缺點: "The fact that my father was diagnosed with Cancer and they wouldn’t refund our 1300.00 for round trip tickets to the Philippines which is our vacation home. The airline required documentation from my fathers doc which I provided. He was not going anywhere for at least a year (radiation and chemo) and the denied even credit.I was able to get my parents tickets refunded by a different airline. NEVER Again. my father passed 8/12/2018. Our trip was scheduled for 9/13/2018. Very disappointing.see"

優點: "The business class layout was very good. Seats comfortable with excellent cabin staff and the food and its presentation was A+"
缺點: "Hard to think of something here...possibly better movie selection and having to bus from plane to terminal... But that's about it!"

優點: "I wish all long haul flights were like this. Very clean and well maintained cabin space, good quality food, very attentive, helpful and polite cabin crew. Never thought I’d be able to say this, but the 14 hour flight with two young children in economy was a really enjoyable experience with JAL!"

We had to wait in a huge line to get rebooked and it was clear the Japan Airlines employees did not know what they were doing. Put me on a flight next day and couldn't even provide hotels for us (gave us $100 to find our own which was near impossible at that time). I had to sleep in a sleeping bag in the airport overnight by myself."

優點: "We had a 4 hour delay due to maintenance, so many of us missed connecting flights in Tokyo. But the airline put us up in a hotel and gave us meals, so I had a nice bonus day to see the city. The flight itself was very pleasant, with the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen on a long flight and plenty of food and drink."

缺點: "We had a last minute flight change to extend my business stay in Asia. Our firm contacted JAL on 3/1 to extend the return date from 3/3 to 3/8. We were told that it was done and just call back on 3/7 to confirm flight. When we called back on 3/7, they said the flight was never rescheduled and could not find a voice recording of the request. Despite our offering of evidence of our other ticket from Osaka to TPE (3/3-3/8 round trip) showing that it was not a no-show, and we have phone records of calling JAL on 3/1. Nevertheless, their customer care center in CHINA was firm that it cannot be done. The money has been wasted. Ridiculous service for a 3,500 business class ticket."

One thing however, I have been to the same gate twice on my travels out to Fukuoka and the temperature in the waiting area is unpleasantly warm. 缺點: "There was little communication about boarding at Lusaka. By contrast to larger airports it is not at all clear where to go once you are in the departures area - fine if you are familiar with the airport, but confusing if not. I discovered I should make my way through secondary security into the departure gate area via a small unsigned door. There followed a good deal of confusion among the passengers as to where we should be waiting, and whether the flight was on time or not. Another area which could be improved, but not by the airline, is the listing of departure gates for connecting flights in Dubai. There are so many flights cycling on limited screen space, so you have only a few seconds to locate your flight, from around 90 or so, before having to wait for the cycle to repeat."

優點: "This is the 4th times I use Emirates and they maintain their standards. The entertainment is very good, a lot of new movies and tv shows, in many languages. The quality of the plane is still amazing, I love Airbus even in economy class and I am 6'2 tall. So enough space for my legs, the plane seemed to be pretty new. Love it. No problem during the boarding. Staff very efficient at that time The same during the flight. they were there to provide us a high standards services. Thank you Emirates."

優點: "I was traveling back to the US after being sick with a pregnancy related condition in Uganda. The flight from Dubai to Dallas was the longest leg of my trip. I got sick during the flight and was so impressed by how the flight attendants handled the situation. They kept checking on me during the flight, asking if I needed anything, encouraging me, and taking care of me. I really appreciated the help!"

缺點: "the drink service came through pretty late in the flight. i asked for hot tea. a few minutes later i was provided with extremely hot tea. about 10 minutes later it was a temperature i could tolerate drinking. about 1/3 through the drink i was required to throw away my drink because we were preparing for landing. i understand that, fine. bad timing. it’s just a drink. what was unsatisfactory is that the attendant rudely commented “you have to give us your drink. it’s not that long of a flight.” the comment made me feel like i had done something wrong even though i had just been drinking my tea as soon as it was at a drinkable temperature. i was not impressed with the attendant. also, there weren’t any biscotti cookies."

