The flight delayed
Everything is superb! But I lost my Red Hearted Shape RING in my Business Class Seat Flight JL067 2/27/22 S11. Hope they can find it and revert back to me soonest. Thank You JAL!
缺點： "American airlines, No entartainment, no hi hello from the crew, no food, not even water... Funny guys, why the have flight people inside the plane :) domestic airlines are always joke compared to the world domestic or overseas...."

The airline required documentation from my fathers doc which I provided. He was not going anywhere for at least a year (radiation and chemo) and the denied even credit.I was able to get my parents tickets refunded by a different airline. NEVER Again. my father passed 8/12/2018. Our trip was scheduled for 9/13/2018. Very disappointing.see"

優點： "The food is good. The seats for regular economy are a bit more spacious. They also have some deal with fast food restaurants, Mos Burger and Yoshinoya so sometimes you can get their air version of the fast-food meals. I had Yoshinoya and it was pretty good. The entertainment was okay, the only 2 things I wanted to watch was John Wick 2 and Guardians of the Galaxy 2, but the movies change every month so it was probably a bad batch. Also free toothbrushes and toothpaste available on the plane and a self service snack area. Overall it was great."

缺點： "I didn't like that the crew at check-in and the crew on the plane told me different things. The crew at check-in told me I could keep my purse with me, and the crew on the airline told me I had to put it overhead. Please be consistent! Flying is very stressful for me, and I want the staff to make it as stress-free as possible. As for boarding, I wasn't allowed into the gate until an hour before. What really bothered me was that they had already let some people into the gate and shut some other people out. Either let people in or don't. Don't follow the rules halfway because then they won't mean anything. I was very shocked by this and have never experienced this at any airline before. All I wanted to do was sit down and relax at the gate before boarding. If this ever happened to me again, I would not fly with the same airlines. To think that this was a JAL flight, with such a high reputation of customer service, makes me even more wary of booking a flight with JAL. I didn't appreciate being treated that way, and I will not tolerate it if it happens again."

優點： "Delayed flight from Shanghai due to air traffic issues, so I had a 10 minute window to make my connection in Singapore. Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

No working jet bridge to deplane, with priority customers deplaning last. Followed by bus to terminal.
Efficient like all the other flights with them. An outstanding budget airline!

Comfort- it was very hot, as temperature control is activated by staff; I asked staff to turn on air conditioning in my area as it was very hot and stuffy, but it was still hot and fairly uncomfortable."

缺點： "The boarding at Bangkok Airport was a let down. Not only was the gate far away, we had to climb flights of stairs in the process to get to the aircraft. Certainly not suitable for passengers with knee problems."

缺點： "The stewardesses, for the most part were rude, almost because they were lazy. I had one get pissed because I asked for oolong tea when she was offering coffee or hot tea. Well the cabin was so hot during the whole flight, I didn't want anything hot. She made it seem like she had to go out her way to get it for me. It was on her cart!!! They rarely walked around the cabin to make sure they couldn't get something for you or even take your trash. I held an empty cup during almost an entire movie. When I finally got up to toss it, I gave it to a stewardess who was standing right there by the closes curtain who acted like that it was beneath him to do so. They would rush up and down the isle and pretty much shove your meal on you. Ugh they were just rude. None of want to be there either, especially when it's so hot in the cabin and the seats were so narrow!!"

缺點： "The air in the cabin was too cold during the first hour of the flight. Obviously many passengers were not comfortable and asking for blankets. Later, the crew must had adjusted the temperature and it was basically steaming hot because the it was only hot air blowing out from centralized air system. I would say, very uncomfortable during the entire flight from Bangkok to Manila."

優點： "座艙位置的間距是舒服的，尤其像我是高個子的，特別容易遇到坐飛機時的不適，而且上飛機後，空服員立即確認每個人是否都有靠墊和毛毯，機上餐盒也非常好吃，即使我乘坐的飛機並未滿座，但服務品質並未因為乘客少而有所降低，另外，機師的駕駛技術真的太令人驚艷！起飛、降落都不會有任何顛簸和不適，完全非常順利和平穩，實在很難忘！我真的很欣賞也很享受！"

缺點： "The Air conditioning on the plane was lacking. There was no direct-able air vent and the plane was fairly warm for the whole of the flight. The video screen were very dim and hard to see."
優點： "The flight was perfect from beginning to end, smooth flight, excellent service, clean plane, comfortable seat and best of all not crowded."
優點： "The flight was only an hour but the staff was crazy fast to get everyone a snack that was amazing. Hot food which is unlike American flights. Very tasty and the service was just good."
缺點： "The service was not that great. Normally the staff is very attentive but they lacked in service this time and I am not an attention seeker. (In all the flight I ask for their presence 1-2 times for water) Who knows why. Got served the wrong plate and drink."

優點： "Crew was extremely friendly as expected from Cathay. The aircraft was substituted from the scheduled A350-800 to an A330 but it still had lie flat seats, just not as nice. The crew was very apologetic for the last minute schedule change."

優點： "My flight delayed by 7 hrs. AC ground crews worked diligently to rearrange my connection flight to Halifax on the first flight out. And at the arrival gate in Toronto, AC already had a hotel package for me to stay overnight at Crowne Plaza Horel. Everything went so smoothly and professionally done. I am very impressed"
優點： "Our plane was an A350 equipped with a new entertainment center. The captain was able to get our flight in early. Unfortunately, because of weather/immigration problems at the destination, we weren't able to disembark for another 90 minutes. But I think the cabin crew handled this well, handing out both drinks and snacks. The captain also kept us informed, and also seemed to play a role in negotiating with the airport authorities to allow us to disembark at another gate. Otherwise it may have been a longer ordeal."
缺點： "The security measures for US bound flights made things more confusing for boarding. This wasn't the airline's responsibility, and the security check was fast and professional. Next time I hope they work better with the customers to make sure we know what is going on. But this is a small complaint on my part."

缺點： "The boarding process was slightly chaotic. I attribute that to anlanguage battier as most of thr passengers were Adain and probanly did not understand the instructions. It worked out though."
