Love the direct flight from Boston to Toronto as well as the highly efficient cabin staff. The food was acceptable but the entertainment could have been better. All the movies seem to be quite old.

Excellent staff , helpfully agents...crew is efficient and food is good and plentiful servings , decent coach leg room. 777 remains 3-3-3 which is nice ....just entertainment choices are limited and not very interesting with limited movie or music choices
My flight was cancel on American , rebook 4 time? Whe to the airport each time to find out flight is canceled again, ridiculous X just ask for a refund
Really like it Japan airline taking care of good customer
There was a delay in our departure as they waited for transfer passengers. However, we arrived at LAX as scheduled.
The delay was 6 and half hours… They didn’t provide any comfortable space to stay. We needed to worry about PCR test and everything, so at least they could provide reasonable offers which is that we could use JAL lounge or somewhere we could relax and stay.

The staff were nice. My flight was good. The one thing that I like the most is the Incheon airport which is organize and have sophisticated restrooms compared to other airports. I couldn’t elaborate much on my experience because I was too tired during my flights from Cebu back home.

To compare, the landing at Osaka April 12, late at night, was done by an apprentice who has much to learn from your gold star captain.."
缺點： "The same Sydney to Seoul flight, crossed the Qld Great Barrier Reef around 11am April 12. Having a window seat, so much detail of the Reef was visible which greatly surprised me. Beautiful colours galore. Having my face glued to the window at this time, I was unaware of cabin happenings. A male steward tapped me on the shoulder and said "Close your window blind". The beautiful scene outside my window was a first and being 76 old, likely not to happen again for me. Naturally, I ask the male steward "Why", He repeated 4 more times, "Close your window blind". Each time my reply was the same, "Why". On his last request, his voice raised, so in turn, my reply was raised. Sadly, he walked away silently, hands waving in disgust. Only then did I realise the cabin was completely black, no light seen. If at 11am, traditionally, this is a custom, a service to passengers on that particular flight, the male steward didn't say. He clearly expected to be obeyed and didn't expect a challenge. But also felt I didn't deserve a reason for his, what clearly was a demand. Would he have treated a male passenger differently. I flew economy because that is what my budget demands. Flying is not common for me but certainly a thrill that demands a window seat. I give much praise to all other staff, especially the captain landing that very craft at Seoul. At my age, years of experience allows me to be aware and notice. A beautifully presented mature female stewardess in economy, served me. When I requested a beer with the main meal, she said I will give you my favourite. I knew this was double talk for having only one brand beer left, that was a weak American beer. I watched this lovely lady many times being distracted by other staff with questions and 2 other passengers near me, asking for changes. She never blew it. And she passed me in the Sydney terminal, end of the day for her and believe it or not, she remembered me. She was not in such a hurry to get to her destination, that she gave time by turning her body, giving me a wide smile with eyes saying, Yes, I served you. You see, she's never off the job of customer service. I learned much, flying with Korean Air. Many thanks, Sally"

Good service and great inflight entertainment. The airline is not a US domestic carrier so flight staff might not understand every English word of a request but they try very hard. Most US carriers would not try as hard if I were speaking Korean! The whole world does not speak your language and remember that coach is coach for a reason $$$. Customs procedures are out of the control of carriers so comments about that."