Woman was very gracious and understanding that she was asking for an accommodation. Ends up her flight to Philly had been moved to a different gate after they had found a volunteer to switch seats. Volunteer was totally unfazed but Desk crew made it seem as tho the Muslim mom was at fault for the time and trouble they had had to go through to accommodate her. She apologized profusely and was very appreciative for the trouble evernote had gone to for her. . As she walked away the crew looked at each other and shook their heads. Pretty crummy way to treat customers!"

I had to book another flight because the change fees were too expensive. I did not know that my return flight to Denver had been canceled until I was checking in a few hours before my flight. I was told my ticket had no value. Awesome! It really stings that I then had to book a new return flight, and because I am a teacher who makes about $23,000 a year, I had to book the cheapest flight, which was with American. I do not plan on giving them any of my hard-earned money in the future if I can help it."

I understand mechanical problems, but 3 hours later, and on another plane, the captain starts making stuff up, saying that the only reason we hadn't moved in the last hour was because people were using the bathroom, then something about having to deplane because the plane couldn't back up with us on it because of some sensor? And then, surprise ! All of the sudden they noticed there was an issue with his and some of the crews' hours and we had to wait till they could locate more crew. But they gave us each a 1/3 glass of water and later a $12 food voucher which didn't even cover a meal and beverage. Whoop-de-do. 7 hours later we finally boarded for the third and last time. The crew on the other hand stayed professional and friendly."

優點: "American Airlines is my favorite Airlines to fly. There is a little more leg room and the seats are a little wider. The staff is very professional and courteous."

缺點: "The customer service from AA representitives in the airport was completely unnacceptable and the absolute worst service I have recieved in an airport to date! One incident during this trip was as follows: When arriving in Charlotte and running to catch my connecting flight, I arrived as the lady at the desk was closing the door, she looked at me and rolled her eyes. When I went up to the desk along with the other passengers arriving from the same flight as me the AA representative said "Hurry up , I want to go home!! At a point I'm just going to cut you off and that will be it!" She was of no help to me in anyway amd was forced tonstay the night in charlotte ; Normally this would not have been such a big deal, However I am on emergency leave from the Navy rushing home because I have a very serious family emergency, that representitive was very lucky I held my temper! From now on thanks to the poor unproffessional customer service I received I will no longer be flying American Airlines!"

缺點: "Everything. The flight was delayed greatly even though the plane got to Chicago only slightly late. Then they make us board and just sit in the plane for an hour. Then finally we start moving, the plane is uncomfortably hot even with the air blowing on me, the flight attendants look like they hate their life, it was honestly horrible and I will never fly with American Airlines EVER again."

優點: "The flight staff was efficient boarding people and were pleasant despite the close quarters, full plane and bumpy turbulence."

I have a small purse I had gotten out of my backpack to get my boarding pass that she insisted I put back in my backpack before loading. I understand the concept and reason for the request but the manner in which she did it was so uncalled for. I don't recal a time in which I've been spoken to in that manner in a very long time. While I was doing it (it took literally 5 seconds), she was screaming at me to walk over to the side and lose my place in line. After I quickly put it in she screams it must go in all the way, which it was. There wasn't even a bulge from it and it closed with ease. I'd be happy to provide a picture of my small backpack/purse."

缺點: "The staff talked to me in a condescending voice. First flight I called the airlines and asked simple questions on what time we should be there and the process. Then we get there by said time and they said she missed her flight. Keep in mind I have a one hour each way drive to lax. Came the next day 3 hours early to stay in the line 3.5 hours and the line was short! They let people cut us left and right and the staff was rude on the phone and there. I lost ANOTHER work day dealing with them. They said she was on standby for next flight 3 hours later only to get to the gate and they said they NEVER EVEN PUT HER ON THE LIST. then she got put on the next flight 3 hours later to get told it was a full flight and so she waited another 3 hour flight and finally got on... on top of the stress I went through, the work I missed out on, the drive and gas it took to get there, her first day of her Job was the next day after that mayhem! It was absolute chaos. I can honestly say I hate that American airlines and I don't think it's right. The person next to us also had a horrible experience with them in the line next to us. She missed her best friends wedding due to three disorganization and horrible service.... SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A BRIDESMAID!!! I wrote the company.... but I expect no return or respect from them if I can't even get that from their condescending customer service "manager" ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!"

