優點: "Japan Airlines was a pleasure, from beginning to end & in between. The flight attendants emulate joy in their service to others, they are observant to the clients' needs even before they are asked for help. In a long flight such as this was, it was obvious that they also tend to the comfort of the passengers by ensuring that the restrooms are always clean & presentable. Will fly them again whenever I have the opportunity."

缺點: "We had a last minute flight change to extend my business stay in Asia. Our firm contacted JAL on 3/1 to extend the return date from 3/3 to 3/8. We were told that it was done and just call back on 3/7 to confirm flight. When we called back on 3/7, they said the flight was never rescheduled and could not find a voice recording of the request. Despite our offering of evidence of our other ticket from Osaka to TPE (3/3-3/8 round trip) showing that it was not a no-show, and we have phone records of calling JAL on 3/1. Nevertheless, their customer care center in CHINA was firm that it cannot be done. The money has been wasted. Ridiculous service for a 3,500 business class ticket."

優點: "The food was good, the service attentive and the Movie selection included movies that were still running in the Japanese theaters."
缺點: "The second meal didn't have an option. and when that is your complaint you know they did pretty well."

優點: "For an economy flight, it was excellent, even the food on the flight to Japan was exceptionally good. Oddly, that can't be said for the return flight to LA. The crew, however, was great going both ways. The equipment was new and very comfortable."

缺點: "Crew behavior. From boarding to deplaning. Easy to contrast since flight from LA to Japan was JAL, not AA. JAL crew focus was service, AA was typical American crew who seemed 'bothered' by passengers. Interesting announcements from cockpit repeatedly mention they were 'safety stewards'. Ex. Wife used wheelchair from gate to plane door. JAL crew offered assistance to seat ( not needed), followed to seat, checked back before take off, and reminded us before landing to wait for all passengers to deplane. AA crew...NOTHING?! Turned out requested wheelchair assist was not in LA, never showed, supervisor had to assist to bus & door to customs. However, this well may have been a ground mishandle(?). JAL crew offered water, tea, juice multiple times during flight. AA crew set up 'self-serve' drink station at back of plane. What if passenger is not capable of pouring while standing on a plane???!!!! OR if a passenger chose to contaminate/spike the juice carton???!!! Equipment-seats on JAL flight were comfortable & flight entertainment console current. AA, based on multiple passenger comments, seats were ridiculously close & our entertainment consoles looked 10 years old?! (could even get one to activate selected choices! Good thing we were more interested in sleeping.) Summary-IF possible will always try to avoid US crews...and happy to share my specific examples."

缺點: "The return flight operated by American Airlines differed significantly from the initial flight to Tokyo from LA which was on a Japan Airlines plane. The hostesses on the JAL flight were much more gracious and attentive than the American Airlines hostesses. The food on the American flight was so bad that I threw most of it away….greatly contrasting with the good food on the JAL flight. My screen would not function correctly with any of the movies or other entertainment offerings. In the future I would choose a foreign carrier over any American carrier."

缺點: "The plane was delayed from Tokyo to Los Angeles due to a pilot staffing issue. The plane stopped in Honolulu at 6:00AM in the morning and no staff was able to assist so they made everyone go through the run-around to have the luggage scanned for agriculture. Then they stated that even though we had pre-check, we did not qualify and the boarding pass was not issued with Honolulu to LAX. Over 5 hours delay and did not know that we could have stayed in Hawaii free room and meals. Terrible and one of the worst vacations ever for returning to the US. The food was not great."

優點: "The food on the plane is really good. The airline assistants are very friendly. The whole trip is really comfortable."
缺點: "The travel is too long for me. If there’s a direct flight, it only takes 12 to 13 hours for me to land but this trip took me 19 hours because the weather and they have to change the transfer spot to another in Japan."

缺點: "On a long flight it is good to have a good movie. Selection very bad. Seats r not comfortable seat turns into bed but lower part is too low. Poor design. Food not very good"

缺點: "There are no air vents per seat so on the whole I was very hot and uncomfortable during the flight. One other detail: this is not Japan Airlines fault, but at LAX we had to sit on the runway for an hour because there was some confusion about the parking space for the plane. After a nine hour flight, to sit and wait for another hour was very uncool."

缺點: "The attendants were very pleasant and efficient. I will certainly prefer to fly JAL, especially if you could offer the lower rates. On the down side, it was very difficult to contact their customer service line. However their online help desk was very responsive."

