優點： Everything went well
優點： Boarding and traveling comfort was good .As always staff were very good and attentive.Food not very good snd boring.
優點： Food and service in business class were splendid.
缺點： Absolutely nothing!
優點： Full seasons of resurrection ertugrul would be appreciated. The flight really wouldn’t have felt so long

缺點： Very cramped, even for economy.
優點： The crew was ok. The seating was comfortable as we had good leg room as we booked on a premium economy class.
缺點： We requested for a chicken meal at dinner time but instead my husband and I was served the beef meal. I was very disappointed as firstly the way the beef was cooked tasted horrid. Secondly a mix up at the catering dept like labelling beef meal as chicken should never happen!
缺點： No TV in the chair ,even no group TV The the crew member in the business class lady was too aggressive in her way as if we are working for her , too tide chairs
優點： Lufthansa long haul flights has a really cool air flight status system.
缺點： Sometimes you just get the bad luck of having a smelly passenger next to you. This was one of those flights.

優點： Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport

缺點： delayed again, almost missed connection
優點： Reasonably comfortable seat
缺點： The flights was considerably delayed, due to Lufthansa's operation issues. Information provided at the terminal was nearly non existent and the posted information on the extent of the delay was inaccurate and not updated. All in all, not effective and non communicative handling.