缺點: "After 6 delays between 5 PM and 10 PM the flight was cancelled. They wouldn't comp a hotel and left us fending for ourselves. I finally arranged for my family to fly into a different destination 2 hours away from home after mid-night and drove home."

優點: "The seats next to my husband were empty so my husband and I and the couple in the same row spread out (instead of A-D we used A, C D & F). They were on the second leg from Jamaica and we had a long day flying from Barcelona - it was wonderful to have the extra room."

優點: "Flight operated by Compass Airlines and they have friendly crews who are a pleasure to deal with."
缺點: "As a late night flight, you are only given a snack, so not much of food choices. The plane is an Embraer 175 and the seats are OK but unless you sit in Row 1 in First Class, the legroom is a problem."

缺點: "I am a Platinum flyer and was flying with my family of 4. Upon boarding our pre-assigned seats were taken away and assigned to someone else. We waited while all classes were boarded then we were given seats, separated through tout the plane."

缺點: "So we arrive at our designated gate (D19) about 90 minutes early--time enough to get something to eat. We grab a quick bit, head back to gate with an hour to spare and sit down figuring we'll start boarding in a half hour. There are two agents at the gate, but there is another passenger there crying about the something in Spanish (it appears she missed her flight). Eventually airport security shows up. Well, the half an hour boarding time comes and goes, and we don't start boarding. We figure it has something to do with this woman. Finally, I go check the board again and they moved the gate to D15! We rush over, but we missed the flight. So did half a dozen other people. No announcement, nobody walking over from D15 to D19 to see if there are people there. We get to American counter and we get several different sorry-ass excuses. The first was that Miami likes to keep "a quite airport." The second was that it is OUR responsibility to check with gate agents if they don't start boarding on time. I'm so tired of the airline industry arrogance and treating passengers like they're doing us just a tremendous favor by allowing mere mortals like us to be in their very presence and allowing us access to their magical flying machines."

優點: "The crew was nice. When I finally arrived in Denver, Marlin in customer service was the only saving grace for United for me. When I asked for options for an earlier flight into Rapid City so I didn’t have to wait 24 hours and miss my visit with my sister, he looked at different hubs (Chicago, Minneapolis) to see if they had any available flights into Rapid, he checked for double bookings, and when he couldn’t find anything, he put me on the standby list for the first flight out in the morning and wrote down the flight information for all of the United flights from Denver for the following day. Marlin provided excellent customer service and was a huge credit to the company."
缺點: "The flight was supposed to leave at 3:56 pm and didn’t leave until 7:30 pm. I would estimate at least 15-20 people missed connecting flights because of the delay. According to the United app, the delay initially started in Portland due to mechanical issues, which took over 3 hours. Then, there was a weather delay in San Francisco according to the gate agent - there was a ground hold and no planes were landing or flying out. At some point, I would think another plane would have been an option rather than delaying a flight for this long and disrupting holiday travel for so many people."

缺點: "The drop-off bags at LAX is a mess and you have to stand in two separate lines to drop off your bag. First you have to print the tag and then go to another long line be with 2 employees only to drop it of instead of having one place to print and drop off at the same time. Poor system. Moreover while there was plenty of time my bag did not make it on the same flight. It will arrive on the next flight hopefully. I had to wait in another line for 30 minutes to arrange the delivery and verify all my information. I truly believe that to make a trip great both arms - the airport and the flight experience should be perfect. Unfortunately the ground experience does not allow me to give a higher rating."

