEVER VERY, IF I CAN AVOID IT, WILL I TRAVEL WITH AA. They own a lot of us more than an apology."

優點: "The plane was not busy so services took about 5 minutes, everyone had 2 seats minimum and generally quiet. Had it been busy, it would have been different in that seats were not very wide, aisles very small, if the seat in front reclines and you don't, you can't see your screen and not a lot of space in general."

On their own with nothing else and it arrived 30 minutes before we landed so very rushed. On a 9.5hr flight the 2nd meal needed to be an actual meal and come sooner than it did."

It was of size to cram into my carry on so I did that, but American staff demonstrated concern, had a sense of humor and helped me get a comfortable seat to sort of take some of the sting away. All that was great of them I was aware of being in an upgraded seat. No complaints, but it stung a little because I was deeply aware of the reinforcement of class. The small, extra comforts were wonderful and I wish everyone had them while risking their lives together over the ocean - especially the extra room At times, on the way over I felt a claustrophobic panic. But to stay positive, they were kiind, sympathetic, funny, sweet. I appreciate them."

We were all packed and booked our ride and shuttinlpg down the computer at the last minute when we noticed an mail after midnight telling us the flight was cancelled. We called and were told there was nothing they could do, due to connections and this was entirely their fault. Approximately 12 hours later we took a “red eye” thus arriving a day late for our hotel and car reservations. We were charged baggage fees and not sure if our priority boarding will be refunded."

And AA said they would get my bag off but they did not and now I have to wait at JFK and hope it got rerouted here. And if it didn’t to hope it can on another flight before I hopefully actually get on a flight for Rio. Nobody has comped me for losing a day in Rio and for my hotel room. And this has been the worst flight exeperience or my life which unfortunately landed on my birthday. One I’ll remember in a sad and bad way. American Airlines refused to compensate me because I got my tickets via Kayak and I haven’t been able to find a number to complain to a Kayak agent whom I sure would say I had to contact American Airlines and nobody would help or take responsilvitu for this disaster."

If they were a restaurant i would not be returning. The locks on my bike case were both broken off. the case was not locked. Whilst I didn't like needing to hand in my carry on (without much warning so I didn't have time to pull out a magazine to read) on the plus side it was stored well as my suit carrier came out unscathed and you get your bags curb side as soon as the plane lands so you don't have to wait for the rest of the bags to unload."

I hate to think that he did it because we were Black Americans."

They kept delaying the flight, 5 minutes at a time, for 4.5 hours. It flew out of LGA, it was a 9pm flight. The airport food sources were closed, and AA kept us until 1am-- no food, no internet, and, because LGA has terrible cell reception, no phone service. Once we got on the plane, everyone was really hungry, and the plane had no snacks. No entertainment because the TV system was broken. It was just a miserable experience. I regret trying to save $20 by booking that flight. I have had nothing but terrile experiences on American Airlines-- NEVER AGAIN."

I had to purchase new toiletries and had to make arrangements to get back to the airport. As of now, I do not plan on choosing American Airline nor LATAM for my future flights."

缺點: "We arrived at St Stomas airport 85 minutes profile to our flights departure. The female manager, Latoya, at the desk was overly rude and completely out of line the way she was speaking to guests. Apparently American Airlines requests 90 minutes before departure to check you in, however their website does say they will try to accomadate customers that have arrived late. This employee refused 24 people access to the flight that we had booked and paid for. She related that she could put everyone on standby for the next and final flight out of Saint Thomas and standby for multiple connecting flights from Miami to many different parts of the country. This is because American Airlines over books their flights on purpose and has no problem leaving people stranded at an airport. Another employee related that it was easily accomplished to confirm is for the flight as we would have plenty of time prior to boarding since the aircraft had yet to arrive from its original location. American Airlines would not speak to any of the paid customers and would not look into other flights to see if there were other options to get customers home. When we boarded the plane there were still 4 customers that American Airlines stranded at the airport with no more flights out of the airport that day. This was an absolute disgrace and it was disgusting to see how the American Airlines staff were treating people. Their companies customer service has nothing to say other then sorry. I will never fly American Airlines again and now know why so many other people also feel this way."

It cost me in fees to basically cancel my flight which ended up being just as much as my entire flight ticket. Got refunded a total of $12 to use towards my next flight. Never flying or booking a flight with American Airlines at all. Kayak couldn't even help with accommodations. Southwest is the only company that will actually hold those credits for you. Everywhere else is just trying to scam you."

My original flight to Miami was non-stop, instead I had to take a flight that connected in Miami. That flight was two hours late! This was the worst experience I ever had!"

Flight estimated departure is at 1720HRS, but the flight only took off 1750HRS."

缺點: "The flight was 40 mins late and because of that, I missed my connection from Hong Kong to San Francisco. Your company then offered me and my friend a hotel stay and transportation to and from the hotel., which was good. I appreciated your company taking care of us. However, it is really bothersome to miss an international connection to go home after a long trip."

優點: "Most of it, especially having a meal on such a short flight."
缺點: "Could do with more legroom, tall people exist"

缺點: "* Business lounge was pathetic with NO food, only drink and snack. * Boarding was not efficient and took longer that it should have so had a late take off. * Business class.... Ran out of food!?!?! What the heck! only water available for 6 of 16 seats! Pathetic * Terminals not updated so had to take transfer to another terminal to get my arranged ride."