優點: "Our flight was delayed due to lightning strike on arriving flight, we were transferred to non stop EVA Airline so we can get home and not need a connecting flight in Japan. JAL did all these arrangements without us requesting it. They also were very polite and got our luggage in time to be on the flight with us. JAL is truly a top airline in the world."

缺點: "Our flight was delayed for two hours. We have a connecting flight from Osaka to Los Angeles, which we were worried we couldn't make it. They told me the flight will wait for us because there were 20 plus people also need to get on that plane. When the time of boarding we heard they were calling us to the front and explained the flight we were suppose to be connecting already took off. They had to booked us to another airline. We were extremely disappointed! We asked if we could took another Japanese airline but they said our luggages were already transferred to that airline and the tickets were printed! Mosf importantly we have already waited in airport 5 hours and they needed us to wait for another 3 hours! Very bad experience with how they dealing with this situation!"

優點: "I feel like I got way more than what I paid for with this airline! The hostesses were super friendly always offering some sort of beverage, the food was tasty (Be careful not to drop noodles on yourself like I did, those bad boys left a little mark). The video selection wasn't huge, but it was definitely adequate with good titles. Maybe I haven't noticed this before in other airlines, but they had new toothbrushes (packaged, not someone's forgotten toothbrush) in the restroom so the poor sap next to me didn't have to smell my stinky breath. Finally, they were quick with boarding! They were very punctual and we took off right when we got on, so nice!"
缺點: "The seats were pretty adequately sized, however, I felt like I couldn't lay back too far or if the the person in front of me did, it made it really difficult to get the seats. Also, I thought it was my headphones, but it happened on a couple of flights with different headphones, but the audio only comes out of one earphone which was slightly annoying... Other than those things, JAL is super solid and I would recommend it to anyone considering them."

優點: "Had Hindu vegetarian meals, which were good for airplane food and much better than the "standard" fare for the rest of the plane. The flight attendants were very nice and helpful."
缺點: "Space under the seat in front of me was very cramped - a large box for electronics got in the way and made it difficult to get into a comfortable position, which is tough for an 11-hour flight.. The plane was completely full, and my husband and I had to sit in separate rows - I was never able to switch the seats, even though I called several times and tried at the airport as well. Entertainment selection not as good as the American flight out. The JAL website (English version at least) is not very easy to use."

優點: "There was a huge amount of new and classic movies to chose from to pass the time. The crew was friendly and professional. The food was decent. I like the variety of food choices and some of the dishes were delicious (salmon and rice). The seats are pretty comfortable. They aren't great for sleeping in, but the flight was decently quiet and dark for some time. I would recommend bringing a pair of earplugs and a neck pillow."
缺點: "The bread could be better. I would have the bread be softer and warm. A warm croissant as a substitute would be amazing.The butter could be softer (like margarine) so that way it can actually be spread onto the bread."

優點: "The cabin crew was professional, friendly and courteous. It's always refreshing to fly an Asian airline for the impeccable customer service. The 787 left me with minimal jet lag. The odd shaped pillows provided great back support."

優點: "It was a quick flight, and as it left at night Japan time, I was able to actually sleep 7 hours or so of the full flight."

缺點: "Asked specifically at the ticketing counter not to be seated in a non-emergency row. Were seated in an emergency row. For a 12 hour flight with seats that don't recline and nothing the on-board staff could do about the ticket counter's negligence and bad faith other than apologize. Seated upright for an overnight flight (for the second time on the same trip) for 12 hours. Not a pleasant experience. Had a feeling ANA would be bush league. This trip confirmed those suspicions. It wasn't the crew's fault (though they, unfortunately bore the brunt of my displeasure) so much as the counter's fault, but airlines charging what they are shouldn't be putting passengers or crew in this position. The ticket counter folks literally mislead us. They specifically told us that these were not emergency row seats and that we would have reclining seats and seatback displays in front of us like everyone else. The entire reason I asked is because we got stuck in the last row on the way in with seats that don't recline, which blows for a 12 hour red-eye flight. Instead we got seats that did not recline and a fold out screen that came from the right-hand arm rest. Not the end of the world if one had no choice, but certainly not what I paid for and certainly not what the ticketing counter people stated we were getting (under specific inquiry about the very point). The ticketing counter in particular seems to be skeevy, at best. To the detriment of their own crew, who is left apologizing for things they can do nothing about. As stated, this is a bush league international carrier. Avoid unless you love sleepless nights crossing the international dateline..."