缺點: "I paid $100 for an upgrade on a United which turned out to be the first row, and right beside the rest room (which was erroneously showing as occupied for the first 20 minutes). The traffic made it feel like I was sitting on a bench in Grand Central Station. I chose an aisle seat but ended up mysteriously in the middle seat. I had extra leg room but if I’d eaten the free 5 pretzels I wouldn’t have been able to fit it my seat any longer. The WiFi wasn’t working for the first hour of the flight. The flight attendant got really annoyed when we didn’t look up when he came by with beverages the first time. We all had headphones on and were looking at our personal screens. The activity by the rest room was constant so we didn’t notice it wasn’t just someone waiting for the loo. The luggage took so long to come out I thought my conference would be over before I got it. Overall, I thought it was bad and confirmed why I don’t fly United. Old, dingy planes, poor service. The pilot was pleasant and communicative so there was at least that..."

缺點: "Flight from Calgary to Denver delayed three and half hours. Informed of this delay thirty minutes before scheduled departure when our plane hadn’t even left Denver yet to head to Calgary. ( 2.5 hr flight) once finally made it to Denver was informed that we missed connecting flight to Boston. We were then informed since it’s for “weather” reasons earlier in the day that caused a sequence of delays they couldn’t accommodate us for hotel. We were given two “blankets” which were as thin as a sheet and each one bottle of water. Some other people around us received good voucherS. We did not. We walked around the airport for close to an hour looking for anyplace we could lay down and sleep. None were to be found. We tried to sleep on the floor but was so cold and uncomfortable I literally got sick to my stomach. Another fun thing added to mix. We were placed on another flight as 6 the next morning. After no sleeping at all we boarded our next flight Which was not a direct flight to Boston but would be from Denver to Newark then Newark to Boston. We were suppose to originally land in Boston at 0600 Monday. Instead we arrived at 1430 after getting zero sleep. My husband and I were also unable to sit together which was extra special for people around me because after not sleeping I continued to be sick to my stomach."

We preloaded, I had a broken leg, I was traveling with a special needs woman. We just reached our seats when other passengers were prodding us to sit so they could board no time to settle. Not impressed"

優點: "The flight attendants were so nice, and although our flight was delayed and hour and fifteen minutes and our layover was an hour and fifteen minutes, we were able to make our connection! Since our connection to Portland in Denver was the last flight of the night, they were able to hold it for us. This was wonderful because there weren’t many flights out that weren’t booked solid for the next day. The attendants on this flight were great about updating us with information for the connections and telling us when we would land in Denver."

優點: "For the first time I did not fly on a puddle jumper. Not only was it a real jet, it had good seat comfort and leg room even in economy class. The crew was friendly and attentive. They came by with offerings of water at least 4 times for a 2+ hour flight. Contrast that with my last two 5 hour flights on Virgin and American where they came by with water — ONCE. WiFi wasn’t working for either flight and of course the lack of decent food is discouraging. The coffee has improved which is a plus. Overall, good job, United! Nice not to be jammed in like sardines for once."
缺點: "Every time I fly to Denver, we land in one terminal and your connection is in another terminal that requires a train ride to get there. ,ayovers are short — generally barely an hour. If the flight is late you stand a very good chance of missing your connection, as I’m betting happened to over half the passengers on this flight. I was the lucky exception — this aircraft was actually the connecting flight too. Why can’t all United connections be in the same terminal? It makes no sense."

缺點: "This was a smaller plane (4 seats across). Knowing this, they didn't bring enough luggage carts, so they only brought some of the luggage to the baggage claim and didn't tell us this. 5-6 of us waited and waited and finally asked someone who told us that they had to go back to the plane to get the rest of the luggage. Those of us still waiting got to wait another half hour for our luggage. Talk all they want, United just can't seem to get it right. PS: those of us who had to wait were the ones who got to the San Antonio airport the earliest and thus our luggage was on the plane first."

