優點： The seating arrangements and baggage drop off were excellent, staff at check ins both sides were so helpful, especially at Heathrow airport, the young Asian man couldn't do enough for us, well pleased.

缺點： Unfortunately we experienced a drop in standards when on board the first return flight , my daughter is autistic and would only have vegetarian meals, I made sure I requested this online well in advance, when I asked for vegetarian meal the flight attenda abruptly said that's all we have.

優點： Crew was great, plane was nice

缺點： delayed again, almost missed connection

缺點： The food was sub-standard, though it was described accurately as a snack.

優點： Food was great and the crew were helpful.

缺點： Seat could have been comfier!

優點： The crew were helpful and friendly throughout, trying to find out what we should do about missed connections during the flight, I was able to move to an empty exit seat (I'm 6'5") so the delay was relatively comfortable.

缺點： Well we were delayed for an hour and missed connection as a result, but you can't really blame the airline for that.

缺點： No entertainment because no individual screen for movie

缺點： No personal entertainment but a lot of leg room

缺點： since it is the overnight flight, everyone was so tired but still serve food....... for the poeple who was sleeping, the smell was unpleasant.

優點： I liked their positive & happy attitudes as well as their work ethic.

缺點： Perhaps there could have been a larger & wider selection of movies. I would have liked to have had a hard copy menu so that I could make a more informed choice with my meals.

優點： Lot of space for legs and comfortable seats.

缺點： Nobody could find my reservation for a special meal and I ended up eating nothing

優點： Punctual take off and landing, attentive crew, excellent entertainment system (Especially for short haul flight). One of the best meals I’ve had in the air too - great that this along with unlimited drinks was free!

優點： My dietary preferences didn't get reported right and the flight attendant was very accomodating and made me a platter of a bunch of sides whereas other airlines in my experiences just say tough luck.

缺點： I don't speak Chinese so I found their website very confusing and couldn't navigate my booking online well

優點： It was cheap but I would not do it again

缺點： I made friends with another passenger who when texting his number introduced himself as ‘XYZ, flight from hell’. That pretty much sums it up but here’s a laundry list of issues I faced on the trip 1. They landed us in a different airport in China and did not inform us on how to get to the other airport (PVG). After several failed attempts of catching a taxi that accepts Visa or US dollars, we finally got a bus that ferried us 2. They also did not automatically transfer the luggage, so I had to carry my two checked in bags to the other one and then stand in a 45 min queue to get them checked in again 3. Unhelpful ground staff 4. Delayed second flight. After a shitty eight hour long layover, we got another 2 5. Horrible food 6. No ear plugs are available in the plane 7. Not a single apology from the crew about the delay Also, anyone who doesn’t speak mandarin needs to understand that the crew in China is not well equipped to understand and help you, so be prepared to have the translation struggle

優點： Staff very friendly

缺點： Choice of food. Very limited for business class. Movie selection very limited also.

優點： the crew were fantastic thank you

優點： Easy check in and bag drop, staff available when help was needed. Felt comfortable enough to check myself in as every part of precessions was made clear

優點： for the flight from Seoul to Singapore, the flight was superb. In-flight services was perfect. food was excellent and the air stewards and stewardess were all very helpful and full of smiles.

缺點： Check In process at Seoul Counter. the check-in was stressful. the ground staffs insist on using Check-in Kiosks provided even when it was not working as it should be. Ended up being bounced from one staff to another.

優點： - Great Service by inflight crew. - Very good Indian veg meal options i.e. Hindu Veg Meal and Asian Veg Meal. I would suggest the non veg folks to try these next time.

優點： You can go on a free city tour if you are transiting at Incheon airport. Also fantastic public area for transiting customer with free showers, upholstered day bed, charge stations. Paid massages , Paid airport hotels or lounges with buffet.

缺點： There was nothing we didn't like about our flight to Seoul

優點： Boarded on time; everything efficiently done; pleasant staff. Breakfast was not great - too sweet overall. Usually korean does well with food.

缺點： 2 hour delay from Incheon to Tokyo. Messed up our travel plan a bit.

缺點： No vegetarian food.

缺點： Food I like to have was run out so I had to eat whatever available.

缺點： Plane was far too old. No in-flight entertainment. food mediocre. no battery charger USB plug

缺點： My keychain was ripped off from my baggage despite me hiding it. It was stolen by their baggage handler and the airline refused to admit liability and was protecting it Staff. Xiamenair is a corrupted airline which I will not take in the future!

缺點： Late taking off. Sat 30 minutes at Beijing airport waiting to park, then waited 15 minutes for a bus transfer to the terminal build. Only one bus so deplaned at the speed of the slowest passenger. 10 min bus journey to the terminal building. Missed my flight to the UK. I recommend you use an airline that pays for an air bridge and can coordinate the ground staff to be ready for the planes arrival!

優點： We liked the boarding in Atlanta and in Seoul with the people boarding by the numbers of their rows - boarded the back rows, then the middle then the front. Worked so much better than everyone rushing to get on! Flight attendants were very helpful with everything and always kind. Loved being able to sit in the exit row seats!!

缺點： Food was okay - we fly Korean Air whenever we travel to SE Asia and it seems the food is the same no matter what flight we are on. We like the pizza snack better than the bun with meat inside they served us on this trip.

缺點： Again, my special meal request wasn't found and I ended up eating nothing

缺點： The fact that I was not able to get on my flight because I didn't have a visa after I called the airline over a week before my flight to ask about it and they told me I didn't need one. They told me I would get a temporary 72 visa upon arrival in Fuzhou but when I went to check in this was not the case. Now they won't give me any money back for that flight or the one I had to buy to get home. It was their fault I was not on the flight and they won't own up to it. I will never fly with them and I will do my best to let others know that they shouldn't either

缺點： Nothing really pilot couldn't understand him but does it really matter unless is an emergency