Considering this is the longest flight in the world, the flagship flight for Singapore Airlines, and the price paid, it failed to deliver in PremEco. Side note- Early Check-In at Changi Jewel to bag drop hours early is not allowed for SIN > USA. Strike 1. Previous issues with SA's website prevented us from booking the preferred seat in the front row with more legroom. All attempts to contact SA customer support were ignored or incredibly delayed until the seat was booked by someone else. Strike 2 and 3. Boarding area isn't too special. Announcements for boarding were poor. Anyone not in 1st or Business class is definitely made to feel like the lowest. Take off was almost 1am, but they decided to serve one of two meals right afterwards while everyone went to sleep. Strike 4. Meager efforts to offer food or beverage (let alone alcohol) the rest of the 17 hours. Strike 5 Food was average, but below expectations for (again) the flagship flight / longest in world. Powder egg omelet/potatoes or chicken/fries Crew was back in my face to remove my food 4 minutes after they'd served it, since the crew couldn't wait to disappear for hours at a time. Strike 6. Not friendly, not looking to serve passengers paying top $ but quite ready to act superior to tell you what they can't do, can't serve and quick to use degrading tones to tell you to sit down, buckle up. Example 1: Would I like something to drink? Yes, do you have hot tea? We have English breakfast tea. Do you have other flavors? No. Stunning. Example 2: Captain turns on seatbelt sign due to turbulence, attendants go to the back galley and start talking. Turbulence ends, captain turns off seatbelt sign. I get up and walk to the toilets. Attendant, still seated talking to another attendant, turns to me and says "you need to sit down." Me: "no sir, the seatbelt sign got turned off, and I'm hear to use the bathroom. Pay attention and do your job". Wifi is only for upper class or KrisFlyer members. Guess what, I am... but when I enter my info, it fails to connect. Strike 7 (by the way, it isn't high-speed internet anyway Strike 8). 4 whole channels of live TV, sad Strike 9. Movie selection is average. When you're stuck in a tube for 18 hours, it needs to be spectacular, Strike 10. No personal air control, and when sitting on tarmac, there is no air... so guess what, in Singapore it gets hot and humid really fast. Strike 11. PremEco seat was one of the best I've used, so I slept longer than most flights. That was a good thing in itself, but also because it allowed me to skip more of the unpleastantness when awake. For high-priced tick, on a flagship flight of a highly-rated airlines, this was a well-rounded 17hr letdown. But arrived ontime at least.
I felt there were rules for some and different ones for others in the same class which I felt was unfair even though it didn’t necessarily affect me.Water (especially) and snacks needed to be brought round more often especially for people that don’t sleep. I found all the staff really pleasant.

Pushed to check in carry on bags when overhead compartments had enough space. Very poor food and staff on Singapore to India flight.
They need to have a restroom in that big room that they seat you in before boarding.
I love everything about Singapore airlines excepted fact that you cannot reach a person to speak with anything with on the phone that is the only reason I may not use a Singapore Airlines again I tried many times to call someone and cannot speak to a person about some specific problems that I need to speak with an individual about

I don’t think they did it on purpose so it was just misunderstanding. My flight was on SQ 38 from Singapore to LAX on October 30 2019 Other than that. All is amazing. The Stewardess were very attractive in their uniforms and make-up, not like the old maids United and American has. The cabin crew were extremely helpful and nice. The service was impeccable. The meals were actually pretty good. Course all the alcoholic drinks available was nice. A person could get wiped out pretty easy if not drink responsibly. But not a good idea to drink much cause of the aftereffects after the flight."

今天12/27Br0076班機 出包，還說自願退票只退稅。 昨晚上臨時收到訊息，11/27班機改11/28班機回來，讓我們要在週日趕回台北的旅客，只好在晚上11點多，在買兩張不是長榮航空班機，趕回台北，結果ㄧ下台北，就接到訊息，班機BR0076做調動，改為原班機11/27下午3:50正常。 1、請問ㄧ下，昨晚上硬要我們乘客接收11/28班機回台北，沒有在多booking飯店要怎麼辦？要趕回台北的要怎麼辦？ 2、我們給旅行社辦的機票，在今天下午，打電話說，長榮已在改回11/27班機原時間回到台北， 3、很趕的已在昨晚半夜，只好趕著，在買2張不是長榮航空的機票，趕回台北。 4、確在台北接收訊息，以改回原日期原時段。 我們以趕回來的旅客，長榮告知旅行社，不能退費，因為以改回原班機。說只能自願退費，只退稅金。 說是長榮航空告知，兩顆球踢來踢去，沒有辦法全額退費。也沒人可以處理這些問題，妳們說爛不藍，我都快氣炸，很想告知媒體做報島，這樣的行爲對嗎？

優點： "The crew was fantastic. I was not well throughout the entire flight and they went out of their way repeatedly to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, including giving up two of their own crew seats to me for most of the 14 hour flight from Taipei to New York. The crew also made sure that the bathrooms were kept stocked and cleaned. This is something you don't see enough of in other airlines where the bathrooms become disgusting by around mid-flight on long-haul flights. The entertainment systems are modern and designed well for practical use, unlike some other airlines that still have many or all controls situated on the armrests. They use quality touchscreens which control everything including the overhead light and attendant call button. I also like the fact that I could check 2 bags and select my seat without any fees unlike too many other airlines are doing today."

They have very few New Releases and don't seem to update them at the beginning of the month compared to many other airlines, such as Cathay Pacific. On long flights this is one thing that should be given more attention."
