The crew were nice and good entertainment
Got delayed in kuala lumpa for nearly 5 hours with Not many updates fir us to know what’s happening then they left my luggage there and still don’t have it 15 hours later
Nice thick comfortable blankets. Delicious food.
Flight delayed, no head phones supplied and the food was burnt.
The seat I got was certainly comfortable enough.
The staff was not enough particular in delivering appropriate food to correct people. In flight KL to Auckland, vegan food was served when Indian vegetarian food was requested. Long queues at boarding in KL.
Food Seats cramped
The service is good in general.
The boarding process could be improved.

The 32" pitch giving more leg space, better than MAS and AirAsia on that count. Good baggage allowance.