缺點: "Got flagged for secondary screening prior to boarding, although it probably wasn't ANA's decision. Video quality of the In-flight entertainment wasn't that great. The AC power plug could have been in a better spot. My power adapter would not fit."

缺點: "The only thing that soured my trip was on the way back, it was a passenger who was just way overboard disgusting. First of all he takes off his shoes and then his socks and crosses his legs so his barefoot is right next to my tray table. Then he proceeds to unbutton his pants and unbuckle his belt. Reaches down into his nethers and takes a good whiff of his hand. This passenger continually kept encroaching into my seat, either sitting on a portion of my leg or putting his shoulder over my shoulder, even at one point used me as lean on. It was a 9 hour flight of misery... I was definitely uncomfortable for majority of that flight due to the passenger in 40A on flight NH176"

優點: "This was my first time flying ANA (LAX to Haneda and back) and I have to admit it was surprisingly great. I am a pretty tall guy and found the room for my feet in economy to be more than adequate even though i found myself in a middle seat both flights. The flight attendants were extremely attentive, even as my flights were both overnight/red-eyes. The selection of movies available at each seat was pretty good and included your standard Hollywood stuff along with a decent selection of Japanese film, television, and various documentaries. Whether or not subtitles are available for non-Japanese speakers for Japanese language media was kind of hit and miss (I actually did browse around quite a bit), but I was impressed nonetheless. I would warn some western based travelers that they may not find the food to be all that appetizing. I chose the Japanese style option both flights (rice, miso, salad, fish), however I know that had I had any of my family members along for the flight they would have gone with the international option and they probably wouldn't have enjoyed it all that much."

Food was great, enjoyed ANA cuisine, even if not a lot. Who needs to eat anyway when all you do is sit, sleep and watch. Of course some work. The baggage was also quick and I was probably one of the first to get out. It took me about 30 minutes from the gate to the terminal exit."

缺點: "Plane condition: Cosmetic plastic panel below monitor and seat back pocket on Seat 31E fell off when foot rest was lowered; had previously been secured by adhesive tape. Panel removed by crew. In-flight entertainment system: Persistent intermittent loss of sound while listening to movie or TV program. Food: Tried to use "Book the Cook" feature touted by Singapore's website. Was unable to get on site for that purpose. The last try a message appeared (late September) that site was being "rebuilt." On the flight, there was no menu of choices; we were offered 3 vaguely worded choices which boiled down to beef, chicken or vegetables. Those appeared in not particularly appetizing forms and combinations--P.S., we like east and southeast Asian cooking and had just spent 3 weeks in Japan. Failure to provide information about possible delays due to WRG deplaning location at LAX: Although we are frequent fliers to and from LAX, we'd never heard of the WRG. It would have been helpful if the crew had informed us upon arrival that there could possibly be a wait on the plane as buses were used to transport us approximately 1/2 mile to TBIT. Generally: We chose Singapore because of its reputation for excellence. Belying the name of the class, both Turkish AL and Air NZ treated Premium Economy passengers as "junior" business class. Singapore treated us as coach with a roomier cabin and seating pitch."

缺點: "First experience with Singapore where the crew made a negative impression. As soon as the plane pulled away from the terminal, crew members seemed rushed and frantic, literally running back and forth from Economy Premium to the galley gathering items. Approximately every 7-10 minutes, crew members would be running back and forth next to my seat with heavy foot steps, which would wake me up. I also noticed that certain crew members were shouting at passengers to get their attention instead of lowering themselves to be heard. One flight attendant almost spilled orange juice on me because she turned around too fast trying to serve drinks. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed, or if it was the influence of a certain crew boss, but something was definitely wrong."

優點: "I will only use Singapore Air for anywhere they fly. They really care about their passangers, 2 checked bags 1 carryon no charge, no airline does that. They constantly feed u & alcoholic beverages all at no extra charge. Flight attendants always have a smile on their flight. In flight entertainment was great, touch screen and remote controller. They supply earbuds, socks, toothbrush and paste."

