優點: "The crew did above and beyond what was expected. They were nice, friendly, and professional."
缺點: "The line up at the check in counter was a bit of a mess and it took longer to check in. I was extremely upset at not being able to check in online and select a seat, I was therefore assigned a seat towards the end of the plane which I am not very happy with but it was rectified during boarding."

優點: "On the Honolulu to Manila flight the crew were attentive and pleasant. I was comfortable and had TV to pass some of the hours on board. On the Manila to Singapore, there was no TV and the crew were less pleasant."
缺點: "The young crew on the Manila to Singapore flight could have seen the journey as more of an opportunity to actually do their job rather than a chance to sit at the back chatting. When I approached one for a hot water bottle as it was freezing, she screwed up her face at my request and turned and spoke to her colleague in a language I couldn't understand making me feel uncomfortable. One of the worst things though was the food. Throughout the whole flight from Oahu to Singapore, there were no vegetarian options (even the mid flight sandwich had ham and cheese). Further, you were served a hot meal almost within an hour of being in the air, then had to wait about six hours for the snack and then another hot meal was served within three hours of that at a very rushed pace making the experience very unenjoyable. This happened on the way to oahu also so it is something that they practice regularly. Terminal 2 at Manila is also terrible if you have a long layover!"

They were very attentive to the needs of each passenger due to 3 hrs delayed arrival. The food taste really good (Strawberry shortcake + chicken penne with red sauce). The plane is well cleaned."
缺點: "I have experienced 1 hr delay departure + 3 hours waiting inside the plane to land, but it was because of uncontrolled situation (force majuere). but despite of the delay, for me PAL served its finest world class service."

缺點: "The lost my luggage from Manila to Bangkok. I had to travel on to Phuket without my luggage for 4 days. It was mind over matter to get to speak to anyone. I called 3 to 4 times a day to get my luggage. What a nightmare. I had to by extra clothes to survive. Nothing like flying 15.5 hrs, 5 hrs."

優點: "the first time a strong turbulence happened, people were screaming and started praying. The pilot got on the speaker and assured the passengers that the plane is ok and able to handle any turbulence. He spoke in a very calm voice and I think it also calmed most of the passengers. I went back to sleep."

Most of the female crew would walk past passengers who had their seats reclined or in the toilets and other situations and wouldn’t notice (during take off and landing) and the guy would come past later and do her job for them. She said but in Mla she assigned wheel chair but when in Manila they said Scoot did not assigned wheelchair inmy ticket. I hate you Scoot and I will never take scoot again in any of my up coming trips"

I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)"

優點: "There is nothing to say this is a no frills airline and that is what you get. Departure was on time and arrival was also on time. Food on any airline isn’t good at least on airline i fly. The important thing is getting there safely and this airline company does that."

缺點: "Flight crew’s attitude. The fact that there was no overhead space and the crew didn’t Check additional bags. Had to stove the bags u def the seat and there was no room to stretch my legs. The flight crew had the most pathetic attitude and was rude beyond imagination."

缺點: "Boarding is thru T2 airport bus which brings all passengers to Flyskoot plane parked somewhere. Not good for those with strollers. Will avoid Flyskoot if going to Hanoi."

缺點: "We were given just one very small water about 150ml and told we have to pay if we need more water. Restriction on providing drinking water in Business class seems unfair. Please reconsider"

I can only eat fish but they dont have it on their menu so i brought my own food but the crew asked me to stop eating it because it was not allowed. Im hungry and tired and was upset that time."

缺點: "Paid $30 for wi-fi: It never connected. Just failed to work. “Failed to load page”. Paid for priority check-in: The people in the economy queue checked in faster. Paid for priority boarding: No priority security queue, no priority boarding. Paid for priority baggage: Took 60 minutes from landing for baggage to arrive. No priority, except for crew bags. Food was disgusting. Hard to determine where the plastic finished and the pasta started. There was no service, other than dumping a hot plastic box in your lap."

缺點: "This was a return flight I was taking. But even though I paid for a bag when booking, Kayak only booked the bag on the flight over. It there for cost me $48 to book the bag on at the airport one way back. For some reason when I was paying they could not take for the full amount on my CC and so I had to go change money as $8 had to be paid cash (very strange). The flight was very uncomfortable. I could go into detail but now I’m just ranting. Not happy. Won’t be doing that again."

優點: "All in all a pretty good flight. Nothing much to write home about but nothing really went wrong. Pretty Good and what you'd expect."
缺點: "Wasn't thrilled that I had to pay SGD48 both ways for up to 15kg check in. That extra SGD96 would have made a difference when comparing flights on Kayak. Delays leaving HK and SG but all of it was on the tarmac so not really Scoots fault."