缺點: "United airlines employee Mearle at the check in counter was extremely disrespectful, Rude, and arrogant towards everyone in line at the counter Trying to check in. Many customers including us waitted in the check in line for 35 minutes or more while Mearle proceeded to chat on her cell phone (personal call), and taking a break leaning the check in counter while everyone waited on her so she could assist with check in. Finally the passengers in front of us voice their concern to mearle stating that everyone is going to miss theirs flights if she didn't assist us all right away. Mearle responded by snapping back by saying "it's not my fault that united keep us understaffed and pay us enough to care " then laughed and walked away again. At this point we realized that if we did not get immediate assistance, that we would surly miss our flight. I walked in front of the line on behalf of everyone standing in line and reiterated to Mearle in a firm tone that she insisting check in the remaining 12 passengers immediately. Mearle snapped back telling me to "worry about my own self and don't tell me how to do my own job". Feeling very stressed out And worried about missing my flight went and stood back in line again. A few moments later I over heard Mearle tell the passengers ahead of us " you're too late. You've missed your flight" these passengers became very upset with Mearle telling her that she's the reason they missed the flight and Mearle laughed and said out loud to everyone else in line.. "you all missed your flight. You all should be more responsible next time and get here earlier" and then Mearle walked away never to be see again. Many of us missed our flight which caused many of us to also miss our connecting flights. We immediately called the 800 number and filed a complaint. Then we were forced to drive three hours in traffic to LAX where we caught a later flight and barely made it to our destination in time for our work event. We swore that because of Mearle and her disgusting behavior that we will never ever fly united again (and I fly a lot for my job) and since that horrible experience with Mearle two months ago, I've flown on four trips spending over $2300 dollars and every flight has been booked through American Airlines. Do to Mearle's bad attitude, disrespectful personality, and poor representation of united we will never do business with united again. We suggest united airlines remove Mearle from Having any contact with the general public as we are sure that Mearle is loosing customers for united at a very rapid pace."

缺點: "The crew at the gate was really rude. Zero customer service. She raised her voice at us and another customer who was charged $50 for our carry on. Not only was the flight delayed for over 2 hours. We were not informed that we could not bring a carry on even when we were at the main entrance with an agent for over 30 mins when you entered the airport. All their staff needs new training everyone kept on giving us a different answer. We asked because of this delayed will our room be comp due to the fact we will be missing our connected flight. On the phone the agent said yes. When we got to the airport that agent said no. When we got on the plane that agent said no. When we landed in Denver that agent comp our room. We ended up booking a room making sure we had a place to stay at night. It created more work for us because we were trying to cancel our room took even more time. Definitely wanted to give United the benefit of the doubt that they were at least at the level of American Airlines. The last time we flew United it was delayed for 8 hours they ended up canceling the flight. When we called they said it was the weather and we told that agent it's mechanical issue because we are watching someone remove the engine. We will stick to American Airlines. Free entertainment."

優點: "I liked the legroom of Economy Plus. The flight itself was good. Didn't buy any food."
缺點: "We arrived late in Denver and had to sit at the gate and wait for the jetway person to arrive and connect the jetway to the plane. I also didn't like the fact that I had to buy Economy Plus because my wife and I were not only not assigned seats together after booking, we were not assigned seats at all. When I booked the flights I was only allowed to choose seats for the first flight - Charlotte to Houston...but not for the other three legs of our Charlotte to Seattle trip. The only two seats together from Houston to Seattle were in the very last row. And, on our return flight we had to purchase Economy Plus in order to sit together."

缺點: "The boarding gate attendants were rude and uncaring when we asked them to help us switch pre-assigned seats to ensure our two year old sat with us. While we might have understood better had they been empathetic, they were rude and uncaring and said when you book online you sign a waiver and they can not do anything about this. Wow. This was our flight back. Originally on the way to our destination we had used Delta and that customer service experience was completely different even though that flight was full too. Never flying United again as long as I can avoid it."

