On other airlines there was more to choose from that were more recent releases. The food wasn't very good. It had all fish choices or beef tongue. I understand having an Asian meal, but maybe should be a more popular meal with different choices than a more eclectic menu. I noticed even the child's meal was not very kid friendly."

優點: "Recently we traveled to Tokyo with ANA airways. As was expected both our flights were perfect . We would like to recognize both crews - NH113 March,4, 2016 and NH114 March,15, 2016. Special thanks deserve the crew of flight NH113 on March,4 did everything above and beyond to make our flight enjoyable. We never had been to Japan before, but already on plane we felt welcome to country of rising sun after receiving "welcome" card from beautiful flight attendants who were working that day. It was touchable moment for me and my husband. The crew of NH113 deserves high recognition for their outstanding job."

缺點: "flight was delayed But what else is new with PI. AIR. My husband has flown many times with pi air and he says you care about your bottom line only. it takes money out of our pockets every time we are delayed and or our luggage is lost. Now go and do the right thing."

缺點: "Traveling with kids we paid the higher price for a supposely non-stop flight (other better airlines were cheaper with 1 stop). In reality, it made a refueling stop in Guam. This was not disclosed when we bought the tickets. We got an email the morning of the flight telling us the arrival was delayed by one hour still nothing about a stop. We found out when we were checking in at the airport. Then, while stop on Guam, we got email saying the flight is 2 hours late! WTF"

In flight comforts were provided such as blacked , eye mask etc. iPads were provided as there was no built in tvs on the plane which provided a good inlight entertainment system. Overall this was a good experience as value for money as the price was cheaper than many other direct long haul flights"

缺點: "Flight attendant was rude in general (serving food, drinks, answering questions), he skipped rows when giving hot towels (I wasn't served a hot towel). In-flight entertainment: limited movie selection, even more limited tv shows selection. Music section was very poor, it needs more selection with variaty, known artists, more radio channels. And music tracks should be in a tracklist form with song information, not only 1 hour-long tracks of back to back music (with no info). Meals - Mains were ok, deserts were terrible in both of my flights. Snacks were also bad, a scone and beef and cheese sandwich. Very blend, white bread only and oily. We weren't served enough bevarages, so oily and high-carb foods made me very thursty. No water fountains, it'd be great to have some around since staff does not give enough beverage and I was forced to chuck my water before boarding the airplane (the water I bought in the airport after passport check!!!!!!!) It was extremely cold."

缺點: "This airline has been terrible to deal with. Before departing, they cancelled one leg of our trip, then waited a full month to rebook (only after weekly, sometimes more often, calls from us). We actually weren't sure if the flight was actually rebooked until we arrived at the airport and were able to check in. The food on all the flights was terrible. Dealing with customer service on the ground at the Manila airport was also terrible - they just kept saying they had to ask someone else who had to ask someone else, then changed the subject and did the same thing with an unrelated question until we got so fed up we left. It took 40 minutes for a bus to come to transfer us from terminal 1 to 2."

缺點: "More often than not, Philippine Airlines has been our airline of choice because we found their rates to be fair and flights direct and easy. Despite the fact that the PAL terminal was pretty poor, and the food on board was never really decent, we remained loyal to PAL for quite a few years. On our way back to Melbourne from Manila on June 17, Saturday, Colin, Hendrix and I were awaiting boarding at gate 10 for flight PR 209. Having flown with PAL from Melbourne to Manila (as well as with another airline from Manila to Manchester and back), we understood that the usual procedure was to allow passengers with infants to board first. Due to the lack of order (there were no clear queues in sight), Colin decided to ask 3 different PAL personnel if there was, indeed, a priority queue for people travelling with infants. ALL THREE PERSONNEL ASSURED US THAT THEY WERE NOT YET BOARDING AND THAT WE WOULD BE CALLED UPON PRIOR TO THEM LETTING ANYONE ELSE ON THE PLANE. 2 minutes later, a PAL personnel appears with signage that reads certain row numbers and begins to call out to ALL PASSENGERS FOR BOARDING. Colin swiftly rushes to the front (me and baby in tow) and demands an explanation as to why we were told one thing but are watching them act upon something completely different. I wish I was joking when I tell you that the personnel just stared blankly at us and then carried on checking boarding passes. No apologies, no explanation offered. As soon as we boarded, Colin turned to the first flight steward he saw and asked for a complaint form and told this could ONLY be done online, to which Colin requested we be given the email/web address upon take off. The seats assigned to us were on the right most side of the aircraft, a window and a middle seat. As Colin was placing our bags in the overhead compartment, the steward called to Colin from across the aisle (past the 3 seats in the middle of the plane) to introduce the purser, Jolly Bello. Please note this was happening while people were also trying to get past and get to their seats -and Mr. bello called out across the aisle, "I heard you have a complaint??" to which Colin, baffled, replied "yes do you want to come over here so we aren’t shouting over these people?". Colin yet again told this purser what the complaint was about and was asked (verbatim) "so would you like to make a complaint against THEM?" Would the correct protocol not be to 1. Apologise for any confusion, miscommunication or poor service, 2. Take some responsibility and acknowledge the complaint and 3. Maybe come approach us AFTER TAKE OFF and not while everyone is trying to board the plane? We are no longer choosing Philippine Airlines."

優點: "For a short trip of almost two hours going to and from Taipei, I did not expect to receive such accomodating treatment from PAL. Crews are efficient and helpful."

優點: "Food wasn't too bad, stewards were pleasant but had to wait ages for water. Like the 2 4 2 layout so we didn't have to disturb anyone for "comfort" breaks."

Complete waste of time as it's on the same plane FFS. Entertainment via iPads, poor selection of films."

缺點: "Of the four total flights, to include connections, Philippine Airlines was delayed on all legs. The delays were all after boarding and while sitting in plane. Delays ranged from 30 minutes to 75 minutes and all four flight delays were reported to be due to delays in getting baggage on the planes or getting the meals loaded on the planes according to the pilot's reports. Of note, on all four flights, the crew ran out of food before getting to our isle and had only one option remaining with no alternatives for those allergic to any portion of the meal. I would absolutely never recommend Philippine Airlines to anyone. The reduced cost of tickets was absolutely not worth the experience."

缺點: "My outbound flight (Manila to Taipei) was rescheduled so I had to make alternative plans. On the day itself, we were told that the flight was cancelled with very little warning. I wasted a total of 8 hours waiting to be put on another flight. They transferred us to the cheaper Cebu Pacific flight that left 5 hours later (at 10 pm!) than the PAL flight. Most horrible flying experience I've ever had in my entire life and I've been flying internationally for almost 20 years. Their customer service is terrible, not transparent and not helpful. They took longer than necessary to rebook people to other flights. Completely horrible. I have another flight booked with PAL that I can no longer cancel, but after that one, never flying them again!"

缺點: "We boarded the plane approx on time but we were sitting for a while when an announcement asked for 2 passengers to identify themselves with the crew. Nothing more was said until we were now 40 minutes past departure time and the Captain comes on to say we were waiting for a take off slot from the Air Traffic Control!!! No apologies or advice as to what had happened. We finally were on the runway at approx 12 midnight or 1 hr 25 mins late. To top it all I get an email from PAL at 1.56am (I saw this after arrival of course) which said the plane had changed its arrival time to 9.30am - but the departure time remained the same!!! How am I also going to receive an email when I am already flying?? Food was aweful Entertainment system was also aweful - my future flights on PAL will be only a last resort"
