There was the main screen in the centre but I can't choose and the lights were on all the way when I tried to sleep. Disappointed that they didn't inform in advance. People expect Asiana as same as SQ which provides full of new equipment such as personal screen on each seat.

缺點： The Online service is only set for Chinese who is living in China. You can not do the Seat Reservation without Chines mobile phone. You can not do any pre check-in because you are holding an Australia Passport.

缺點： I was flying to Delhi & it was an emergency situation for me bcz i lost my Dad & i was flying to perform the cremation of my Dad. And thing this was informed to the China Southern officials so that they could arrange something for me. I requested them to put me into another flight for which i was ready to pay the whole amount but no one listen to my request & i had to wait so long. I was amazed to see that no one was keen to understand my problem at both he airports i.e. Auckland Airport & Ganzhaou Airport. Apart from this the behavior of your officials was so rude & arrogant it made me feel as if i was a slave or some kind of culprit. Due to the ignorance & laid back attitude on your part i couldn't reach my destination on my time. Seriously it took me "24 hrs Extra" to reach my destination & as a result of which i couldn't perform the cremation. I was pissed off by the service; complete ignorance by the staff/officials of ur airlines. I wasn't expecting this kind of treatment from a reputed company like you. I request you guys to look into this matter seriously and try to take some corrective measures so that this thing won't happen in future with someone else.

缺點： Sichuan Airlines changed the flight time forward to 1525 from 1605 with no notice. The Flight was not posted on the departure board until it was time to check in leaving us confused as to whether the flight was going or cancelled.

缺點： Delayed. Bad food. No entertainment.

優點： The crew were super. They were friendly, efficient, and well-dressed. Boarding was orderly. Food service too. The movies were mostly visual jokes and high drama which was perfect since it was a shared screen and not in everyone's language.

缺點： The plane was a bit old and the seats too close together. But it was clean and tidy.

優點： The staff in yangon were extremely helpful and understood my situation. However they were unable to do anything to rectify the issue.

缺點： The time between arrival and departure for the connection flight was too short. Flight was missed. I will make an official complaint. Why sell flight tickets with no time to transfer. Even before the flight, staff knew i would miss the flight. Still nothing could be done.

缺點： Well,my whole trip was an adventure! Problem with my checked in bag, so i had to pay 22 pounds extra to fit it in a connection flight and now i have to send receipt to get the refund. On my way back, there was a delay, so i missed the flight and the checked in bag

優點： More space then previous flights. Attendants very pleasant and helpful.

缺點： Was a B Grade effort by the crew. They were there to get their pay check & no more....very disappointing.

優點： Despite being a very late flight at 11 pm, the crew was courteous but not over the top, when all the passengers wanted to catch some sleep

缺點： Lufthansa's short haul slim line seats become uncomfortable after 1.5 hours

缺點： The flight attendants don’t understand English well so asking for water or some items I was completely ignored. To make up for lack of WiFI actually the entertainment system is awful. They ran out of food items and did not return to replenish drinks or remove waste

優點： for the flight from Seoul to Singapore, the flight was superb. In-flight services was perfect. food was excellent and the air stewards and stewardess were all very helpful and full of smiles.

缺點： Check In process at Seoul Counter. the check-in was stressful. the ground staffs insist on using Check-in Kiosks provided even when it was not working as it should be. Ended up being bounced from one staff to another.

缺點： Delayed for several hours after boarding because of a technical difficulty with the airplane. This delay caused me to miss an important dinner meeting in Thailand and cost me extra money to arrange transportation from the BKK to my hotel.

優點： Great service, plenty of leg room, exceptional staff. Toilets refreshed often. Will def fly again.

缺點： More detailed online infor for kids food. Australian fried rice varies greatly from korean!!! Potato crisp packets of chips would be a good snack option for kids instead of prawn crackers / brownies. Kids like plain stuff!

優點： I received a meal for a two leg flight of overall only 4.5 hours. The seating was nice and the food was very tasty. I love the layout of the Incheon Airport as well as the transfer experience.

優點： You can go on a free city tour if you are transiting at Incheon airport. Also fantastic public area for transiting customer with free showers, upholstered day bed, charge stations. Paid massages , Paid airport hotels or lounges with buffet.

缺點： There was nothing we didn't like about our flight to Seoul

優點： Comfortable flight with a nice crew. An overall good experience.

缺點： After arriving, the waiting time for receiving a VISA was quite long for people staying longer than the regular 3 months.

優點： Legroom was generous, crew were attentive and polite, although alcohol availability was stingy.

缺點： Food quality was poor bordering on tasteless, more importantly service of lukewarm egg meals is guaranteed to earn an "Air Typhoid" award, and is inexcusable.