This is a normal behavior however, there employee decided to stop boarding because she said people were crowding. she stop boarding for another 20 minutes. Now, this was a large flight and there wasn't enough room for everyone to stand off to the side. She was rude and there was no reason for this especially when the flight attendant was already late. The plane was delayed 45 minutes due to this"

And it was like pulling teeth to get any information out of her. She did not even tell us we could board early to get situated on plane! I also called earlier that morning and spoke with a man on he phone at united who told me he put us all in the same row. That was a lie bc when we checked in at the gate to get our seats the lady said no one was sitting next to each other! That lady was rude and short tempered! Awful experience will never fly again!!"

缺點: "I told the checkin agent that I would need a wheelchair at the Denver and OHare airports. I told the flight attendant on both flights. I would need a wheelchair at arrival. No wheelchairs for me. At Dwnver they were able to find one for me but with no one to push me. Eventually the pilot who flew us to Denver stepped in and got me to my connecting flight gate, bless his heart. At OHare no wheelchairs for anyone who had requested one. Complete chaos. I finally had to walk to my connecting flight from terminal C to terminal B. Very exhausting for someone with cancer who is exhausted most of the time. Your wheelchair service is completely ineffective, disappointing and a cruel joke."

缺點: "Unable to pre-check online. Unable to check at the check in machines--had to go up and check in at the counter, long wait because there was only one clerk. We were then given a ticket just to get through security and had to check in a second time when we get to the gate for seat assignment, which is ridiculous. Why couldn't that be done at the 1st check-in? The clerk told me she will call me when she has the seat assignment/ boarding ticket but she never did and I had to go back up to ask for them when it was getting close to boarding time. At the last moment minutes, volunteers could check in their carry on for free....It would have been nice (and less hassle) to have that option at the 1st check-in."

優點: "Once flight began it ran quite smooth"
缺點: "I chose seats when I booked the tickets. So... Not quite sure how both myself and my partner didn't end up seated together, and both ended up in a middle seat sandwiched between 2 overweight people... Are you little people profiling to break up the overwhelming number of big people? another couple with 2 kids were also broken up into distant areas on the plane. I know everyone complains about so many things, and this wasn't the end of the world, but still, it's not ideal. The seating/etc seemed more disorganized than usual for this flight."

缺點: "I'm usually a patient person, but my flight was supposed to leave at 525am and didn't leave until 730. This was the first flight in the morning. We boarded, waiting 30 minutes on the plane, they told us to get off because there were computer issues. Why wasn't that checked before everybody was boarded? Once we got on the plane we had to wait another 30 minutes for the crew to get someone's luggage from under the plane. Why wasn't that done while the computer was getting fixed? I didn't get to Denver until 1040am missed my flight and didn't get to get on my connection until 500pm. In the meantime I called to get on a different flight at 1, but the guy on the phone didn't actually book me a seat. The gate people weren't very nice."

缺點: "About two hours before my flight, it was canceled after previously making an airplane switch the night before after checking in online. The I received an email while I was on the way to the airport saying that the airplane that I was going to fly out on was canceled due to airplane maintenance. While I am happy they didn't fly the plane while needing maintenance, they should have planned ahead and known of the maintenance or had a backup ready to go. Obviously it must have been something they just found, but in the big picture of things. You have to pay an way to much for a flight as it is. They should have to solve their own issues to honor their part of the contract. We (as customers) can't cancel a flight with out penalties. Why shouldn't they have to do the same?"

優點: "Smooth boarding. Friendly crew. Got us there on time, despite a late start That included a gate change."
缺點: "Was asked to check my carry on bag, because the flight was full. Meaning they sold the seat I purchased for my wife (who was unable to make the flight). I did so, but when I looked in the overhead bin after the flight, it was empty. When we arrived in Denver, I waited at the baggage carousel, watched everyone pick up there bags, until there were only 5 or 6 bags going around. I then went to a counter behind the carousel and asked about my bag. I was only then told that my bag had been there the whole time I was waiting."

