Even through the flights were long and very full, the attendants were very professional and this made the flight seem shorter and more enjoyable. The economy seat had more legroom and seat space than most other airlines, which made sleeping/dozing much easier. Pillow and blanket too."

May 31 Wednesday at 12:20 AM indicated in the ticket is actually one day before May 31; i.e., the passenger should be 3 hours before the flight on May 30 Tuesday around midnight. I clarified with Webjet (India) representative who explained that I go to the airport on Wednesday. Asiana should have used military time; thus 12:20am should be 00:20 Hr. to avoid confusion. Asiana penalty for "no show" was USD511 and earliest available flight was 4 days after May 31. I took another airline to go to Manila. I missed my hotel and all other appointments because of the misleading Asiana flight information. It was a big mess for me!!!"

優點： "Asiana staff are not trained in medical issues such as what to do when a passenger complains they are feeling weak from low blood sugar/hypoglycemia conditions. It is common for people with low blood sugar to have blood sugar drops while flying. The condition is dangerous if not handled properly but can be remedied very easily by simply increasing a passenger's intake of protein (such as chicken or beef) and carbohydrates, such as rice (but not white bread or deserts, as those cause spikes and drops in blood sugar). Basically, you only need an extra meal. I told a crew member about my condition and said I simply needed a second meal. She gave me a problem about it and at first refused. She understood the English words low blood sugar, but she was obviously not trained in that common issue. I was ready to pass out due to a drop in blood sugar and only when I threatened to file a lawsuit in a U.S. court against Asiana (as I anticipated passing out) did she react. Within a few seconds after I mentioned a potential lawsuit, she got me a second meal of chicken and rice. I ate it and the protein and carbs stabilized my blood sugar for the rest of the flight. It's a problem easily remedied but I had to argue with the flight attendant to grant my very simple but very necessary request. Asiana needs to comply with the norms of global carriers and train its staff to understand such comment conditions as low blood sugar. U.S. and European carrier understand this condition very well, and their crews are trained in how to handle it by simply giving extra food. Asiana needs to comply with modern, global norms."

Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

缺點： "The only complaint I have regarding my most recent flight was the incredibly rude service staff whom we experienced at the front counter at check-in. After a harrowing cab ride to the airport in which our driver continuously ignored my request to follow the GPS insisting that he knew faster shortcuts, we arrived 40 minutes later than intended. Additionally he dropped us off at the wrong terminal such that we finally arrived at the KLM gate an hour later than we had planned. This was especially frustrating as we are traveling with two small children and made every effort to be punctual and leave early to be sure we got there with time to spare. Not the case today. All of that I could deal with, but when we arrived at the KLM counter, and I apologized to the attendant staff member that we were late and explained that our cab driver got lost, she responded by chastising us first in Spanish and then in broken English. She made sure to make it clear to us that it was our fault and we should not blame the Argentinian cabdriver. The cabdriver was not actually Argentinian, but that is totally besides the point. I was totally taken aback to be treated so rudely as a greeting at the airline counter. My wife share the same sentiment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Thank God, every single airport personnel and of course KLM staff member on board was incredibly kind and accommodating of our children subsequent to this. It saved what otherwise could've been a terrible experience."

So we arrived later about 50 minutes so I had to manage my situation and find my next gate and be on time. And an other thing that I disliked was that I was allowed to have only one baggage which was very unusual for international flight between two countenances. And the crew was not polite enough so she made fun of my Cary-on. In short, I expected more from KLM which is famous for them being "Royal" but not acting as one of them."

KLM had the audacity to ask her to purchase another ticket, even though she clearly had a valid reservation (how else would she had gotten to Marrakech in the first place?). After arguing with KLM for many hours, they finally booked her on a flight the following day, but refused to put her up in a hotel for the night, or compensate her for the trouble. Completely irresponsible behaviour from KLM. Will never fly with them again."

You get a drink and snack; and at no annoying sales announcements. Miles club membership is free, even if you don't fly regularly well worth it as it halves the cost of cost of checked baggage. Peaceful airline with no hidden costs during booking."

Volunteer was totally unfazed but Desk crew made it seem as tho the Muslim mom was at fault for the time and trouble they had had to go through to accommodate her. She apologized profusely and was very appreciative for the trouble evernote had gone to for her. . As she walked away the crew looked at each other and shook their heads. Pretty crummy way to treat customers!"

It really stings that I then had to book a new return flight, and because I am a teacher who makes about $23,000 a year, I had to book the cheapest flight, which was with American. I do not plan on giving them any of my hard-earned money in the future if I can help it."

And then, surprise ! All of the sudden they noticed there was an issue with his and some of the crews' hours and we had to wait till they could locate more crew. But they gave us each a 1/3 glass of water and later a $12 food voucher which didn't even cover a meal and beverage. Whoop-de-do. 7 hours later we finally boarded for the third and last time. The crew on the other hand stayed professional and friendly."

When I went up to the desk along with the other passengers arriving from the same flight as me the AA representative said "Hurry up , I want to go home!! At a point I'm just going to cut you off and that will be it!" She was of no help to me in anyway amd was forced tonstay the night in charlotte ; Normally this would not have been such a big deal, However I am on emergency leave from the Navy rushing home because I have a very serious family emergency, that representitive was very lucky I held my temper! From now on thanks to the poor unproffessional customer service I received I will no longer be flying American Airlines!"

While I was doing it (it took literally 5 seconds), she was screaming at me to walk over to the side and lose my place in line. After I quickly put it in she screams it must go in all the way, which it was. There wasn't even a bulge from it and it closed with ease. I'd be happy to provide a picture of my small backpack/purse."

They said she was on standby for next flight 3 hours later only to get to the gate and they said they NEVER EVEN PUT HER ON THE LIST. then she got put on the next flight 3 hours later to get told it was a full flight and so she waited another 3 hour flight and finally got on... on top of the stress I went through, the work I missed out on, the drive and gas it took to get there, her first day of her Job was the next day after that mayhem! It was absolute chaos. I can honestly say I hate that American airlines and I don't think it's right. The person next to us also had a horrible experience with them in the line next to us. She missed her best friends wedding due to three disorganization and horrible service.... SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A BRIDESMAID!!! I wrote the company.... but I expect no return or respect from them if I can't even get that from their condescending customer service "manager" ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!"

Well, the half an hour boarding time comes and goes, and we don't start boarding. We figure it has something to do with this woman. Finally, I go check the board again and they moved the gate to D15! We rush over, but we missed the flight. So did half a dozen other people. No announcement, nobody walking over from D15 to D19 to see if there are people there. We get to American counter and we get several different sorry-ass excuses. The first was that Miami likes to keep "a quite airport." The second was that it is OUR responsibility to check with gate agents if they don't start boarding on time. I'm so tired of the airline industry arrogance and treating passengers like they're doing us just a tremendous favor by allowing mere mortals like us to be in their very presence and allowing us access to their magical flying machines."