優點: "The flights were on time :)."

缺點: "We had a 4.5 hour delay due to weather conditions at Heathrow. Although the airline could not avoid this. I feel being kept on the plane for the duration before a 12 hour flight and a further 4 hour connection, was too much."

優點: "Liked the USB port for recharging electronic devices"
缺點: "Seats were too close together. Not very comfortable. We were in row in front of emergency exit. Seats didn't recline. We should be alerted when we select these seats that they are uncomfortable."

缺點: "Our flight was delayed over 3 hours resulting in us missing our connecting flight from Kuala Lumpur to China and then Los Angeles . Malaysia airlines did not apologize or help us with rebooking our flights or offering hotel accommodation. They just left a family of five with no flight, stuck in Malaysia with no options of getting home. . Flight crew had very hard bumpy landing on both legs of flight and maybe they need to go review landing protocol so that we don't have to have a hard rough landing"

優點: "Nothing remarkable"

優點: "1) Not to squashy and more spacious than I thought. 2) The interior of aircraft seemed reasonably modern and up-to-date rather than old and miserable with stained seats and carpets. 3) the in-flight entertainment was better than I thought"
缺點: "I tried the seafood pasta and it was horrible!"

優點: "Cabin crew are attentive and helpful."
缺點: "The luggage was found opened, a belonging was tied outside of the luggage. When I tidy up the luggage, I found that my toiletry pouch went missing. MH609 was delayed from 2305 till 0030, all passengers board the flight and we were told to alight again due to technical faulty. Switch to another flight and delayed till 0230. By the time we arrived in Singapore, it is almost 0340. Collected the luggages, clear custom and arrived home is almost 0500. There was absolutely no refreshment provided in between, and have to switch between gates which are far apart."

優點: "It was a very good flight ."

優點: "Cabin crew friendly and helpful."
缺點: "Red snapper was over cooked and rubbery. MH used to have great food. What happened??? IFE system was poor although flight was only over an hour in length - not a major issue."

缺點: "The fish is merely edible. No IFE available."

優點: "Much better than Air Asia of course."
缺點: "I dont know about the weather condition but I did feel a rough landing. I do feel the standard of the cabin crew deteriorating. Unlike few years back."

優點: "The seats are good recently"
缺點: "Delayed for around 25mins. Boarding is getting worst recently; either chaotic or implementing the new stupid policy of boarding according to seat letters."

優點: "The equipment and level of service on this MAS flight was excellent. Food was delicious. Seat was comfortable."
缺點: "Though it wasn't part of the flight, the business class lounge at KUL is just a step below the excellent facilities at airports like HKG. Just a step though, mostly in the shower area. Food options were great though. And take advantage of the Massage Spa within the lounge."

優點: "Nothing's eat was hard and could not adjust only the back and was uncomfortable"
缺點: "Seat and no entertainment boring flight Crew did not really check on all passengers turning off their cell phone"

缺點: "boarding was awful 1 hour late and no information provided to waiting passengers staff nasty and indifferent and/or uninformed about what was going on"

缺點: "Flight delayed for more than one hour. Check in counters not enough resulting in long queue."

缺點: "I realize not always the fault of the airline themselves but the over 3 hour delay caused me to completely change my plans in KL."

缺點: "Flight purchase did not go through and found out too late to try and rebook it again. Tried calling booking company to sort it out and was on hold for 40 minutes which caused me to miss my flight."

優點: "the good services and food"
缺點: "Mohammed Fairhul, on my flight back to KL from bali was super RUDE and unprofessional. He definitely needs a check on himself and lesson about mannerisms. Thank you"

優點: "Was a good flight as usual."

缺點: "For a country known for its variety and quality of food, Malaysia Airlines is probably the worst place to experience it. Tasteless, poorly presented food and the most unappetising of choices. Crew were harried and rude, and the whole journey seems to last 16 hours instead of 8."

優點: "The flight was fine. The crew was very efficient. I really nothing negative to say. Everything was pretty much the way it should be. I would fly MAlaysia Air.ines again."

缺點: "Transit flight was delayed and there was announcement on when we can board. We were left sitting and guessing when can we board."

缺點: "They didn't have my wife's and sons meal request so they didn't get a proper meal. I paid for 3 business class fares and didn't get proper meals. Both flights were delayed."

優點: "First of all the flight was late, next the airport in Bali is very disorganized and the gate was assigned very early, but the gate was blocked for HOURS before the flight and nobody realized it. They changed the gate at the last minute forcing a long walk across the airport. Next my wife uses an electric scooter because of her back and the airport doesn't have elevators at each gate so another walk to the elevator (actually two - we had to go from level 3 to 1, walk a while and another from 1 to 2 and walk again). Then finally upon arrival the ground crew as a no show and we waited almost 30 minutes for someone to get my wife's scooter from under the plane. And of course it was another 30+ minute wait for our luggage."
缺點: "Disorganized airport at Bali Poorly designed airport at Bali Lack of ground crew at Kuala Lumpor"

優點: "The take off was awesome Hospitality was really good"
缺點: "Landing was really bad Its a short flight however we were not provided with headsets to watch some movies"
