優點： "Boarding was organized. Food was excellent. A couple of complaints from fellow passengers were handled very professionally by crews. Leg room was not an issue for me as I am an average Asian height but for medical purposes - there should be a policy for them to separate sick-looking passengers from older passengers and children."

Then just before we boarded I got upgraded to business class which has never happened to me before and I loved it! The staff were very nice and the flight was enjoyable, I was able to sleep very well."

Taiwanese people take the longest of any nationality to board a plane (they have a series of "pre-seating" maneuvers which cause huge backups). Despite this, the flight attendants politely humored them and were not pushy. Had this happened in the US, the flight attendants would have told them to sit down, get out of the way, and do their aisle stretching exercises and random meanders around the plane AFTER all passengers had been seated!"

Most horrible flying experience I've ever had in my entire life and I've been flying internationally for almost 20 years. Their customer service is terrible, not transparent and not helpful. They took longer than necessary to rebook people to other flights. Completely horrible. I have another flight booked with PAL that I can no longer cancel, but after that one, never flying them again!"

When the meal service arrived the stewardess managed to spray me directly in the eyed when opening a drinks can for someone in the row in front of mine. If there was an apology then i didnt hear it. The inflight main "meal" consisted of rice, vegetables and seven pieces of unidentifiable meat which was each perfectly dimentional, having been cut by a mechanical processor. To be fair, there was ice cream offered, but i didnt want iit. There are better alternatives."

I'm 6'1, I shouldn't have to pay hundreds more just so I have enough legroom. And I don't mean enough to swing my legs about as much as I want, just enough to be comfortable. This isn't essential on short flights, but just seems cruel to taller people on long flights."

They looked heavy dated and like something you would see in a TV show from the 70's. The underside of the tray table stained the trousers of my traveling companion. The meal served was disappointing to say the least and the fact that no alcoholic beverages were served on a regional international flight in the business cabin is pretty shameful when budget carriers are offering this in economy (for example Bangkok airlines Kuala Lumpur to koh Samui ) At the end of the day, If you're charging these prices on a flight to a holiday destination is it really too much to offer a cocktail or a glass of wine at the end of the week? Christophe Muller was supposed to be improving this airline but it seems to be getting even worse under his watch and I for one will not be spending any further money with this once proud airline who are still charging for full service and offering a worse service than their low cost competitors."
優點： "Food was simply awful; which is a shame for a national airline of a country known for its great cuisine. Some members of the crew were really nice, but we had one on each leg of the flight that were so rude to passengers. On the KUL-BKK leg, one male crew member was really loud and obnoxious, and on the BKK-KUL leg, one female crew member was yelling at some older passengers who were a little slow in boarding."