That all FREE!!! I travel pretty light but it was great to know they don't Nickle and dime you for bags or anything else for that matter. Staff looks amazing and treats you first class even when your in economy. They are so polite and really genuinely want to give you a above and beyond experience. And they over achieve at it! They meals are great and very satisfying. The planes are big and roomy even in economy seats. On our return flight we had a brand new plane which had a sleek touch screen monitor and controller. There mad tons of media available (articles, language games, games, movies, tv shows and more) with USB ports to charge devices on each seat. Plus 10inch personal monitors. Earbuds were included free of charge, aswell as socks toothbrush and tooth paste. They have is two big meals on our direct flight (awesome that they have direct flights). Plus, they offered free snacks too and gave us a full can of soda vs. a small cup. They come through several times offering coffee, tea, water and snacks. All free of charge. This was my first time flying Singapore Airlines and I loved it!!! I wish Everyone was this amazing! Norwegian Airlines was the opposite as far as charging for everything! Had to pay each stop for any luggage ($100 per checked bag). No meals free or charge. They wanted money for everything! And yea a skimpy sandwich was $9.00 :(."

I had received emails that our flight had changed gates, and was then delayed, but when my sister and I went to check into our flight, we were told we were unable to board because it was too late. I thought it was absurd because the flight had not even started boarding, and I had gotten an email saying it was delayed. We tried to reason with them, but they would not let us on the flight. It was imperative that we got back to Los Angeles on Wednesday, but all our plans were ruined due to them bumping us off the flight. My sister had a connecting flight to Boston, which she then had to reschedule and was charged for. We were stuck another night in Tokyo, where we had to spend money on a hotel. The Singapore Airlines attendants eventually informed us that we could get on a flight the next day. This delayed us by 24 hours, which was highly inconvenient. It was also especially unnecessary since due to the flight being delayed, we would have absolutely been able to make it. I do not appreciate being bumped off of a flight due to airlines wanting to make more money, especially being stuck overseas. Its not like it was a domestic flight where we could just hop on another one in the next few hours, this totally derailed all of our plans. I do not appreciate the inflexibility of the Singapore Airlines agents, and this is not an experience that makes me want to recommend flying with Singapore Airlines. I appreciate that they did not charge us, however it was a major inconvenience that could have simply been avoided by better customer service and understanding."

We had requested a Muslim meal on the previous flight, but the food was so spicy and smelly that we chose to go with the normal faire on the way back. I changed it on the website when I checked in online but when we arrived at the airport we were informed that the meal was still set as a muslim meal. The representative at the baggage counter called the plane and made sure that it was changed back to a normal meal. However, when it was dinner time we were presented with muslim meals. When we spoke to the head airhost to request a normal meal he said that they only carried a specific number and an leftover meals were for the crew only and that we had to eat the muslim meals or have sandwiches. We requested the sandwiches - the muslim meal was too spicy and had made us sick before. The "sandwiches" were pretty much two slabs of dry bread with some mayo slapped on. Disgusting and dry. I wish they could have made an exception for us or provided us with something edible. It was a long flight and we were starving by the time breakfast rolled around. The crew was condescending and cold. My entertainment system lacked functionality; some of the buttons on my remote were broken."

A male passenger complained and instead of defending a mother and a helpless sick child, the flight crew kept insisting ways to make my baby stop crying. Do you think I wanted to hear my child in that much pain? No, of course not. One male crew member told me to take my child to the back of thr aircraft (away from the complaining man). Ummm... I paid for my seat just like everyone else!! To be treated differently just because my baby is crying is HORRIBLE. To top it off, the seats are the worst I've ever sat in. My back and butt were in so much pain from those horrible seats. Bottom line- I will NEVER fly with this airline again after the mistreatment my baby and I received. This airline puts Korean speaking men above anyone else's needs, including a helpless 14 month old who feels horrible and doesn't know how else to communicate pain. I'll add that we were on a 10 hour flight after a 9 hour layover in Incheon and a 4 hour plane ride that was DELAYED from 1:45AM to 3:45AM. We were extremely tired and had been through so much already. If the crew had been more protective of us and understanding to the fact that he's a BABY I would have let the complaints slide. Last note- this airline delayed us 3 separate times. Yes.. 3 separate occasions. Do I need to say anything more?"

Flight Network was not honest about the currency of the transaction. Kayak should require that Flight Network and any other vendors be honest about the currency of the transaction. 2. The extra 5 hours of layover at Incheon Airport was a total drag. It caused me to miss my connecting flight from LAX to Mexico City, so by the time I got into Mexico City there were no more buses running to Queretaro. I had to book a room in Mexico City at an additional expense and pay for taxi fare that I would not have needed if Asiana Airlines hadn't added 5 extra hours of layover to my trip."