缺點: "The fact that we had a connecting flight to minot from Denver. Arrived late to Denver because of weather, but my stroller that I had left on the jetway in Seattle was never put on the plane which I didn't know until I got to minot. I was going to wait for it in denver, but I would have missed my flight to minot had I waited 5 more minutes. We arrived to minot only to find out that our 3 suitcases, one stroller and 2 car seats were never in the flight. Awful! And my connecting flight was even delayed an extra 55 min so I don't quite know where my things are."

優點: "The flight was smooth. And the wine was good."
缺點: "I paid for 2 round trip tickets and because my son was not there for the first leg, they resold the seat. So they got my money and the other person's money for the same seat. I wanted both seats and paid for both seats. It is theft and should not be allowed. The flight attendant was extremely rude and dismissive. It is a poor practice. You could have at least asked first before rebooking the seat. At least have offered compensation or something. I probably would have said yes Anyway. It's the principle of the process being wrong to the consumer which only benefits the corporation."

缺點: "My flight was scheduled to leave at 4:51 pm. I arrived at the airport 2 and a half hours before my flight was to leave and I read the departure board to see that the flight was delayed due to maintenance. Then I saw that it was delayed again because we were waiting for a flight coming in from the Bahamas. Well my flight didn't take off until about 7:30 pm. I arrived in Denver around 10:00 pm which made me miss my shuttle to the Springs. I am a diabetic and was in need of my medication so I needed to get home. I spent extra money to take a bus to downtown Denver and a grayhound bus to the springs and a cab to my home. So my trip cost my an extra $55.00 dollars I didn't have. I have always taken United but after this experience, I will never again take United."

缺點: "Recently United decided to cancel all of their flights to Denver due to an April snow storm. United was the only company that chose to cancel rather than delay flights. Our flight was cancelled 24 hrs before any snow fell. Their solution was to offer us another flight over 72 hrs out. After spending 6 hrs on the phone with this company (not exaggerating) I feel entitled to say that this company holds zero accountability or concern for their customers. We had to spend an additional $500 to get to our destination last minute through JetBlue."

優點: "The crew is AMAZING!!! Personal, professionals, they go above and beyond my personal standard of customer service. Very comfortable atmosphere. Not to be mistaken with the uncomfortable seats. I like to think United doesn't overlook the work ethic their employees represent the company with on a day to day basis."
缺點: "I travel for work from Grand Junction, Colorado to Dickinson, North Dakota every 4 to 6 weeks. I always fly United. On one occasion I met family in Colorado Springs, so I bought a round trip ticket from Dickinson to Colorado Springs. I missed the second half of my round trip flight from Colorado Springs to Dickinson. I had to pay my own cab fare from Colorado Springs to Denver to catch my flight, because your plane, that i paid for a flight on, had mechanical issues and didn't make it to Colorado Springs. Second, my flight in Denver was cancelled 3 times and almost a fourth. I all but got down on my knees and begged to catch the fourth flight they tried to cancel. Third, I didn't even get to fly into Dickinson. So instead of somebody coming and picking me up in Dickinson which is a 30-minute drive from where I work, somebody had to drive 3 hours to Williston where you guys ended up getting me. Which cost me 3 hours of gas money to get picked up, instead of 30 min of gas money. I didn't get either of the flights back to North Dakota that I paid for. I've asked for the reasonable request that I be refunded 50% of the cost of the airfare and the $235 it cost for cab fare. When I contacted United about this I got the runaround from everybody. At this point I've pretty much accepted the loss, and the financial hit. I'll continue to fly United only because it's pretty much my only option. Just make sure you keep the crew around. They're great. I'd hate for the experience to go from unsatisfying, to miserable."

