This isn't essential on short flights, but just seems cruel to taller people on long flights."

They looked heavy dated and like something you would see in a TV show from the 70's. The underside of the tray table stained the trousers of my traveling companion. The meal served was disappointing to say the least and the fact that no alcoholic beverages were served on a regional international flight in the business cabin is pretty shameful when budget carriers are offering this in economy (for example Bangkok airlines Kuala Lumpur to koh Samui ) At the end of the day, If you're charging these prices on a flight to a holiday destination is it really too much to offer a cocktail or a glass of wine at the end of the week? Christophe Muller was supposed to be improving this airline but it seems to be getting even worse under his watch and I for one will not be spending any further money with this once proud airline who are still charging for full service and offering a worse service than their low cost competitors."
優點： "The boarding process went well and was organized. The cabin staff was welcoming and very presentable. The seats were fine, even in economy. The uniforms on the cabin staff were attractive andnthey looked well on the girls. The staff, both male and female, were friendly and pleasant. The flight was fine, a little late, but not the fault of the airline. I would fly this airline again."

優點： "Food for terrible, unpalatable, too much chilli and cooked to mush. Flight was very bumpy, and one crew member was telling passengers all about his many experiences with turbulence in a very loud voice. My 7 year old was terrified listening to him. He should be fired!"

Some members of the crew were really nice, but we had one on each leg of the flight that were so rude to passengers. On the KUL-BKK leg, one male crew member was really loud and obnoxious, and on the BKK-KUL leg, one female crew member was yelling at some older passengers who were a little slow in boarding."