When we got in line to board in LA we were told to get new boarding passes; however we were informed that because we had not checked in with Asiana 70 minutes prior to the flight our seats had been cancelled and given to other passengers. What was most alarming was that we were in LA sitting at the boarding gate for 3.5 hours and not one announcement was ever made about rechecking boarding passes or documents. Additionally, I went through all of the information from UNITED and there was nothing in there either. The only information that was provide was to go to a different departure terminal in LA. This caused us incredible stress as I was traveling with my children and did not want to be seated in separate seats for a 13.5 hour flight. It took the gate attendant 40 minutes to get us re-booked and find us three seats together. During this time he failed to communicate or give us any reassurance. Considering I had reserved seats since September I was extremely disappointed with Asiana. As a result, it is doubtful I will ever fly with Asian ever again and will warn every traveler I know to avoid them. In my opinion they have the worst customer service!! I say this with great conviction as I travel internationally for my work to over 15 countries every year."

優點: "I will give 10 out of 10 to Cathay for their excellent service, fast air time, humble crew service and a bonus point for their quality of meals/ food. I am a pure vegetarian & in all my flight the crew made sure that I got the correct food tray & it was not mixed with wrong mean (non veg.) by mistake. Unlike other flight where meal is just an obligation, Cathay made sure that the taste was very nice too. Full points to them. The quality of seats was good & nice leg space as well. The layover was way shortest as compared to other competitor flights. Overall the experiance was very pleasant & I highly recommend Cathay Pacific."

缺點: "It's not pleasant traveling in economy which is true for all airlines now a days."

缺點: "Food quality was poor Boarding was late on all four flights The flight was extremely unsanitary - the dirtiest flights I have ever been on and I travel on airplanes at least ten times a year The crew was unfriendly"

缺點: "Not much to complain about."

優點: "The lounge was incredible as advertised! Relaxing, champagne, noodle bar, comfortable seating, great lounge chairs and internet. Fully reclined sleeper pods and good food and wine and service."

優點: "We were really taken care of and had a great experience. From the cleanliness of the plane, to the kind staff and generous in flight services/accommodations, we were very pleased. We look forward to flying Cathay Pacific again!"

缺點: "Lost bags. Stranded in Sri Lanka in sweatsuit worn on freezing plane. Cathay has no agent in airport to speak with...must communicate through local airport personnel, who have no information, nor authority to help. Cathay wouldn't track down bag or deliver in readonable amount of time, so we had to go back next day at midnight when nxt plane arrived + hope bags were on it. We were shocked as crew was so organized getting us (people) to connecting flight in Hong Kong. Woman met us at gate and personally led us to connection gate. Only a few gates down in same terminal. In case you're curious: not that we expect Michelin star dining, but the food is dismal. Some of the worst airline food ever. It's like pure sodium + tastes very much like the aluminum can it surely came out of."

優點: "I was seated around a number of sick people - and it was a middle seat so hard to get up since there was pretty much no space"

優點: "I expected Cathay to be great since it was ranked as the #4 best airlines in the world."
缺點: "However, I didn't find anything better than mediocre airlines. The attendant was kinda cold, service was rough, and toilets get dirty quickly."

優點: "The chair size. The movie"
缺點: "Stewardess in my isle was not friendly. Don't have enough supply of bottle water. HK airport won't allow drink to be brought on the plane even though it was bought at the airport. Hard cushion on chair."

優點: "Everything was great. The crew was polite and helpful throughout my flights. The food was good, tasty and hot! Had some newer movies available."

優點: "seats were wider and more legroom in economy section, better food than other airlines, crew were helpful, entertainment system offered good selection."
缺點: "one entertainment system kept freezing and did not work for the last 4 hours of the flight, toilet need more frequent cleaning."

優點: "The pilot kept us informed. The food was good. The Moon Cake provided to help us celebrate, even though we were traveling, was an added example of why Cathay Pacific is the standard that everyone else is trying to emulate in Tourist class. The L.A.-based cabin crew provided outstanding service throughout the flight. The in-flight service manager made me believe she cared about the quality of the service in the back, which was outstanding. It was as good as a full, 13-hour flight could be. Even the in-seat entertainment was outstanding and reliable."
缺點: "The boarding process in Hong Kong was terrible. It was absolute chaos. If it had not been for then complete turn around after we were on the plane, it would have been the beginning of the flight from hell."

優點: "It got me home."
缺點: "The sound did not work for my video, the food was not good, the seat was uncomfortable, and my stewardess was rude."