優點: "The seats were a lot more comfortable then other airlines I've flown with. I also enjoyed the personal monitors in the back of every seat."
缺點: "I did not like that you had to pay to watch TV. I did pay to watch TV during my flight, and there were times that the connect was spotting and the picture or sound would go out. Also, in the middle of the flight, the TV did a reboot. If I am paying for this service, I expect it to work. I also did not like the boarding process. I don't know when there became so many preferred groups, but it became a little ridiculous. I felt like half the plan was in one of these numerous preferred or special seating groups. The crew was mediocre. They weren't overtly rude or anything, but they certainly weren't going out of their way to be friendly either."

缺點: "I have flown with United several times and will be avoiding this airline in the future. After notification that our flight had been delayed by 3 hours, the customer service was awful. The United representatives at the gate told us they could not rebook us nor would they be able to assist us with locating a different connecting flight. We then contacted customer service by phone and were directed to connecting flights. However the connecting flights were at an airport two hours away. After being informed that we would not be able to fly out the next day from the Des Moines airport, we. Had no other choice but to rent a car to drive to the Omaha airport. We had to rent a car because they would not accommodate us by changing our return flights to match where we flying out of. This whole experience has been awful for a trip that has been booked for more than 6 months. I plan to continue to inform the public of this horrendous experience."

優點: "The crew was very kind."
缺點: "The temperature control was ridiculous!!! One minute it was 40 degrees and the next it was 90. People were putting on coats and hats, taking them off and putting them back on the entire flight. It was horrible and there was NOTHING relaxing about this flight bc of it. The crew announced the inflight entertainment and gave directions on how to use it. Thirty minutes later, they informed us it wasn't working. So nothing to distract us from the horrible temps!!! Pull this aircraft out of service and fix the temperature!!!"

優點: "My flight started off with getting to the airport only to find my flight had been canceled in the morning and rescheduled at an earlier time while I was at work. I don't check my phone or email while at work. Fortunately, your staff was quickly able to put me on a flight that left an hour and a half after my original flight, but would put me on a connecting flight with American Airlines in Chicago. The AA flight had engine trouble so it turned around and we borded another plane after we landed. The original flight would have had me to my destination by 9:30 pm. Instead I arrived at 1:08 am the next day. I am frustrated that my flight was canceled so close to my departure. It was a great inconvenience to those picking me up at the airport. It added to my stress. It made it much less likely that I will fly United again. Maybe you had good reason to cancel my flight at such short notice, but it severely tainted my experience and opinion of United and American Airlines which had been fairly positive until now."
缺點: "The inconsideration for my schedule. The last minute change."

優點: "The crew was nice"
缺點: "United has decided it can squeeze another inch or two out of your legroom by making the padding on the seats superthin, which results in not only hard seating, but the tray table mechanism in the back of the seat in front of you projects out a few inches, effectively pinning you in place. The seats recline a total of about 3 inches, which is to say two versions of bolt upright. I spent the entire trip trying to find a non-painful position to wedge my body into, but I failed. I heard one of the crew say they hated the new seats. There was no food. The streaming entertainment system was out of order. This will be my last trip on United."

缺點: "Our plane was a turboprop, and due to the weather worsening from light freezing rain to medium freezing rain, we were delayed 3 WHOLE HOURS. This caused me to miss my connection to San Francisco."

缺點: "On the day we were to begin our trip, our flights were delayed so late that we had to be changed to a completely different airline. There was absolutely no explanation as to why the plane was unavailable. On our return flight home, once again the flight was delayed too late for us to make our connecting flight. We were told we would have to change airlines again. We spent 13 hours sitting in the airport waiting for a flight to take us to our destinations. Poor weather was not an issue . We will never book a flight with United ever again."

缺點: "I have to preface that our flight to Denver was delayed 2 hours so we missed two of our connectors and had to wait at Denver airport for 4 hours so we were already a bit upset. Then our flight to grand junction got delayed as well. They boarded us 20 minutes late due to crew unavailability. We then waited another hour sitting on the plane waiting for crew members and other United passengers who were late to our flight due to their previous delayed flights. To sum up, we were supposed to be in grand junction at 3 pm and didn't make it there close to 930 pm. This was not weather related either."