優點: "Seating in standard coach compared to premium economy on US airlines. The seats reclined back enough that I actually was able to sleep most if the 13-hour flight. Meals were very good for economy. Cabin crew super polite and patient, which I've come to notice as a standard on Cathay. As an example, I have a good intolerance to shrimp/prawn. My outbound flight LAX-HKG, the dinner salad included shrimp. I explained i could not eat the shrimp. The attendant was kind enough to swap it with a leftover vegetarian salad."
缺點: "Trying to setup special meals to avoid food allergies is non-existent. Cathay offers many special meals, excluding food allergies or low-carb. I attempted to call in to Cathay to explain I could not have shrimp/prawn. The rep either did not understand or could not help. I really wished Cathay offered a pre-arrival meal like the other airlines. LAX-HKG and HKG-LAX are 13+ hours. Cathay offers a departure meal and a mid-flight meal. But by arrival time, I was starting to get hungry again. Thank God, I had enough of a layover, even with CBP processing, to grab a quick bite before continuing an additional 6-hours to home with no time to eat."

優點: "Its a long flight from Hong Kong to LAX. It appears that the crew is so organized that it does not appear to be as brutal as it is."
缺點: "Traveling to and from Jakarta on Cathay Pacific the most challenge i had was not being able to hear the movies. There was something wrong each time. The staff tried to repair it with no success. All and all that is a minor thing. Its also a small thing. I wish passengers wouldn't be such slobs. Even tho the crew comes by often and regularly, people leave a mess behind them. Kinda sad. Its as if some feel they are supposed to treat crew like servants. Your staff as always, don't complain just go about there responsibilities with a smile."

缺點: "通宵航班提供的飱盒只有一盒250毫升的檸檬茶及曲奇并之類的小食,瓶装水及汽水等一律欠奉。請提醒國泰它们不是亷航,机票價錢亦不亷宜,但服务卻一直倒退......"

優點: "Friendly and hard working staff. Clean aircraft. Decent movie choices. Gluten free meal available, though I can't make a selection for GF Meal + Seafood (pescatarian). I get chicken or meat in GF, and I don't eat either."
缺點: "Boarding is not by row numbers -- this is chaotic with long snaking line. Aircraft Toilets get dirty quickly with urine on the commode and the floor. There needs to be a quick drying wet disinfection system. You must enable Gluten Free meals to come with 3 choices - Veg, Non Veg, Seafood only."

優點: "Not like but was okay with the leg room, comfort and entertainment on board the aircraft."
缺點: "The water they were serving was not bottled and tasted like restroom water. However when I brushed my teeth in the restroom, it did not have that horrid smell and taste as the drinking water did. Two inflight staff was rude, Didn't get their names but both ladies blocked passengers way when they were trying to get back to their seats and rolled their eyes at a lot of passengers for various requests. Completely not professional!"

優點: "Food was hot, tasty and nutritious. This time, the crew didn't make faces or roll their eyes when I asked for a snack and the service co-ordinator was visible the entire flight making notes and checking on people."
缺點: "Cramped in cattle class but that's not Cathays fault. I need to earn more to fly comfortably"

優點: "Flight was good, seat was comfy."
缺點: "I did not like that food trays were left at our seats for over an hour after we were done eating. People who had special meals had trays at their seats for well over 90 minutes after they were done eating. Many people were upset with that. They offered more coffee and did other things before picking up trays. It was especially uncomfortable for people who had toddlers with them. People started getting up and bringing their trays to the staff. And the staff seemed annoyed, but I feel passengers had a right to be upset."

優點: "i liked that there was a larger variety of food to choose from and the traditional hong kong style fish was amazing. the seasons greetings cookie was good too. the crew was good in trying to help everyone on board."
缺點: "there was a layover which cathay pacific did not account for as this layover was too short and resulted in me having to take a later flight. that was a real inconvenience which delayed my arrival time in los angeles. that was one of the major tick off during this part of the trip"

缺點: "Just a long flight. But that's not in anyone's control. So no complaints."

優點: "Good food, customer service, hospitality, comfort. Flight on time."

缺點: "It seems they ran out of ice cram and the people in the back of the plane did not get any.. Also, overall, crew seemed to pay a bit less attention to the people in the back."

優點: "Cathay Pacific seems to be on time, is pretty well organized, and has nice cabin crews, made more interesting by their diversity."
缺點: "I guess it's not reasonable to expect food to taste better when it is made hours in advance and stored in a warmer or whatever for xxx hours before it is served. But CP does offer a lot of options for special diets."

優點: "NA"
缺點: "Seats, boarding delay, food service. Entertainment didn't work for 11 hrs, aircraft is too old compared to what I usually fly internationally especially for the price"
